• Carlos (8/5): Pequeño estudio interior para estancias muy cortas - Situación en pleno barrio histórico de Malasaña, junto estación metro Noviciado y al lado de la Gran Vía. Sofa incómodo, ducha rota y de pequeñas dimensiones, da a un patio interior que impide ver si hace sol o está nublado y no hay mesa alta para comer. En mi caso cumplió su función porque solo fui a dormir por la noche , ducharme y a pequeños ratos de descanso durante el día.

• Alice (8/5): Super consigliato! - L’appartamento è in un’ottima posizione e ha tutto ciò che serve per un breve soggiorno a Madrid. La zona è tranquilla ma ben fornita e nell’appartamento abbiamo trovato lenzuola, asciugamani, utensili e tutto ciò di cui avevamo bisogno anche in bagno (saponi e carta igienica). Ci ritorneremo super volentieri! Il bagno è un po piccolino ma ben organizzato, purtroppo c’è un po poca luce

• Martine (5/5): - L'emplacement est génial c'est en même temps une rue calme et tranquille dans un quartier des plus animé à 2 pas de la plus grande rue de Madrid . Il manque des choses importantes pour se sentir bien dans cet appartement : il y a un vis-à-vis avec l'appartement d'en face et il n'y a pas de rideaux à la grande fenêtre :ce qui est vraiment très gênant. Dans la petite salle d'eau les joints de la douche sont sales et tout noirs aucun rangement correct . Dans le coin cuisine :pas de torchons pour la vaisselle, pas de passoire pour les pâtes, pas un saladier, dans les poêles le Téflon est très abîmés . Pas de petite table pour manger . Dans le coin pour dormir manque 2 lampes de chevet .

• Cemre (7/5): Can’t complain for the price, good location but definitely needs a makeover - Had everything you needed for a weekend stay, the host that dropped off the keys was very nice, I found the mattress surprisingly comfy - we didn’t use any of the kitchen facilities so can’t comment on that but had a lot of plates/glasses/cutlery - cleaning products under the sink, a microwave, fridge and washing machine! It’s VERY loud - not from people on the street but people living/staying there - The doors are very loud when you lock/unlock them and you can hear every single sound you so definitely bring earplugs (my boyfriend forgot his and had very broken sleep). The bathroom wasn’t great, shower attachment broken, shower doors broken, hot water also runs out after a few mins and you need to wait for it to heat back up again which can take a while

• Yaine (9/5): - Nos encantó lo bien ubicado que está el alojamiento,cerca de todo y al que le gusta conocer y caminar es muy conveniente. Es cerca de varias estaciones de metro,la gran via que da también cerca, también opciones para comer, mercados como Carrefour Express y Dia para comprar lo necesario para el viaje. El lugar limpio,Julio quién nos recibió muy agradable y dispuesto. El apartamento es pequeño pero tiene todo lo necesario para los días que estuvimos,así que estamos muy contentas En general es un muy buen alojamiento, así que no voy a poner ninguna pega

El propietario me recibió de madrugada muy atento y confiable Muy ruidoso, los vecinos todo el tiempo a los gritos y en el departamento del frente están con arreglos y están desde las 8 am hasta 18hs con taladros martillos ruidoso que no permite descansar bien
• Maria Fernanda (10/5): - A localização do apartamento é ótima, perto da Gran Via e de vários pontos turísticos. Conseguimos fazer vários passeios a pé. Sobre a acomodação, supriu bem as nossas necessidades, inclusive de lavar roupa, já que possui uma máquina de lavar e varal para secar roupas. Também tem uma cozinha completinha para prepararmos algumas refeições por lá e economizar um pouco.

• julie (1/5): Not as good as the description of bookings.com site - Excellent location Shower head mount is broken, freezer door is broken and needs defrosting, shower screen door is broken, no free to air TV - needs tuning on, aluminium window awning is broken - can’t adjust up or down (no privacy)Couch is impossible to sit on - so uncomfortable!!!! . Check in wifi document would be useful & long black hair in the dish sponge when washing dishes, no cooking utensils - bathroom floor has never been washed, bath mat was filthy on the underside !!!!

• Ivan (1/5): - nada pase solo 1 noche porque las otras cambie de apartamento, era imposible pasar una 1 dentro por el calor que hacía. me dejaron 2 ventiladores que obviamente lo único que hacían era mover el aire caliente
• Ryan (3/5): Poor - There was no air conditioning and only an old fan that barely worked, the place was dirty and the host never brought us anything we asked for, such as a refill on the soap he left empty. Be careful, this place is torturous in the summer with the heat, and the host is unhelpful. Also, you cannot store luggage if you arrive before 3PM, which made our trip very difficult, as we arrived early
