• Geannina (8/5): - La ubicación es exc , restaurantes y cafés alrededor. El bus lo tomas al otro lado del parque y en menos de un kilómetro estás en Tratevere. El apartamento súper cómodo y cuenta con todo lo necesario , lo único malo q le encontré es que NO hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos, el único aire acondicionado está en la sala , en los cuartos hay abanicos puede resultar un poco caliente dormir en los cuartos . No hay aire acondicionado en los cuartos .

• Santiago Cadarso (10/5): Todo perfecto, familia de 4. - Apartamento amplio, cómodo, con todo lo necesario para una estancia corta o larga, decorado con gusto. Camas amplias y cómodas. Pareja con dos hijas adolescentes. El barrio es tranquilo, de gente de Roma, con todos los servicios cerca. Por decir algo, el agua de la ducha tiene poca presión pero no fue un problema, con ducharse sin abrir otro grifos está solucionado. Estuvimos muy a gusto.

• Aleksander (9/5): Naprawdę bardzo wygodne mieszkanie - Dobra lokalizacja 25 miniut pieszo do Koloseum. Do autobusu 5 minut. Do sklepow Pewex i Todis 2 min. Łóżka wygodne, komplet recznikow, mydełka szampony, ekspres do kawy, wi-fi,... itd.

• Anastasiia (10/5): Nice experience - I have only good impressions from this apartment. Registration for getting a virtual key happened in advance, the neighborhood is quiet and not super far from the center. The apartment itself was clean, had all that's necessary and rather comfy in general.

• Macarena (7/5): Great location - The apartment is in a great location, with excellent restaurants nearby. The sofa bed is not very comfortable, so I wouldn't recommend counting it as an extra bed. The heater was broken when we arrived, and we couldn’t take a shower on the first day. Fortunately, the issue was resolved promptly the next day. Additionally, when we arrived at the apartment at 4:00 PM, the cleaning lady was still there, and we had to wait for almost an hour for the apartment to be ready. With a 10:00 AM checkout time, management should organize the cleaning schedule better to avoid such delays. It’s also worth noting that no cleaning utensils, such as a broom, a dustpan or rags, were provided.
• Tawnee (7/5): Great location, need some small details looked at then this place would be excellent. - It is clean, away from the busy part of Rome, but has a cafe right under it, and multiple places to eat within walking distance. Bed was comfy. Private entrance. Although I didn't use it, there is an elevator. Kitchen is fully stocked to cook. Fridge kept beverages cold. Met the cleaning young lady when we arrived and she was so pleasant. There is no dryer, for after washing clothes (also no laundry soap we bought it at the corner store) and we had two bath towels for two people for an 11 day stay. The air is in the kitchen so the best place to sleep when it's hot is the living room, the water for the shower switches from hot to cold every 5 seconds (this is not an exaggeration). It made for a crappy shower after a very long day of walking in the heat of 96+ degrees. Remote did not work to the TV. So we couldn't use it. I did contact the manager when the power went out to the whole building, letting him know of these things. His reply back was only about the power. That was a bit disappointing.

• Nick (9/5): Superb - The apartment was super spacious and near lots of really great eateries. It was a super easy walk to the Colosseum, roughly 30-40mins but a really nice walk. The air con was so good and the ceiling fan in the bedroom was amazing for those hot nights.
