• Navarro (8/5): Perfecto todo, pero no para el bajo. - La ubicación, la calidad, el estilo, el equipamiento y lo acogedor que es el piso. El piso estaba muy bien, era espacioso y bien equipado. La ubicación es muy buena y cercana a todo. Pero, al ser una planta baja y con unas persianas tan bajas. Esto causó, que a la hora de querer abrir las ventanas para airear y refrescar la habitación carecíamos de intimidad ya que las personas de la calle podían vernos. Pues, las cortinas tampoco llegan a poder cubrir del todo al estar una en cada extremo de la ventana. Y por la mañana, se escuchaba bastante el ruido de la calle. Pero, como he dicho antes. Esto se ha visto compensado por la buenísima ubicación, lo bien equipado que estaba y la buena relación entre calidad y precio. Realmente magnífico, repetiría sin duda, pero en segundo piso 🤣🤣. Muchas gracias por este tan acogedor alojamiento.

J’avais demandé un lit bébé je n’ai pu avoir une réponse que le jour même après des dizaines de messages envoyés. Seul un moteur IA me répondait. Il n’y a aucune communication possible avec une vraie personne.
• Tovar García (9/5): Excelente calidad precio. - Tiene una habitación arriba con una terraza increíble para estar situado en pleno barrio de Triana, con una pequeña piscina privada. Todo súper limpio y nuevo de obra. La ducha del baño de arriba no tiene puerta, y tienes que pasar por esa habitación para llegar a la terraza. No sé porqué pero a partir de cierta hora de madrugada salía el agua con poca presión.

• Susan (10/5): Fab apartment with rooftop terrace and private pool - Gorgeous apartment that was in a great location in Triana, lots of bars and restaurants within walking distance. The rooftop terrace and little pool was put to good use after a day of sightseeing in the sun. The apartment had everything we needed, the bathrooms were fab and the beds really comfy. Would have no hesitation in recommending the apartments.

• Dejan (8/5): Lep apartman u Triani, starom delu Sevilje - Lep apartman u Triani, starom delu Sevilje, uz reku, na par minuta hoda od centra i svih istorijskih znamenitosti i važnih stvari koje treba videti u Sevilji. Prijatno osoblje, dobra komunikacija i odlična uputstva za dolazak do apartmana. Praktično je nemoguće parkirati na ulici u tom delu grada, ali srećom postoje par garaža na par minuta hoda od apartmana gde možete ostaviti auto na duži period uz nadoknadu od 20-30€ na dan. Apartman je odmah pored lokala/ malog restorana koji radi do kasno u noć i možete da očekujete buku koja se čuje u apartmanu ako želite da odete na spavanje pre ponoći.

Na 2-3 dniowy wypad polecam Kuchnia mała, w formie aneksu bardziej, więc jeśli chce się gotować to raczej ciężko. Szkoda, ze basen nie miał ciepłej wody.

Extrem laut: Bei der Wohnung im Erdgeschoss hat man den Eindruck, dass die Autos direkt neben dem Kopfkissen vorbeifahren bzw. Passanten im Zimmer stehen und reden. Außerdem ist die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss sehr dunkel.

• Rachel (5/5): Too loud, needs double glazing. - The beds were really comfortable and the apartment had all the facilities you'd need for a short stay. The hallway before entering the apartment smelt like sewage. The biggest issue for me was the noise. We were on the ground floor directly outside a bar. The windows do not have double glazing so it's like sleeping on the street. Lots of traffic noise as well. I wouldn't recommend if you are a light sleeper or on a weekend.

• Willemien (8/5): - Ruim appartement met twee ruime slaapkamers voor een goede prijs. Ligging is prima, met circa 20 tot 30 minuten ben je in de binnenstad. We hebben alles lopend gedaan en gefietst gebruikt met een dagpas via sevici. Een van de slaapkamers zit pal naast de straat waar een bar zit. Dit geeft geluidsoverlast tot circa 1 uur 's nachts. Waarschijnlijk alleen op vrijdag- en zaterdagavond, want op de zondagavond was dit niet het geval. (We verbleven er een lang weekend).

W pobliżu znajduje się także Most Izabeli II, który prowadzi do historycznego centrum. Duży plus to lokalizacja – blisko atrakcji, ale poza największym tłumem. -

The location was excellent — close to the main attractions, as well as lovely coffee shops and local markets, which made exploring the area very convenient. The property itself was clean and comfortable, providing everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We’d happily recommend it to others looking for a well-located base for their trip. The kitchen is quite small, so it may not be ideal for guests planning to cook every day. As we mostly ate out, it wasn’t an issue for us and didn’t impact our stay.

• Belén (10/5): Apartamento muy acogedor, con gran ubicación y con un anfitrión excelente. - La cocina estaba bien equipada, y era muy acogedor. Tiene una terraza muy bonita que no pudimos usar porque era invierno. Alfredo se portó fenomenal con nosotros y se interesó por nuestro bienestar en el apartamento. La ubicación es excelente, está muy cerca del Vaticano, a escasos 5 min andando. Disfrutamos mucho y mis hijas también. Bueno, por ponerle un pero, al estar en un alto, tienes que subir una gran escalinata por un lado o una cuesta por otro. Pero nada que no se pueda subir.

Well situated in a pleasant, local neighbourhood with only a short, accessible walk over the bridge into the old town. It’s a big added bonus to have the roof terrace and shared pool. The downstairs bedrooms are very close to a noisy bar on the corner. Bring ear plugs!
