- Luiz (7/5): Bom! (Mas com algumas melhorias a fazer!) - Gostei muitíssimo da localização do hotel! Perfeito local com vários pontos turísticos para conhecer, e com uma mini distância entre o hotel e a Gran via! Também gostei do local muito bem limpo e com todos os utensílios de casa servidos para as pessoas. Infelizmente o apartamento apresentava alguns problemas com os equipamentos eletrônicos, como o ar condicionado, frigobar e a máquina de lavar, onde ao uso delas, a energia sempre se desligava, onde tínhamos de deixar sempre alguns aparelhos desligados da tomada para que não caísse a energia novamente!

La anfitriona solo se presentó para entregarnos las llaves y nunca más respondió a nuestros mensajes. El apartamento presentaba múltiples fallos: la luz se iba constantemente, el aire acondicionado solo funcionó el primer día, la lavadora estaba dañada, no había utensilios de cocina ni cambio de sábanas. El servicio por parte del anfitrión fue pésimo. En general, nuestra estadía fue muy incómoda, especialmente por el intenso calor y la falta de aire acondicionado. Muy mala experiencia.

- Isabella (1/5): Whilst the location of this accomodation is fantastic, I would not recommend people stay here. From the beginning, the c - Good location. Poor communication, washing machine smoked and flooded and staff did not assist, bathroom was extremely dirty, apartment generally dirty with mould and bad smells.
- 砂奈恵 (5/5): The location of this hostel is good, but it should be more clean. - The location was really center, and there is a ramen shop nearby, that was pretty good. Wifi is very strong and we can watch Netflix. We couldn’t get a key easily on the day of arrival as they cannot speak English. It was very noisy at night in the apartment. And, the lift was broken one day after the arrival day, so we walked up and down to the 4th floor till the last day. On the arrival day, there are something remaining in the microwave.
