• Cristina (10/5): Maravillosa ubicación - Dado que iba a pillar un tren desde la estación de Paddigton, la ubicación me pareció excelente. Del centro está apartado, pero bien conectado con el transporte público, por lo que pudimos aprovechar sin ningún problema el viaje y visitar el centro durante unas horas. Mientras, dejamos las maletas en el hotel, aprovechando el servicio que ofrecen para guardarlas. Eso sí, la habitación es algo pequeña. Si tienes planeado usarla solo para dormir, perfecto. Si vas a estar varios días en Londres y alguno quieres quedarte en la habitación a descansar... Pues en una pequeña habitación.
• Karademir (5/5): Merkezi konum, kısa seyahatler için iyi - Konum kesinlikle çok güzeldi. Merkezi olmasına rağmen sakin bir noktada, tek başıma seyahat etmeme rağmen oldukça güvende hissettim. Çalışanlar sorularıma ve isteklerime güzel bir şekilde dönüş yaptılar. Oda küçüktü, hareket alanı yoktu. Çok eşyanız yoksa ve sadece uyumak için kullanılacaksa sıkıntı olacağını düşünmüyorum. Bina eski, cam yalıtımı güçlü değil. Yan binadaki otelin balkonunda içilen sigaranın kokusu direkt odama giriyordu. Benim için en büyük sıkıntı odada usb şarj girişinin olmamasıydı

• Thowfeek (7/5): Ok stay near Paddington Station - Very close to Paddington Station. The room is a bit small but adequate and clean. The reception is available only until 4 p.m., so you cannot leave your bags after that time; however, there are nearby shops that offer storage for around £5. Check-in is at 2 p.m. I arrived around 1:15 p.m., and although the room wasn’t ready, there was a small waiting area that was comfortable. The Wi-Fi here is terrible the worst I’ve experienced. I raised this with the receptionist, who provided another network, but that’s just as bad. Luckily, I wasn’t in the room much during the day, but this is definitely something hotel needs to address. The connection keeps dropping, is extremely slow, and is completely unreliable.

• Thomas (6/5): Super Lage, könnte aber sauberer sein - Super Lage, unmittelbar neben Paddington Station Hätte sauberer sein können. Wenig Klopapier, wird nicht aufgefüllt, weil keine tägliche Reinigung. Die Rezeption ist nicht rund um die Uhr besetzt. Kein Lift. Nur ein Handtuch, wird auch nicht jeden Tag gewechselt.

• Jayne (8/5): Happy Budget Hotel Stay and Good Transport Location - Zone 1 Budget Hotel in a great location for both Paddington Tube and walking to Bus Stops that get you to British Museum, West End and Victoria. Bathroom and Shower was a great size and room was quiet. Plenty of pubs and eateries around and about. Reception is not 24 Hours.

• Alina (6/5): - Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal, man hatte die Möglichkeit den Wäscheraum mitzubenutzen. Zimmer waren groß und die Betten bequem. Kleines Badezimmer, was teilweise Schimmel aufwies. Die Fenster sind nur einfach verglast, wodurch der Straßenlärm sehr hörbar war. Zudem hat es sehr durch die Fenster gezogen, weshalb das Zimmer durchgehend kalt war. Leider hatte das Zimmer nur eine mobile Heizung, die den Raum nicht aufgeheizt hat.

• Rita (8/5): Bom sítio para ficar em Paddington! - A zona do alojamento é incrível! Fica a 3 minutos da estação de Paddington. Zona tranquila com comércio, lojas de conveniência, restaurantes, pubs, etc À chegada vimos que o chão não estava limpo de todo, porém quando comunicamos ao rececionista, ele foi super compreensivo, atencioso e resolveu! Tinha alguns detalhes na WC também, como a cabeça do chuveiros mas nada de horrível. O ar condicionado funcionou apenas no primeiro dia mas foi algo alheio ao estabelecimento, têm um aquecedor pequeno mas poderoso que aquece o quarto num instante! 😂

• KAAN (7/5): Everything went as expected - The people were great. And the location was perfect. No elevator makes it difficult for heavy luggage to carry upstairs and the rooms are quite small
• Valerie (7/5): - The location is very convenient with transport and walking nearby. The room was small but had what was necessary for a short stay. Nice bathroom, comfortable bed, friendly staff member. My receipt said breakfast was provided but it was not - they had decided to discontinue it. I was offered a discount in their restaurant for dinner but that didn't suit my plans. The wifi was very weak. The front door stuck at the top - not good when coming home at night and it's difficult to get in. Also, no one is available at reception after 5pm.

Très pratique et la chambre très efficace pas besoin de plus grand quand on y reste que deux nuits La porte d’entrée principale est un peu compliquée à ouvrir avec le badge mais ce n’est pas un frein

• Huei Ting (8/5): Comfy, well-located hotel - Very comfy bed. We had a good night sleep. The hotel is located just near Paddington stations, great to travel to everywhere.
• Fiorella (4/5): Sinceramente deludente - Sinceramente deludente. La realtà è ben diversa dalle foto che si trovano qui su Booking. La posizione sarà pure buona ma dormire diventa complicato dato che l’affaccio è sulla strada e il rumore della auto non cessa mai. Dalle foto la camera sembra molto spaziosa in realtà è piccolissima e la pulizia lascia desiderare. Non lo consiglierei. Vi consiglio di spendere qualcosa in più ma godere di un soggiorno migliore.

• Don (5/5): Not worth the money we spent on this tiny room. - Location…Bed.. Check-in process, tiny outdated toilet, no bedside locker or socket to change mobile. No bedside lamp. Overpriced for the small, congested room. There is no staff from 4 pm to 9:30am.

• Philip (7/5): Easy, convenient and great value for money. - Convenient for Paddington, room clean, modern and ok. Access is easy 24 hrs. Thin walls between rooms, and some traffic noise as these as single glazed windows, but this is London so that’s to be expected.

We arrived during the hours that reception was open and the member of staff explained everything in detail about how to get in and out of the building. The room and bathroom was exactly as described and the staff were amazing. Would definitely stay here again

• Witold (8/5): Good time - Very good location. Great as a base for exploring London with near of Paddington Station and close proximity to the bus stop and more than one metro lines. Lots of restaurants, fast-foods and pubs in close distance from the hotel. Quiet neighbourhood. Size of the room, the sound is very easily carried by the floor from the room next door.
• Alastair (8/5): - Rooms totally fine, certainly on the small side - but to be expected. One thing to be aware of is that the hotel is very noisy - for some reason all the doors slam very loudly which disturbed both my nights there, so bring ear plugs!!

• Chris (9/5): Great location 5 min walk to Paddington station - Very close to Paddington station this hotel is in an ideal location My room was on the top 4th floor with no lift so make sure you have small luggage otherwise it may be an ordeal getting large luggage up to the higher floors

• Jone (2/5): I will not return to this hotel. - The receptionist who came to work the next day was a nice man, but by then it was too late to do anything about the problem. Two days before arrival, I received a message from the hotel that the reception was only open during the daytime. This was not mentioned when I booked the room from what I can see. The message from the hotel also included a phone number to call if you needed assistance. I arrived at 10 pm, and I immediately saw that I could not have the room I had been allocated. It was like a basement room with a tiny window. I therefore wanted to change the room to a better one and would of course pay the difference. However, the phone number in the message contained one digit too many, so I did not get through. Eventually I found the correct telephone number at the reception, but no one answered the phone when I called (twice), and no one called back either. I could not imagine sleeping in the claustrophobic room, so I found a better one at another hotel in the area. It was expensive to pay for two hotel rooms that night. Based on my experience, I do not recommend Putera Puteri Residence!
