Guest Reviews
- Jasna (10/5): If I come again definitely it will be my choice for another stay. - The location is great.Everything is close ,wfi is great, cleanliness is good.Apartments have everthing is needed for staying .The aprtment have evan glass for wines, iron .Ofering great fasciitis . Neighbors are very loude.

- Erik (1/5): Disappointment! - Great location in a pleasant barrio. Overall a VERY worn-out studio. It is much smaller than specified in the booking site and the pictures doesn't tell the truth. A very narrow studio with inappropriate furniture, chairs were even broken, and interiors that require urgent maintenance. The installation of electric cables seems to be very improvised and even dangerous. We had a reservation for five nights but moved out after three. I should not recommend someone to stay there!
- Isabella (10/5): Thank you for the excellent service. I fully recommend the place. - The place is very nice for one or two people - it is clean, it has everything one needs, everything works. The communication with the host is excellent. The location in Chueca is great to reach all the sights and the museums. There are restaurants, supermarkets and shops all around. I would like to thank Zory for her great work! No such thing.

- José J. (9/5): - Ubicacion Colchon
- Torrella Rovira (8/5): Senzill però molt ben ubicat. - El millor, la ubicació. Espai petit i matalàs ja molt fet servir.
Ò relació qualitat-preu, vam estar a gust.
- Enzo (7/5): - Posizione ottima I vicini rumorosi
- Ludmila (10/5): Muy bueno - Muy amables.
- Emidio (8/5): Amazingly central - The location is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of central Madrid, pleanty of restaurants and shops very nearby. The owner was very helpful, letting us check in early and check put later than expected without hesitation. The apartment is a bit small, but vialble for 2 people, with all necessary kithen equipment. Nothing to complain about

- Emmanuel (5/5): Bastante decepcionante - La ubicación inmejorable Aire acondicionado no funcionaba
- Jose (8/5): -
- Evgenylnd (10/5): A nice studio in a very good location good value for money. - A nice studio in a very good location good value for money.
The studio is centrally located about a 3-minute walk from Chueca metro station.
There are many cafes, bars and supermarkets near the building.
The studio has everything you need for a short or long stay.
- Mortimer (8/5): Compact and very handily located apartment offering excellent value for central Madrid - Excellent location in trendy Chueca district - and a very competitive price for its central location
On third floor of an apartment block (with elevator)
Decent size main room with kitchen area at far end of room; window gives onto an internal courtyard; room is quite light
Very quiet, with comfortable double bed, enabling a good night's sleep
Compact, modern bathroom contained all the essentials
Handy little supermarket was just a few steps away from the front door of the block, with lots of good eateries nearby Check-in arrangements were rather stressful, and I was nearly left high and dry without access to the apartment until Day Two! Host did not provide clear information in advance of my arrival day (I thought there would be a keybox, when in fact I was being met by a colleague of his) and they tried to hold me to the exact one-hour window I had previously given as an estimate of my arrival time. In the event, the colleague did hang on for my (later than predicted) arrival, but I was at one point told I would have to make my own alternative arrangements for the first night!
The two plastic chairs flanking the table in the main room both had broken backs.
Although there was one bedside lamp on a ledge beside the far corner of the bed, it would have been helpful to have had a second lamp at the near corner of the bed (and this could easily be solved by simply purchasing an extra lamp!)
I would have appreciated having slightly more horizontal surfaces to put things on (aside from the kitchen worktop) - it would be worth investing in a small coffee table/side table or similar (there would be space to position this against the outer wall of the shower room)
Host was not comfortable corresponding in English or conversing in English on the phone (though he did send me English translations of his messages on request when my auto-translate facility failed to work)
- Nick (7/5): Good -
- Stanley (8/5): Very good - Very convenient for all transport links and shops and bars
- Dimiter (6/5): Pleasant -
- Bong (8/5): Great Value for a Central Stay in Madrid - If you're looking for a budget-friendly option in the heart of Madrid, this place offers excellent value for money. I stayed here for 8 nights! The room is quite small but spacious enough for two people and comes with plenty of pillows for added comfort. All the basic necessities are provided, including a washing machine, microwave, cutlery, and plates. It would have been even better if some condiments or spices were available for cooking.
The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating. Despite my late arrival near midnight, he was there to hand over the keys personally and even allowed me to store the bike I rented inside the room. The air conditioning needs attention, as it was barely functional during my stay. The induction stove also has to be replaced.
- Ali (8/5): Very good - Constant communication with the host, location, glasses plates ,silverware available ,toaster ,small fridge Uncomfortable bed, inoperable stove night stand need to be replace shaking almost falling apart ,poor tv Chanel selection, internet not strong enough, loose the signal very often
- Sonja (8/5): Very good -
- Abdul (5/5): Passable -
- Rebecca (8/5): Very good - The location was amazing, making it easy to reach most attractions in the city. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I definitely recommend it!
- Kevin (7/5): Good - The location was perfect. There was foul smell in the apartment. Some of the floor tiles kept coming up. The air conditioner got jammed somehow (the sound was horrific) and spit out ice right next to the bed.
My stay was for 8 days; I was given 1 bath towel to last me the 8 days.
- Matthew (9/5): Wonderful for a short stay in the heart of Madrid - Location, washing machine, kettle, toaster and hot plates. Right in heart of Madrid. Easy walk to palace, cathedral and national museum of archaeology. Wonderful restaurants nearby, if supermarket just down the street. Easy walk to train stations with helpful staff.
- Allan (9/5): Good location. - Excellent location. All the attractions are within walking distance. It takes only about 12 to 15 minutes walking to and from the Aerobus station. Although the room itself is relatively small, it is well equipped with everything we needed. There are cockcroaches in the bathroom.
- Johan (6/5): Central, compact, and comfortable - Central location, easily reached from Gran Via metro. Facilities good Despite arrangement with host, there was nobody to meet us at the property at 16:00, and no way (entry bell) to alert someone. Friendly bar owner opposite assisted us with wifi, WhatsApp call and communication in Spanish, which fortunately solved problem.
Language problems are probably inevitable, but it might be an idea to have simple English instructions in studio (eg on working air conditioner, etc)
- Dorria (8/5): Not bad at all, central location and decent price - simple property with everything you need, could be bigger but it clearly states it’s a studio apartment. walls are extremely thin, you can hear every neighbor.
- Jolanta (6/5): Pleasant - Clean and tidy room. All you need for a short stay. Cool district, central. Paper walls. Ear plugs are a must unless you want to listen to all the details of your neighbours' life.
- Anastasia (7/5): Good - The location is really great, different restaurants, shops, groceries, etc are near to the apartment.
There are basic needs for a short stay (washing machine, microwave, two pots, two pans, etc) Perhaps, I would suggest a few more basic bits in the kitchen (as a bonus).
The connection of wifi is stable, so we can easily work remotely.
There were a warm blanket that was really amazing especially for a stay in a cold season.
Check-in process seems to be simple but there were a lot of key lockers and we tried to compare the photo of locker, which was sent by the host, and didn't find it from the first attempt (probably a new photo/several photos from different sides simplify the procedure), but it is not critical There are cockroaches in the apartment- it is really awful
The key from the gate on the first floor should be repaired, you can open the gate by this key, but you need to make an effort.
- Dafni (4/5): Disappointing -
- Elmira1980 (10/5): Exceptional - Its really great apartment for a good price! Firstly, the apartment was clean and everything is as in the photos. Check-in was easy, they sent me info about the key-box and I took the key from there. Contact with the owner of the apartment is easy and fast.
The area is beautiful, the city center, everything is close and very convenient.
Would recommend and definitely stay next time!
- Fthawi (8/5): Very good -
