• Alba (8/5): Un estancia perfecta - La ubicación perfecta y el apartamento muy cómodo y provisto de todo lo necesario nos gustó todo
• MªJosé (10/5): - Facil comunicación y acceso, pudimos dejar el equipaje antes del checking y el apartamento estaba limpio y perfecto para 6 personas. Muy cerca del centro, lo que nos ha permitido disfrutar la semana santa estupendamente.

• Camila (8/5): Buen apartamento super bien ubicado - La ubicación es fantástica para recorrer Sevilla caminando. Tiene lavarropas y secadora, que viene muy bien cuando haces viajes largos con poco equipaje. La cocina muy bien equipada. Las habitaciones tienen placards muy cómodos. Baños muy modernos. Si te cuesta dormir con ruido, debes saber que está en un primer piso y que los fines de semana hay gente charlando/bebiendo hasta tarde. Quizás para 6 adultos es un poco incómodo porque dos personas tienen que dormir en el sofá, que si son de contextura grande se duerme un poco apretado. El agua caliente alcanza para 2 personas y luego hay que esperar.

Buen equipamiento La tv del salón principal no funciona La limpieza del apartamento deficiente, churretes de balletas en mesas,debajo de las sartenes en el cajón de la cocina tenía posos de aceite, los colchones sin cubre colchón y lleno de manchas amarillas que daban asco. Cogimos este apartamento por las valoraciones positivas de limpieza precisamente y en eso nos decepcionó.

• Foresti (7/5): Tutto sommato ci tornerei. - La posizione abbastanza vicina al centro con molti caffe’ e ristoranti, la dimensione dell’appartamento e cucina attrezzata. In entrambi i bagni non c’era ventola di ventilazione, la porta di uno dei bagni non chiudeva bene; le salviette erano di dimensione medie e pur se lavate erano macchiate.

Cuisine bien équipée, 2 salles de bains, 2 WC, bien insonorisé On aurait apprécié avoir quelques dosettes de café au moins pour le premier matin, mais rien de grave avec la multitude de bar au pied de l’appartement

• De (10/5): Great value for money location in sevilla - The location, the apartment and the rooms are clean, well equiped and comfortable.
• Maureen (7/5): Pleasant enough stay - We checked in on Thursday and checked out on Monday. There was a little cafe just downstairs. The apartment is right above the cafe. The location of the apartment is in a huge square- it's a perfect place for family and friends to hang out after work. But because of the proximity, the noise and the bright lights were just too much. I couldn't sleep a wink on Friday and Sat nights. The young people were just hanging out and chatting but they were also playing very loud music. The bright street lights also didn't help. The apartment windows were double glazed, but the noise still seeped thru. And it was incessant. So be forewarned if you are a light sleeper. Having said all this, my teenage son and husband slept right thru. There was a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment A small sachet supply of laundry detergent would have made a BIG difference. No point having a washing machine and dryer if we are expected to lug laundry detergents. We were given ONE key and once, my son forgot to take the key out causing us to be locked out. Suggestion- Pls leave 2 keys if there are more than 2 guests staying in the apartment. Like in a hotel, it's always 2 keys for 2 guests. And we were charged 50 Euros for someone to open the door for us. If you like the night buzz, then this apartment would suit you. There are lots of little cafes around the square. There are also little supermarkets, pharmacies nearby. And the Bus 13 comes by very often. Although we didn't try the local bus.

• Viktorija (10/5): Exceptional - We liked everything, apartment is excellent. Central location, busy area with lot of cafés and restaurants. Apartment itslef was clean, spacious, has lovely terrace. 3 separate bedrooms (one is a living room but can serve as well as bedroom like in our case), 2 separate bathrooms which is excellent when is more people in apartment (there was 4 of us). Kitchen is very well equiped. Communication with host was very easy, self check in/out process easy as well, everything was very well explained through messages. Don't miss this place when in Seville! It is a must! 😊
• Joel (9/5): Would recommend! - Spacious apartment, very well located on a bustling square with lots of bars, therefore it can get loud in the night, but we didn't mind and loved it! :)
