• Mitra (1/5): Nie wieder - Wir haben ein Zimmer mit Terrasse gebucht und dafür 40 Euro mehr bezahlt, aber ein Zimmer ohne Terrasse bekommen. Die Frau Fedra, die da gearbeitet hat, war extrem unfreundlich und unverschämt. Als ich sie darauf angesprochen habe, hat sie mir gesagt ich soll eine Beschwerde schrebein und sie hat mich rausgeschmissen. Sie wollte mir nicht mal Ihr Name aufschreiben. Einfach unverschämt. Nie wieder
• Lameau (3/5): Pas top et trop cher - Le lac à proximité Pas de frigo, pas de clim, le train qui passe sans arrêt à côté et la clientèle très bruyante.
• Margherita (5/5): Sarà anche bello, ma servizi pessimi! - Struttura molto bella e curata con terrazzino con vista sul lago. Stanza pulita. Servizi? Assenti. Reception inesistente, in 3 giorni non abbiamo mai incontrato nessuno dello staff, non c’è nessuno a cui chiedere aiuto o informaIoni. Era garantito un certo tipo di parcheggio, ma appena siamo arrivati e hanno visto che eravamo in moto ci hanno fatto parcheggiare in un altro punto. Si chiama bed and breakfast e scrivono colazione disponibile, ma non esiste neanche una stanza colazioni!! Quando abbiamo chiesto spiegazioni (via whatsapp ovviamente perché, come già detto, non esiste reception) ci è stato detto che la colazione non era disponibile, e che se volevamo avremmo potuto pagare la colazione nell’hotel accanto…peccato che avevamo prenotato una stanza con colazione inclusa (pagando il surplus per la colazione ovviamente). Un vero peccato che un hotel così bello esteticamente sia gestito così male!
• sandrine (7/5): - L emplacement. La chambre et la salle de bain étaient propres et confortables avec une jolie terrasse Le manque de personnel à l accueil. La ligne de train pour ceux qui sont sensibles. Néanmoins pas de train la nuit.. la literie était moyenne.

I am not happy I messaged the hotel staff but they did not reply to my problem I paid for this hotel for one night €170
