• Ventsislav (6/5): Overall an okay apartment, a little neglected in the care they take. - It looked overall pretty renovated, minimalistic and simple which goes well together. The furniture is nice. I made a list of all the flaws we noticed during our stay - Coffee machine has no lid - Bad odor in the apartment - Unclean surfaces - Unwashed tray in the oven - Bathroom light doesn't work - An inflated balloon in the wardrobe - AC works whenever it feels like working - Terrible odor in the bathroom despite the bathroom vent - Shower gel was completely dry and the shampoo was mixed with water - TV was annoyingly slow - Balcony smells like a sewer - Projector lights on the railing in front of the bed don't work

• Hristova (8/5): ЦХ - Локацията е топ , има под блока нон стоп магазин, кафе West. Близо си до Мол Пловдив. Имаше място за паркиране, зад блока. Има какво да се желае от хигиената и възглавниците бяха повече от неудобни.

• Lora (5/5): Не съм доволна от престоя си :) - Имаше наоколо всичко необходимо аптека магазини два от които големи имаше нонстоп имаше къде да паркирам. Не ми хареса че миришеше на гадно явно защото са готвили вътре и калъфките и юрганчето бяха на жълти петна различен цвят от черфаша който беше чисто бял доста от приборите да не кажа всички бяха с петна имаше някви стари неща чехли и т.н мисля че няма шанс да ги позват хората не бяха някви читави.Има си неща които трябва да се пипнат неможе само пари да се изкарва от това студио.:)
• Карагьозова (10/5): - Беше много приятно, близо до Мол Пловдив, има автобусна спирка точно до сградата, под нея е West Cafe, страхотно кафе правят, има мексикански ресторант, италиански, супер място. А 11 етаж на сградата придава интересно усещане! Няма такова нещо!

• Asya (8/5): Като цяло на добра и удобна локация - На удобно място беше Пристигнахме късно и почти нямаше места за паркиране
• Севи (10/5): - Всичко, беше прекрасно. Имаше абсолютно всичко, от което се нуждае човек, за дълъг престой. Чувствах се, като удома си. В близост са Кауфланд и Лидл. Болници са на пешеходно разстояние. Мола също е много близо.

• Minka (7/5): Lovely comfortable flat - It is a modern, clean studio flat, very tastefully decorated. The bed was very comfortable, the flat was clean and lots of TV channels to choose from. We got a parking space, although it could be challenging as not many parking spaces are available. Location is OK, but not that close to the centre(around 30 min walk). Coffee machine was not working and not kettle either. The smell from the bathroom was bad and it was lingering in the flat all the time.

• Kateryna (9/5): A decent place to stay for a couple of nights, though it could use a few small repairs. - The apartment has almost everything for comfortable living (it only lacked a kettle and a frying pan). I’d like to highlight the comfortable mattress, which is quite rare in apartments, and there’s enough space for belongings and moving around. Special thanks to the management for their help! The apartment needs some minor repairs: the bed upholstery is torn, the hooks in the bathroom keep falling off, the faucet spout is loose, and the front door handle is not securely attached. During our stay, the elevators were not working, which caused significant inconvenience as the apartment is on the 11th floor. I understand this is beyond the owner’s control, but it’s something to be aware of in case it happens again.

• Boyan (10/5): Exceptional - Above the streets, there is a well-equipped small studio apartment with excellent views from the balcony. Exceptional price to value! There is some noise from a neighboring air-conditioner noticeable during the night only, and street parking may require patience.
