The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and located right in the heart of the city — making it so easy to explore all the main attractions on foot. It’s also very affordable, which made it even more perfect! The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, making sure we felt completely comfortable throughout our stay. They went above and beyond by sharing lots of useful tips, local recommendations, and must-visit addresses that truly helped us experience Rome like locals. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rome! 🇮🇹✨ Nothing

• Claire (10/5): - Marco is so friendly and welcoming. He was so helpful and nothing was too much trouble for him. His apartment is lovely and has everything that you need. It is in a great area. Loads of places to eat nearby. Handy for the train to take you to all of the tourist attractions which are only 10 minutes away. We loved Rome. Nothing.

Il a répondu à toutes nos questions et nous a donné de précieux conseils. L’appartement est immense, très propre, confortable et équipé de tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin. Les chambres sont chaleureuses et confortables, et il y a même un petit balcon pour prendre l’air. Le quartier est calme, avec plusieurs options pour dîner, prendre un café ou faire ses courses, et le métro San Paolo est à seulement 10 minutes, permettant d’atteindre le Colisée en 10 minutes. Nous avons passé un séjour merveilleux et nous le recommandons vivement !

• Velomahefaniaina (7/5): - L'appartement est situé pas loin du centre de Rome, à quelques minutes du station de métro Basilica S. Paolo, et de l'arrêt de bus 715. Il est bien spacieux, très bien pour une famille. On a bien été accueilli par Marco, qui nous a filé pas mal de conseils et de bonnes adresses.

El lugar es muy cómodo, limpio y acogedor, con todo lo necesario para sentirse como en casa. Los espacios bien distribuidos, su ubicación hicieron que mi estancia fuera muy agradable; dado que el bus nos dejaba al frente de la vivienda. Además, la atención por parte del administrador fue oportuna y cordial, lo cual generó mucha tranquilidad. Sin duda, recomendaría este lugar a otros viajeros y no dudaría en volver en una próxima oportunidad. Excelente la atención del anfitrión. El apartamento superó mis expectativas. ¡Gracias por todo! No tengo ninguna queja

• Valentina (9/5): The perfect spot! - The host, Marco, was incredibly polite and ready to accommodate all of our needs. Three separate bedrooms, a nice balcony, smart TV. The apartment is close to bus and metro stations. The bus literally stops in front of the entrance. Air Conditioning in every room. It is great. I would definitely recommend it to my friends visiting Rome! 🥰 Either we couldn't figure out the washing mashine or it just doesn't do its job well. Also, the showerhead could be changed, but those things, among a couple of others, are just minor.

He showed us apartment very carefully and explained how to use all equipments. He answered all questions personally. Apartment is close to the subway, spacious, clean and well'kept, modern equipment. I was with my family. There are shops and restaurants nearby, recommended by Marco himself. I think this place is very recommendable in the City of Rome.

He welcomed us to the property and showed us how to use everything and then left us to it but was there if we needed anything, gave us recommendations and beautiful Italian wine in the fridge ready for us. perfect nothing, it was great!

The apartment is very clean. 8 minutes to metro station. quiet area. wifi warked good. All for the kitchen Marco is a very kind and attentive host. he always answers promptly. He gives you a list of nearby cafés, bars and pubs. he gave wine. The hot water in the shower runs out pretty quickly, in one bedroom it was noisy, you could hear the neighbors when they were bathing

• Tdpc (10/5): it was a wonderful stay! unforgettable - Marco is a very kind and attentive host. he takes the time to explain everything. and you can count on him if you have any questions, he always answers promptly. Super attentive, when we arrived, our flight was late, initially scheduled for 23:05, the plane landed at 00:00; and he stayed late (01:00) to wait for us, which really made us happy. The apartment is very clean and is only a 6-minute walk from the Basilica S Paulo metro station. Super convenient. Marco gives you a list of nearby cafés, bars and pubs. We were delighted and will go back again on occasion.
