Metro a pochi minuti di distanza, il che rende comodo spostarsi e raggiungere velocemente i luoghi di interesse. Letti grandi e comodi. La pulizia del bagno poteva essere un po meglio (il ventilatore era pieno di polvere) e mancava la tendina della doccia. Poco spazio per aprire le valige, ma d'altronde per un appartamento a Tokyo non ci si poteva aspettare grandi spazi.

Spending two days was great to get around parts of tokyo like Shinjuku, Harajuku, and Shibuya. The inside of shower curtain was entirely covered in black mould, a shocking amount. It was not fit to be bookable in that state.

Laverie à dispo pour pas très cher du tout dans le bâtiment au RDC avec sèche linge donc c’était top! • Jacob (1/5): Dangerous, unsafe, unhygienic! - nothing Absolutely Disgusting and Unsafe – Stay Away at All Costs! This was hands down the worst accommodation experience I have ever had – and that’s saying a lot. From the moment we checked in, everything about this place screamed dirty, dodgy, and completely unhygienic. There were cockroaches crawling everywhere, especially in the bathroom – an absolute health hazard. The air conditioning unit was leaking excessively, soaking the floor with water, and it was clearly poorly installed. We were constantly stepping in puddles. The shower walls were covered in mold, making it feel like we were bathing in filth. To make matters worse, the toilet and shower drains were completely blocked after just two quick showers, causing foul smells and dirty water to rise – and instead of apologizing or offering help, the host blamed us for not cleaning it. Unbelievable. We also woke up covered in insect bites from the dirty bed covers, which we later suspected were infested. The doors were difficult to open, constantly jamming and adding to the stress of just trying to move around the apartment. Every small thing became a hassle. To top it all off, the host was aggressive and incredibly rude from the start. Any time we tried to communicate about the issues, they were dismissive, condescending, and even threatening in tone. We felt uncomfortable, frightened, and completely unsupported throughout our stay. Zero accountability and zero professionalism. This property should be taken off the platform immediately. It’s not fit for human stay, and absolutely no one should have to endure what we did. We left feeling disgusted, upset, and genuinely unsafe. DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE.

Such a terrible person—it’s like basic human decency no longer exists. I definitely do not recommend this place. Also, the towels weren’t very clean either.
• Yan (6/5): Shinjuku fun, location good, the accommodation not so good. - Location is good, close to subway, konbini/aeon just steps away, and yayoiken and matsuya just next door. Too small for 4 people (2 adults, 2 teens).

There are all the essentials that you don't get from hotel stay. The washing machine inside the unit was very thoughtful. I wish the wifi could be more stable. My family and I had travel esim so it didn't really matter for us but If you don't I suggest to have your own data.

Vending machine downstairs with hot drinks was nice in winter. Limited space for suitcases. Definitely "just enough" space for 4 people to sleep. Very small Problem: Coin operated laundry machines, was under the impression that the machine was inside, and no clothes iron.

• Loren (1/5): Worst experience ever! - The location is close to metros. I recently stayed at Tokyo Ichiban Kabukicho during our family holiday in Japan, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. Here are the key issues we faced during our stay: Hygiene and Cleanliness Upon arrival, we saw a mouse running outside the front door of the property, which raised serious concerns about hygiene. The towels provided had an unpleasant smell, indicating poor cleaning and maintenance. Non-functional Facilities The bathroom tap water system was not working properly. It only provided extremely hot water with no option for cool water, making it impossible to take a proper bath. Although the host sent staff to address the issue, it was not resolved, and the water temperature remained unsuitable for use. Lack of Support When we requested to swap rooms due to the water issue, our request was denied. We also asked to check out a day earlier, but this request was declined as well, leaving us no choice but to stay. Host's Behavior Post-Stay After leaving, I submitted a review to express my dissatisfaction, rating cleanliness, service, and overall experience poorly. Instead of addressing the feedback constructively, the host responded unprofessionally: Claimed that negative feedback wouldn’t affect them because they could simply create new accounts and re-list the property. Threatened to block me from booking any of their properties in the future. Conclusion The property’s poor service, lack of functionality, and unprofessional host behavior nearly ruined our holiday experience. While the location deserves credit (4/5 stars), everything else about this stay was subpar. I strongly advise Booking.com to review the quality and standards of this property to prevent other customers from facing similar issues.

It was also by a main street so it was easy to pick a taxi. - The room was clean and the beds were quite spacious - although the toilet area was a bit narrow. - The check-in and check-out process was easy and smooth. - The entrance was a bit narrow. While the beds were spacious and nice, they filled up most of the room space, so it was difficult to find space to open or store our suitcases. - Sometimes, late at night, the main street (right next to the building) was loud.
