• Francisco Javier Lopez Rodriguez (1/5): - Nada, me anularon la reserva sin justificacion ninguna dejandome tirado sin alojamiento y con los vuelos comprados, en definitiva...muy poca formalidad, espero que no se lo hagan a mas viajeros.
• Gramajo (5/5): - El piso super amplio y cómodo con todo lo necesario excepto que no había hervidor de agua La ubicación, la zona no es buena para ir en familia, es una zona lleno de prostitutas, hay varias calles ofreciendo sexo y pasar por ahí con la familia de noche no está bueno, en la misma calle también había. El que te recepcionaba nunca cogía el teléfono. Me cansé de llamarlo mil veces. Cuando ya estaba hospedado tuve un problema con la alarma y tampoco me cogío la llamada. Si ofrecen un piso tienen que estar más atentos a esto. No volvería ir a este piso.

• carlos Alberto (10/5): Recomendable. - Calidad, ubicación y precio. Solo por mejorar sería ideal tener acceso cómodo de enchufar la tostadora. Tiene lo básico para cocinar pero no hay enchufes en la encimera que hace posible usar la tostadora. Los mandos de la TV están muy desgastados y no se pueden leer.

• Arnas (1/5): Avoid at all costs, please. - Nothing Avoid this place at all costs. They require cash deposit and then refuse to give it back. Host deliberately chose a time to check the apartment when we had to leave for airport. We left the apartment clean, took out the trash and took pictures and videos, yet now the host is just ignoring us. The manager of this property will not help you aswell, as its some folk from Germany. About the apartment itself: cockroaches in kitchen and bathroom, one small bed for one person, the couch doesnt have pillows or sheets, no cups for coffee or tea, handles missing on drawers, one room with the balcony is locked and you cant access it, shower is extra small, probably the smallest shower cabin ive seen in my life, washing machine wont work because host took out the compartment for the detergent to pour in. 20 meters from the outside door is a hostel (the whole block consists of them), host doesnt speak english at all, he will just give you the keys, take your cash deposit and start ignoring you, because he has extra keys. AVOID THIS PLACE, please, for your sanity and wallet.

• Laura Castañé (7/5): - El host era simpatico y atento. El apartamento es grande y la cama es comoda. Tiene lavadora que no utilice y por el precio que pagas es razonable, pero le faltaba un poco de limpieza a la cocina y baño. Cuando llegue olia mucho a tabacco de los antiguos huespedes, el apartamento está situado en una zona donde no apetece salir por la calle por la noche (para tener en cuenta) y hay una casa de p. al lado del edificio. Las ventanas no cerraban y abrian bien.
• David (1/5): Pésimo trato con el propietario, intento estafarnos - Nada La luz del baño parpadea, una cucaracha salió del baño, una persiana no funcionaba, la puerta del armario del dormitorio no se podía mover, la ubicación para aparcar es pésima es todo zona de pago, las ventanas se nota que no las cuida ya que están todas duras y difíciles de manejas, medio rotas todas. El propietario no devolvió la fianza en el plazo acordado y se niega a contactar con nosotros para su devolución, intenta estafar poniendo de excusa que algo está roto cuando no es real.
• sara (10/5): Muy recomendable - Todo genial… la ubicación inmejorable porque apenas a 1km está Triana. Había leído comentarios negativos sobre el aparcamiento pero yo no he tenido problema, ya que la calle de abajo y la zona es azul y blanca, además de 20h a 9h no se paga y de noche siempre hay hueco. En el mismo día nos devolvieron la fianza! El apartamento moderno y amplio. Súper recomendable ☺️

• Marija (8/5): Nice place - Spacious and very bright living room and nice kitchen. Hard to open bedroom window. There are cameras in hallway and living room, but you can cover it, it didnt bother us. The sofa in living room have seen a lot in its life and not very comfortable :) And there is almost no electrical socket in kitchen/living room - there was a coffee machine but nowhere to plug it.. There was traffic in the city when we were checking in, so we came a bit later than we planned, but had to wait outside for an hour or so for the person with keys..
