• Saša (10/5): Homey apartment in a quiet neighborhood near the city center - The apartment is in the perfect spot, in a quiet neighborhood, around the corner from the more affordable parking zone (green zone) and a casual walk away from the city center. It was perfectly clean, homey and comfortable. We were a little worried that we would miss the AC in the middle of August, but the thick building walls kept the apartment nice and cool. It's not obvious from the property photos, it has a perfect balcony for a charming breakfast and chilling. We were happy to return to it every night, and would easily spend a longer period there.

• Kestutis (10/5): Highly reccommended appartment for your stay in Graz - Appartment was perfectly planned and equipped. Located in a quiet district of Graz, within walking distance to the Old Town. It is so convenient for a family upto 4 persons. Milena was the great host, we received all information needed. Probably, smoking person stayed before us, so we felt a smell of it.

The location is perfect, close enough to the center but in a neighbourhood where birds are the only sound you hear. I would 1000% recommend this apartment either for short stays or longer ones. It is difficult to find something this good. Milena was an amazing host, always available to help us when needed. Do yourself a favour and stay here during your time in Graz. You will not regret it Nothing

• Ioanna (10/5): Perfect long term stay in beautiful apartment near park - This is a well appointed and recently renovated apartment in a nice upper middle class neighborhood of Graz. It includes everything one could need for a longer term stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to a new washer. Everything was very clean and tidy. The apartment has lots of windows so it gets plenty of natural light and overlooks the green courtyard of a nearby school. The building itself has a live-in superintendent and a common use garden for residents’ use. There are many trees and one wakes up to the sound of singing birds, which I really liked. Schlossberg and the Stadtpark are an easy stroll away and Graz Innerstadt with museums and restaurants is a pleasant 15-minute walk through the green area. It is very safe and beautiful in this part of Graz, which itself is a safe and peaceful place with many parks and an interesting culinary scene. Milena and Martin were both super kind hosts and always immediately available for any requests. I was in Graz for two months doing research at the university and loved my stay here!
