  The two bedroom apartment is only 2 mins walk from the pool and 1 mins walk from the clubhouse* with pool, restaurants and children's water park. Attention: the beaches are 3.1 mi away, and Hurghada is about 22 mi from Makadi Heights. Smoking is not permitted in the apartment. * Summer festival in July 2023 with DJs, animation in the pool and events in the evening. The public swimming pool near the apartment is free of charge. It is not heated at the moment. You can bring food and drinks. There is an entry fee for the pool at the clubhouse. You can purchase the entrance ticket at the customer service desk across from the club. Coco Loco Beach at La Branda is also charged (200 EGP), unless you buy a 2-week Clubhouse membership, the beach is included. Hotels in Makadi Bay offer daily use. There is also a public beach, but without sunbeds, at Makadi Bay. If you would like to purchase a Club House Membership to use Coco Loco Beach and the Clubhouse pools, please contact me. Visitors are not allowed in our secure area. If you want to meet friends who don't live here, you can meet them at a coffee shop in Makadi Heights Mall. refrigerator, an oven, a microwave and an electric kettle. Pay $5 for electricity per night before chick in and $5 for cleaning per stay. This Apartment also offers Free Wifi.

• Giovanni (10/5): Fantastic people and apartment - Very friendly and kind owners, gave us a tour for the compound and its facilities once we arrived. They also showed us the way to the city and introduced us to shops and places we should visit. The apartment is very nicely designed, there are 2 rooms with king size bedrooms and an attic. The compound has a mall with a pizza shop and a Bestway supermarket. - Security is too strict at the gates, you might not be able to enter unless authorized by the owner if the security does not recognize you. - Pool security did not allow us to enter without owner's permission. - Every shop in the compound closes by midnight except the Bestway supermarket (open all the time) Owner was available via phone whenever we needed help or permission so security was not a problem.
