• Karen (5/5): Check if you are definitely getting the apartment pictured in your booking and what floor its on. - Location perfect in Westminster. Close to railway station and tourist areas. Our original apartment we booked was changed as it had a "leak". They "upgraded" us to the loft apartment about 4 floors up. We werent notified beforehand and being 65+ it was too much to take our bags that far up. We were offered other options after I queried it but having to get the bags down and relocate to another area was difficult. As it was the upgrade had another narrow set of stairs to the bedroom so we were unable to get our bags up. The carpet on the floor was wearing so became very slippery to navigate safely. The bathroom shower in the ensuite couldn't be turned up much as it risked flooding onto the floor so we had to use the other shower downstairs. Also the bath plug area wouldn't seal so a bath was out of the question. The drawers and cupboard doors were not aligned so hard to use in the kitchen. Overall not happy with our accommodation and left wondering if the apartment we originally booked was better and lower!

• MLouise (9/5): Great clean flat in great location in London Victoria! - Enjoyed the flat. PERFECT location within walking distance to so many places! Victoria station allowed us to catch the bus and tube just about everywhere we wanted to go. The flat was very spacious and comfortable. The customer service was exceptional. We were very pleased with our stay. Loved the kitchen and the ability to cook s few meals in. May need to pick up some basics if staying for several days-including trash bags. A few more wine glasses and a mixing bowl would be great additions to the kitchen

Close to public transport. Nice quiet location. Unfortunately we were met by a broken window which was in the middle of being repaired. I understand you can’t always plan for this but the repair man was not expecting guests. The property was not as clean as we would have expected and there were signs of damage to items, marks on walls and stains on items. I have fed this back to the owners.

• Maura (6/5): Great location. So So unit. - Location of this unit is outstanding. You can walk to so many great sites/stores! The neighborhood is quiet with a couple of pubs on the street and great restaurants and cafes. The living room and kitchen area of the unit were spacious and nice. The staff was very responsive. The carpet on the stairs leading to the unit was filthy and stained. The hot water did not work in the upstairs bath which was fixed by the staff within 24 hours. Then all of the outlets in the upstairs bedroom stopped working. There were no outlets in the bathrooms. Although the kitchen had several high end appliances, there weren't a lot of plates/cups/glasses. The stairs to the second floor bedroom and bath were very narrow and getting suitcases up and down was challenging.

It wasn’t clean and there was significant west & tear in each room. The pictures in the advertisement didn’t represent reality. It was very disappointing especially considering the cost. The apartment needs a refurbishment & upgrade.

• Kay (8/5): Perfect location to suit the purpose of our visit. Quiet area, extremely clean. Minimalist. - Location was ideal for what we needed. The hosts were delightful & extremely helpful. This is more like a buy to let. Absolutely fine but little things like no shaving point/electric toothbrush point in or even near the bathroom. Kitchen equipment minimal but was sufficient for the short stay there. No tea -towels & when requested a gentleman arrived very quickly with a set of washing up clothes.

• Anthony (8/5): This place is a mixed bag, absolutely great location but the lack of attention to detail and lack of management response - Located in a quiet residential area. Good size unit Lack of attention to detail. We chose the apartment because we wanted to cook our own meals. Unfortunately the oven had no oven racks or trays, nor were there any oven dishes of any sort. There was a small microwave but again there were no dishes to use in the microwave to prepare meals. Despite our repeated requests for oven racks and trays, management did not remedy this through our stay.. I wonder how long this apartment has had no oven racks or trays.
• Francisco (10/5): Apartamento luminoso y limpio - La limpieza, la ubicación y el confort Tenía una alarma contra incendios en la puerta del apartamento que no paró de sonar los 2 primeros días cada 30 segundos con un pitido. Por otro lado era un tercero sin ascensor, y también dentro tenía escaleras al ser duplex lo que después de un día de caminata agotaba un poco. Por lo demás todo perfecto.

• Anthony (7/5): Great location - attention should be paid to the presentation of the accommodation at first sight. - The location of the accommodation was excellent. My perception of accommodation I stay in is very reliant on my first experience, especially after coming off a long flight. My first experience in this case was to walk into a common area which had stained carpets . My advice to the owner is to fix this by replacing the carpets. Also, the TV did not work effectively for the whole stay.

Will charge guests from advance payment without reason … access code change and guests have to wait in the street and wait for them to answer … no cleaning equipment always request for equipment … if working man / women / student can’t stay in this property because mobile coverage and WiFi coverage is pathetic …. I never experience such network and effect my work badly .. even can’t browse or phone call ..

• Kerry (1/5): A horrendous stay and I will be making a formal complaint - It was a disaster from artival. No code or welcome email sent. When I could finally get a hold of them they wanted another huge fee for security deposit. I paid the $100 pound fee which is not refundable. This is ludicrous to not refund. I could have paid $600 pounds and it was refundable but I didn’t trust these scammers to return my money. The agents never returned my call only responded occasionally on what’s app. There was no address so when we arrived we didn’t know the no to go to. We went to the wrong g appartment after googling it. We pre arrsnged for our luggage to be held but none was there to take it. When we finally got in the washing machine didn’t work so a handy man came out and had to fix it. There was no air con as stayed. The hair dryer was held together by sticky tape and there were no amenities. Only one roll of toilet paper for 5 nights, no tea or coffee or auger not even a tea towel. There was no broom or vacuum cleaner and you are expected to tidy up with just a dust pan. There was no hot water on her first day as the maintenance man turned it off trying to fix the washing machine. We paid $4000 AUD for 5 nights and it was a horrible experience for us. We arrived sick from our cruise snd I just wanted to speak to management about how to work everything but they wouldn’t accept what’s app calls dnd only corresponded by what’s app text very occasionally. Never again will I go for an apartment. Everything

Proximate to Chelsea, Buckingham Palace, Westminster and Victoria station. This is a good flat with plenty of room and good facilities. Good value for London. The hall carpet could do with a good clean, but inside the apartment is good.

No central air conditioning and fans not sufficient to keep apt. Cool. 3. Windows not functional and broken. 4. Carpet in common area dirty / stained 5. No waste baskets in bedrooms and bathrooms. 6. Kitchen bare minimum 7. No instructions in unit for appliances 8. Staff not responsive took a long time to reply to messages even though they claim to be 24 / 7.

• Richard (9/5): Excellent property, unbeatable location and great facilities for an extended stay. - Fabulous location in the middle of everywhere you would want to be for an extended stay. Nicely furnished. Very clean facilities. Access: Clear instructions and easy but secure access. Shower controls not intuitive, water temp only minimally adequate and drain clogged easily (got quick support the first time but starting to clog a second time just before we left). Mattress very comfortable, but pillows could have been nicer. These are minor, but fixable problems, compared to the plusses of the property.
• David (9/5): Looking forward to returning! - The location near London's Victoria Station was excellent. There were pubs, restaurants and convenience stores in easy walking distance. The managers of the apartment were courteous, available and responsive to any requests The apartment was very comfortable, It had been recently renovated. The only challenge was that it was on the second floor and the building doesn't have a lift. It would be a problem for those with mobility issues and or those with heavy luggage.
