• Artur (5/5): Ciężkie warunki, dobra cena i blisko dworca - Bliskość do dworca, cena Dużo plam na wszystkich materiałach, poszewkach, ręcznikach, niestety gdy dotarliśmy do pokoju w środku zastaliśmy temperaturę 30*C, po wyłączeniu grzejnika oddawał on jeszcze temperaturę przez całą noc, nie udało mi się zasnąć nawet na 5 minut, leżałem całą noc we własnym pocie, nie pomagały otwarte okna i drzwi

Łatwe wejście do budynku i pokoju. Bardzo źle wyposażona kuchnia - brak podstawowych elemntów wyposażenia, brak mopa do wtracia podłogi w łązience. Brudno w pokoju - butelki zxa szafą, pajenczyny, brak stolików nocnych i mebli do przechowywania - np. szafa, komoda. Brak dobrej regulacji kaloryfera - albo jest bardzo gorący, aż można się oparzyć, albo lodowaty...

Możliwe że pościel nie była zmieniana przed naszym przyjazdem, ponieważ przy materacu znaleźliśmy szczotkę do włosów.

Łazienki, proszą się o remont. Ciężko też było trafić do obiektu gdyż brak szyldu przy obiekcie oraz pomylony nr adresu zamiast 5A wpisany jest nr 10. Krążyliśmy pół godziny pytając ludzi o ten adres.

It's a cold place and there are no blankets. loud noise from other visitors at night, could clean up and punish noisy visitors. I do not recommend going with family.

My family and I had a very disappointing experience at Central Loft Apartments during our one-day trip to Vienna. We checked in and after resting for 1-2 hours, my mother started itching. We discovered that all the beds were infested with bed bugs, which bit all of us. My mother, who has an allergy, suffered severe injuries on her back due to the bites. Also there was just one fan for whole room which was barely working We immediately contacted Booking.com, they said that someone from property would come to inspect the room and assist us. However, after waiting for two hours, no one showed up. We had no choice but to move to another hostel, which completely disrupted our travel plans and ruined our entire day in Vienna This incident not only caused us physical discomfort but also wasted our precious travel time. We are extremely disappointed with the lack of response and support from the property. I would not recommend staying at Central Loft Apartments at all !
