• Ігор (4/5): - Apartments is good, near to the beach. The shower hose was broken and the staff did not do 0 response to this problem. The shower tray is leaking and there is water on the bathroom floor all the time. the air conditioner in the bedroom works very poorly, maybe it just needs servicing

• AMEER (9/5): - Suitable for families. Staff that meets the requirements. At the reception they listen and respond. Especially a guy named Nedelcho. Professional, listens and responds and cares and is caring and smiling 🙂. Thanks to him and everyone. The place is secure, there is a guard at the entrance, not everyone enters. The location is excellent, just a few steps from the center. A comfortable, clean place. They contact you by email about the cleaning team. They don't disturb your sleep. The linens are clean and the cleaning is good. The room is equipped and the kitchen is equipped. We cooked for the 16 days of our stay . We will be back next year, insha'Allah. Thanks everyone The air conditioner on the balcony of the next room was making a terrible noise. But that's okay, they said they would fix it

• Smith (7/5): the apartment was perfect nice and roomy and on the doorstep to clubs,pubs and everything else - the location was perfect there were 3 light bulbs not working the tv was not working
• Ралица (10/5): Exceptional - The location 10/10, the place was absolutely clean and renovated. There were everything except hairdryer.
• Kovalchukliudmyla (5/5): Passable - Apartment is very close to beach, 3mins by walk. There are all necessary equipments: kitchenrange, stove, microwave, coffee machine, refrigerator and washing machine. The soundproofing is very bad, the apartment is located in the centre of the city, not leave the apartment during the night you can hear all the music from clubs. The cleanness can be better: bottle under bed after previous residents. Insects at the apartment: a lot of ants, and we see few cockroaches. A lot of handles are in bad condition, they need to be repaired or changed for a new one. Private parking near the hotel is very expensive for its quality, 25 lv. It's just a small narrow (for such quantity of cars) wild territory with stones. And be careful with these guys, ask all conditions, because 25 lv is not a price for 24 hours, they have own tricky rules.
• Gaiser (4/5): Disappointing - Good location, nice pool. It was dirty. The shower was clogged when we arrived, all silverware in the room was extremely dirty and unusable. Stained sheets. The reception at the hotel made us pay a deposit upon arrival, then when we checked out they claimed we never paid it and that we weren’t even in the system (although they wrote down all our passport details when we checked in). Reception pretty much just lied and scammed us
