• Mariola (10/5): Wyjątkowe miejsce w sercu Florencji - Mieszkanie ma wyjątkowy klimat. Bardzo wygodne sypialnie. Bardzo czysto. Wszystkie udogodnienia, jakich można by się spodziewać w domu. Wspaniała gospodyni, bardzo pomocna, nawet w kwestii zwiedzania Florencji. Polecam z całego serca 💚 Na pewno tu wrócimy 😊
• AnneMarie (10/5): A fantastic place to stay. - Everything. Sylvia was fantastic. We sent her a message 10 minutes before arrival and she was waiting at the apartment. The apartment is really comfortable and so clean. It is very well equipped. It is so easy to get there from the airport on a direct tram line and the same line goes to the city centre.
• Marc (9/5): Confortable et pratique pour un séjour réussi - Immeuble très calme, tram très proche, direct centre et aéroport (10 mns dans chaque cas). Tout est en bon état et moderne. Silvia est très serviable et sympathique

• Montaner (10/5): - L'apartament era molt maco, ampli, amb dues habitacions, llits molt còmodes i totalment nou. La Sílvia va ser encantadora a l'hora de donar-nos les claus i ens va ajudar amb tot. L'apartament és a 15 minuts del centre i relació qualitat preu val molt la pena. Ens ha agradat molt!

• Amaya (10/5): - Apartamento amplio, con todo lo necesario, menaje, café, gel, etc. Camas cómodas. aire acondicionado y bonito decorado. A 1 minuto la parada del tranvía y muchas tiendas cerca. La dueña encantadora, nos recibió muy amable fuera del horario y se lo agradecemos mucho. Además nos dió muchas recomendaciones y estuvo muy pendiente de todo.

• Noelia (10/5): Mejor que un hotel - Todo nuevo y decorado con mucho gusto. Muy cómodo y espacioso para 4 personas (aunque está preparado para 6). Camas cómodas, buena ducha y buen aire acondicionado (muy silencioso). Ducha con buena presión y cocina muy bien equipada. No no nos faltó de nada. Además doble acristalamiento y persiana de calidad para quien le moleste la luz. Buen WiFi y televisión con apps. Edificio muy tranquilo y parada del Tranvia T2 y un buen supermercado justo al lado. A 15 minutos del centro en Tranvia. Pero lo mejor la hospitalidad y comunicación con Silvia. Realmente un lugar bien pensado para disfrutar de Florencia. ¡Calidad de hotel, pero con la comodidad de una casa!

Nos aconsejó sobre restaurantes, transporte, lugares de interés, supermercados, etc. El apartamento es espacioso, muy limpio y cómodo. Está decorado con mucho gusto. La ubicación es realmente buena. Pasa un tranvía cada 5 minutos. Sitio tranquilo. Nada de ruído. Todos los servicios al lado: supermercados, centro comercial, restaurante, tranvía. Se agradece que tenga mucho menaje.
• Andreas (10/5): An excellent place to stay with easy access to the busy and noisy tourist area - A spacious appartment for 4 adults, equipped with all the facilities (excellent coffee machine!). It is very close to a big supermarket and the tram station to the city center. The host was very polite and helpful.

• Rositsa (9/5): Superb - The apartment is perfect, very clean, and the hostess is very accurate and punctual. We liked that we didn't have to wait for keys and were able to check in immediately. Beds are comfortable. The kitchen part is well equipped (appears newish), but we didn't use it, cause I believe in Firenze most people would opt for eating out. We were informed that the aircons didn't work upon our arrival, but the hostess provided us with ventilators for each room. And since we were out almost the entire time and only returned to sleep, we didn't care so much for it.

• Natali (10/5): Exceptional - the apartment was clean and cozy, so were the linen and bathroom. the kitchen had everything you needed and there was also a coffee machine with capsules. the bedrooms were spacious enough for 4 people and the apartment was right next to the tram. by tram it takes about 15 minutes to get to the center of Florence which was very convinient. you could hear the tram from the apartment but for me personally it wasn't really a bother. a special thank you to our hosts both Silvia and Carlo. they were very attentive and nice. Carlo gave us the key with no delay when we arrived and Silvia was communicating with us all throughout our stay. they were super nice and we are thankful for their attention. overall our stay was great. i definetly recommend this apartment. nothing. everything was great.
