• Han (4/5): Not again - Apartment has a bad smell. Toilet has mould. Location is very bad and the surrounding areas does not feel safe. It is run-down location. Check-in time was not clear. We arrived at 21:00 and the person charged us late check in directly. When I asked , he was very rude and said yes, of course he will charge. After some discussion only he said that check-in process needs to be completed by 21:00. This is for me understandable but there is no need to be so rude. Also the taxi we ordered from you did not wait for us with our name. He was waiting in his taxi. This causes further delay.

• Stephane (8/5): Appartement au cœur d'un quartier très vivant près des commerces. - Grande pièce de vie, avec un canapé confortable. Du rangement et un balcon Hélas des voisins très bruyants jusque tard dans la nuit ont un peu gâché notre séjour. Et peut être à cause de travaux une odeur d'égouts stagnait dans le hall de l'immeuble.
• Simo (7/5): Carino per qualità-prezzo - La posizione buona per la vicinanza della metro, forni e supermercati. Molta multiculturalità. Il check-in, anche se frettoloso, è stato fatto dal proprietario alle 2 a.m. Il quartiere è densamente popolato. Per tre notti di seguito, siamo stati svegliati da schiamazzi per strada e negli appartamenti vicini, per urla e liti. La pulizia non precisissima (telo sporco sotto il letto matrimoniale, qualche lenzuolo macchiato, federe cuscini strappate, qualche capello di qua e di là). Mancavano padelle da induzione (presenti solo pentole). Il bagno è defenestrato. E, ahimé, tasto dolentissimo: il divano letto 2 piazze estremamente scomodo! L'appartamento va bene fino a 4 persone. Non di più.
• Ahmad (1/5): Extreme schlecht nicht für Famile - Lage war gut metro u bahn in der Nähe und restorant Beide Zimmer waren stark von Schimmel befallen, und die Unterkunft hat das offenbar verschwiegen. Auch das Bad war sehr schmutzig – die Duschwanne/Badewanne hatte Schimmel und war undicht, sodass beim Duschen Wasser auslief. Nach der Toilettenbenutzung sprang der Spülknopf heraus, wenn man die Spülung betätigte, und aus dem Abfluss kamen zudem Insekten. Insgesamt inakzeptabel – ich kann die Unterkunft nicht empfehlen.

• Καμενίτσα (7/5): Αρκετά άνετα για 7 κορίτσια - Ήμασταν παρέα 7 κοριτσιών και βολευτήκαμε πάρα πολύ άνετα . Είχε δύο μπάνια οπότε μπορούσαμε να είμαστε άνετες και τα κρεβάτια ήταν καταπληκτικά . Επίσης παρόλο που δεν είναι κεντρική περιοχή το μετρό είναι δίπλα όπως και η στάση για λεωφορείο . Υπάρχει και νυχτερινό το οποίο σε αφήνει πολύ κοντά . Είχε μια περίεργη μυρωδιά όταν μπαίναμε στην πολυκατοικία και τη δεύτερη μέρα βρήκαμε μια κατσαρίδα στο ένα μπάνιο . Είχαμε ένα θέμα με το νερό όταν κάναμε μπάνιο , δεν έφτανε για όλες . Η περιοχή φαινόταν αρκετά επικίνδυνη, ειδικα για μια παρέα κοριτσιών .
• Marin Markić (8/5): Good and clean apartment for reasonable price, little outside of city - Beds and pillows were comfy; I have slept very well. We did not hear anything, no noise from neighbors or streets; it was very quiet for 6 days and a real vacation. There is a lot of space in rooms, a nice table, a couch, a living room, and a very well-equipped kitchen, including a microwave, always hot water, AC and a nice terrace. There is a smart TV with WiFi and YouTube. Windows had shutters to block sunlight and made kids sleep in nicely. Owner checked day before and prepared beds. Everything was very clean, which was important because we visited with little children. I would rate apartment 8 out of 10. Location pros are that there are a lot of stores that are open even until 11 PM. You have everything you need in a few-minute walking radius; Lidl is close, and there are other stores, including a very good bakery with coffee and KST with everything that you need for home or kids. You need 5 minutes to reach the L2 metro in Sant Adria station, and from there it is 12 minutes to La Sagrada, even that Google Maps says 20-24. You can reach all parts of the city easily by changing the metro at La Pau or Clot. There was a smell coming from toilet, but that is not related to the apartment, but to the whole building ventilation system and it seems other buildings have it too. Building interior reeks of it. I would suggest to fellow travelers to turn OFF light in the bathroom so that ventilator turns OFF and smell is gone after a while. I would recommend to owner to split toilet switch for light and ventilator into two so that ventilator can be turned off, and set it off by default. Apartment has mold, which is visible on walls. I would suggest paint job and mold removal for owner. It did not have health issues for us, but should be addressed. Did not like that there is no option for late check out - to pay for couple of hours since apartment was free, but I understand that that is policy. On first look, location could seem like a "ghetto", unsafe and dirty, to some, but I did not feel unsafe and it did not feel dirtier then other parts for city or other big cities. We did not have any bad experience, neighbors and store workers are friendly, and even walking with kids during late evening - dark hours was no problematic. Since the apartment price was a lot less then it Barcelona center, it was a good choice for us.

• Hubert (8/5): A comfortable and well-equipped apartment in a great location with easy access to Barcelona and the Grand Prix circuit. - Stayed for a week during the Grand Prix weekend. The location was ideal for us—quick access to local motorways, and the metro into central Barcelona was just a short 5-minute walk away. The apartment was clean and well-equipped. Although the deposit system was a little unfamiliar to us, we paid it in advance and received it back promptly after our stay. The owners were very friendly and quick to respond to messages. One thing to note is that the boiler only holds a limited amount of hot water, so showers had to be fairly quick to ensure there was enough for all four of us. Not a big issue, just something to be aware of when planning. Also, not the fault of the owners or the apartment, but we did have a couple of instances where using the paid garage was tricky—local residents blocked the entrance, which left our car either stuck inside or unable to get in (especially stressful with an early morning flight). There was also no alternative parking nearby. That’s just something to keep in mind for anyone travelling with a car. That said, the owners were very responsive and helped resolve the issue both times.

Great restaurants 10 min walk away. It's in Badelona, a non touristy city right outside of Barcelona. We will stay here again. Loved the experience! The name of the apartment says beach... but it's not close to the beach.

• Ghaffari (1/5): A Nightmare Experience - Never Again! - I had the unfortunate misfortune of staying at this accommodation recently, and I cannot emphasize enough how terrible my experience was. It is imperative that I share my brutally honest review to save others from the ordeal I endured. 1. Unsafe Neighborhood: The location of this place is a disaster waiting to happen. It is situated in a shabby and insecure neighborhood that I would never recommend, especially for ladies. The area exudes an unsettling vibe, making it unsuitable for anyone looking for a safe and comfortable stay. 2. Dubious Deposit Request: Upon arrival, the owner had the audacity to demand a 200 euro cash deposit. This demand was not only shocking but also left me questioning whether it was even in line with Booking.com policies. It cast a shadow of doubt over the entire booking. 3. Appalling Hygiene: The hygiene standards at this place were abysmal. The bed sheets were not just dirty; they were repulsively filthy. Photos I took clearly show hair from previous guests, suggesting that the sheets had not been washed. This blatant disregard for cleanliness is unforgivable. 4. Noise Nightmare: A good night's sleep was an elusive dream during my stay here. The incessant noise from the neighbors kept us up at all hours. To add to the torment, one night, our doorbell was aggressively rung at 3:00 AM by unidentified individuals. My wife was left traumatized by the situation, and the neighborhood's condition only amplified our anxiety. 5. Health Hazard: In one of the bedrooms, the corner was filled with mold. This is not only unsightly but poses extreme health dangers, particularly to those who may be allergic or sensitive to such substances. It is completely unacceptable for a rental property to be in this state. 6. Dilapidated Equipment: The iron provided was in a deplorable condition. It was not only damaged but also filthy. Using it to iron clothes would have been a disaster waiting to happen.
