Please note that the maximum occupancy cannot be exceeded, children are count as adults. Please note that the apartments are cleaned once a week and towels are changed on the the fourth day. Please note that the air conditioning in the rooms is available during the summer season, from 10:00 until 23:00. Please note that heating in the rooms is available during the winter season, from 09:00 until 00:00. Payment will be taken upon arrival. Please note that parking cannot be reserved in advance and is subject to availability on the day of arrival. Please note that from 29/12/2024 to 30/06/2026 refurbishment and improvement works will be carried out in the building, which will mainly affect the façades and communal areas. Although the floors that are directly affected will be blocked off, please be aware that there may be a higher level of noise from Monday to Friday from 9:00 to 18:00, occasional dirt in the building, scaffolding installed outside, construction personnel passing through the common areas and/or the collection of material in certain controlled areas. We ask you to consider the inconvenience that these works may cause you and, if you consider that they will affect the purpose of your stay or your rest, please cancel your reservation free of charge. We apologize and remain at your disposal to answer any questions you may have.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Cristina (1/5): CUIDADO LAS FOTOS NO SE CORRESPONDEN CON LA REALIDAD - Horrible, las habitaciones viejas esta en obras, nada que ver con las fotos, La experiencia ha sido muy desagradable. El alojamiento no tiene nada que ver con las fotos publicadas. Las habitaciones están viejas, el mobiliario está sucio, el baño está muy deteriorado y la cocina está vieja y sucia. Además, las ventanas están en obras y tapadas con plásticos, lo que hace que la estancia resulte incómoda. También huele a cerrado. En general, el estado del alojamiento es decepcionante y no se corresponde con lo anunciado.

Edmée (3/5): Slecht appartement met vriendelijke ontvangst in een goede buurt - Het appartement zit midden in een gebouw dat wordt verbouwd. De nieuwe ramen zijn geplaatst voor de oude ramen maar beiden kunnen niet meer op slot. Veel geluidsoverlast van boren, zelfs op de feestdag 15 mei. Donker hol. Vieze muren en plafonds, achterstallig onderhoud in het appartement: los handvat in douche, versleten keuken, niet werkende föhn enz. enz. Erg gehorig, buren kwamen 's nachts om 4 uur thuis en je kon letterlijk verstaan wat ze zeiden. De foto's op booking komen niet overeen met de daadwerkelijke staat van het app. Je denkt in een modern, lichte ambiance terecht te komen maar het is een donker versleten hol. Al met al voelde het zo slecht dat we een dag eerder weg zijn gegaan waarvoor we wel betaald hadden.

Nova (6/5): Not too bad - The apartments are in the middle of full renovation. We stayed in an updated room, which was very nice. Comfortable bed, good shower and kitchen facilities. The location is good, access to the metro a few meters away, and walking distance to the centre. Due to the renovation, the halls and other areas are very messy. We stayed over a weekend so there was no work going on however on the Monday morning we checked out, there was very loud work going on outside our window and outside our door. So I wouldn’t be booking this if I wanted to sleep past 7am during the week. A little overpriced considering all of this

Natalia (4/5): Precio excesivo para un alojamiento en obra - Lo único bueno era la ubicación. No considero que esté en condiciones de ser alquilado y si lo hacen deberían de hacerlo a un precio muy por debajo del mercado dadas las incomodidades que los huéspedes vamos a enfrentar. Para ingresar debes de sortear suciedad, zonas de trabajo. No se pueden abrir las cortinas porque están los andamios y pierdes privacidad. El correo de aviso de obras no le hace justicia a la situación real que enfrentas cuando llegas. Nunca me había pasado algo así. Solo uno de los dos huéspedes pudo conectarse al wifi, los servicios de atención no están disponibles siempre pues no es un hotel.

Sothy (5/5): Week-end in Madrid near el Retiro - Great location close to the metro Diego de Leon in a pleasant area. Walk of about 30 minutes to el Prado, el Retiro and some museums. Caretaker in the reception very helpful and who gives the building the impression of being very safe. Staff is very nice. Very quiet at night, which is very valuable for a good night sleep. Some rooms have not been refurbished yet. The old ones are dark with no natural light, small kitchen that can’t allow cooking and old-fashioned. Price of the room seems high but maybe it’s in the area or just Madrid.

Marta (7/5): Bueno - Es un lugar cómodo para quedarse en un barrio bastante bueno de Madrid con buena conexiones de transporte público. Hay personal 24 horas y fueron muy amables cuando me dejó de funcionar la tarjeta de acceso. A pesar de que avisaron que había obras, no me esperaba que me fueran a dar una habitación con una terraza medio derrumbada y con los pasillos del rellano llenos de agujeros en el techo. No me gustó el trato de la limpiadora. Tenía el check out a las 11 y a las 10:30 llamó a mi puerta a insistir en que tenía el check out (cuando ya estaba recogiendo). No me ha pasado nunca en ningún hotel

Cecilia Páez-Pumar Briceño (5/5): - Ubicación, camas. El edificio está de obras, completamente y al llegar no había agua. El pasillo muy sucio sin limpieza frecuente... No nos solventaron la situación ofreciendo algún descuento o alguna compensación... Llegar de un viaje de 10 horas para no poderte duchar ni haya nada de agua es un problema. Pagando 170€ la noche me parece terrible, aunque la situación no fuese responsabilidad del alojamiento, si esta de su parte ofrecer una compensación a los huéspedes que hayan sufrido este incidente. No volveremos.

Leonardo (5/5): Tiene para mejorar mucho - La ubicación sobre todo La cama muy confortable Personal muy amable Están en reparaciones y el ruido, bastante polvo y además nunca nos avisaron que la piscina no estaba habilitada por la obra. El apartamento bastante oscuro, y al estar en obra no se podía abrir las ventanas. Apartamento interno, y la cocina muy chica
