• vadimas (10/5): - We had an amazing stay at this villa! The place was very clean, modern, and exactly like in the photos. The location was perfect, quiet but still close to everything. We especially loved the atmosphere, the comfort of the rooms, and the beautiful outdoor area. The host was very friendly, helpful, and always available if needed. Everything was well organized and made our stay stress-free. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
• Michel (10/5): Super - Le lieu bien situé La piscine chauffée
• Brigitte (2/5): Avoid - The only positive aspect of this stay was Susanna, the house manager, who was an absolute delight! The beds were reasonably comfortable. The accommodation was located in an active construction area, with continuous building work taking place from approximately 8am to 6pm daily. This was not advertised or disclosed at the time of booking. As a result, the property was not reasonably usable during the day and we were forced to leave for most of the time, which significantly impacted the purpose and value of the stay. We left one night early due to the disruption. The supplier had offered a partial refund, however the amount was not proportionate to the level of disruption and loss of use experienced. I do hope going forward he is honest with future clientele and gives them the option on whether they want to live in the middle of a building site or not. Furnishing is old and tired, and needs replacing.

• Paul (6/5): Its ok but we've stayed in nicer places for similar money - Had everything you needed ie washing machine, iron etc and it's a nice property in regards to fixtures and fittings although its looking a little tired due to all the dust from the building site right in front of it. Susana who looks after the place was lovely too and did her best to sort out issues. Location was OK, bit out the way but we had a car so close enough to Corralejo for food and nightlife and Cotilla beach (which is amazing for kids) Pool wasn't heated when we got there, no pool cover either and it wouldn't get up to temp at this time of year (late November) due to night time heat loss (I'm a heating engineer in the uk). After a couple of days googling to find one and Susana running around i advised her to just get me a tarpaulin from a builders merchant and I'll use that. Took 6 days to get it up to temp (we were there for 10 days) which was a shame as the first thing on our requirements is a heated pool for the kids.

• Richard (8/5): A lovely villa with good facilities. - The facilities at the villa were good. It was nice and clean. The pool was a good size and just what is needed. The location is lovely but at the moment it is a bit remote. Once the building work is completed hopefully a supermarket will be included as you definitely need a car for everything.

• Martin (10/5): Perfect villa to relax near Corralejo - The property was very comfortable and well laid out. We were 3 friends and it was great for when wanted to chill for a bit and spend some in the sun out the back. Beds were very comfy too. We were made feel very welcome there. It had everything you need for a weekend or extended stay. It was about a 10 min drive to Corralejo which is a beautiful town with a great vibe and fabulous beaches.

• Aleksandra (10/5): great location with private pool and parking space - a great base for attractions in the north of the island and more (to sotavento about 1.5 hours drive) . quiet despite being located in a housing estate of terraced houses. a parking space under the house and a private swimming pool are a huge advantage of this property. the space and functionality of the house are also its great advantage. We came back from each trip with the pleasure that there was a beautiful house with a swimming pool waiting just for us.

• Roza (9/5): Pretty - Lovely house, good location 10min away from Corralejo. Pool was clean, house was tidy, really nice and modern. Host Susanna was very kind, explained nicely everything regarding house and recommended what to see with a map that helped us a lot. Some small things, like missing pan for using oven, but that is all.. and would be great to have grill outside for bbq
