• Jeanette (10/5): - Friendly host. Comfortable bed. Good shower. The apartment was well equipped - hairdryer, washing machine, microwave, coffee machine, kettle etc
• Fanjul Fuente (2/5): - La ubicación. Un olor a tuberias tan fuerte que ni dejando el extraxtor del baño encendido permanente mientras estabamos se podia siquiera atenuar. El olor da nauseas, dolor de cabeza e inunda todo el apartamento, el ayuntamiento debería clausurarlo hasta que lo reparen. Lamparas quemadas en los pasillos, en la rimer planta debiamos entrar a oscuras. El velador de la habitación con lampara quemada. La limpieza es dudosa ya que había pelos en el suelo de la habitacion y el salón. No puedes dejar las ventanas abiertas para ventilar, se nos han metido dos palomas de una casa abandonada que hay enfrente que es usada como palomar. No ponen funda al colchon ni doble finda a las almohadas.
• SOL SIRAY (8/5): Práctico y bien ubicado - Muy bien ubicado (Al estar en una zona muy céntrica, no tiene aparcamiento, pero se puede dejar el coche en un parking publico muy cercano o bien cruzando el río hay un parking gratuito de tierra, y también está relativamente cerca) Dentro del apartamento huele como a darros o tuberías de los baños. Por otro lado, para quién duerme en el sofá-cama del salón, es molesto el ruido del motor que tiene el frigorífico.
• José (7/5): JF - Atención recibida. Ubicación y limpieza El segundo baño (el que está fuera de la habitación) desmerece claramente una puntuación superior debido al mal olor que desprendía. Si no arreglan con inmediatez dicha incidencia, sufrirán numerosas quejas en posteriores reservas...

• Angelica (8/5): Molto accogliente! - Struttura veramente grande e accogliente. Posizione ottima, vivamente consigliato. L’host super disponibile, siamo arrivati un po’ prima del check in, siccome la camera era già pronta ci ha permesso di anticipare il check in. La cucina è fornita di tutto (stoviglie, caffè, zucchero, sale etc.) Super consigliato! Avremmo gradito una bottiglina d’acqua in frigo, del bagnoschiuma/shampoo in doccia o un kit di benvenuto.

• Carolina (9/5): Muy buena atención. - Hubo problemas con el aire acondicionado antes de nuestra llegada, así que nos ofrecieron otras dos opciones de alojamiento muy bien ubicados, con todos los servicios.
• SERAFINO (6/5): Appartamento sostituito - Vorremmo tanto fare una recensione positiva alla struttura, peccato che non sia stato possibile. Appena arrivati abbiamo scoperto che l'aria condizionata non andava e in sostituzione erano stati predisposti due climatizzatori portatili. Peccato che non eravamo stati avvisati dell'inconveniente e bisognava tenere aperti balcone e finestra per far passare i tubi dei climatizzatori esterni e Cordova in questo periodo è bollente. Ci siamo messi subito in contatto con il gestore che ci ha proposto il rimborso o un altro appartamento. Abbiamo optato alla fine per il cambio. Si consiglia di avvisare preventivamente l'host in caso di problemi e non metterli davanti alla scelta di cambiare con qualcosa di non scelto o di mettersi nuovamente alla ricerca dell'alloggio.

• Kevin (8/5): Very good - Location is excellent being in the center of Cordoba. Easy access to all the main sights as well as convenience. Room is spacious and has all the ammenities you would expect. Airconditioning can be a bit low not enough to cool the property.
• Farhad (10/5): Exceptional - Lovely modern apartment. It was clean, comfortable and as shown in the photos. Perfect location with the Mosque-Cathedral about four minutes away. Sandra gave all instructions by WhatsApp and where to park my car. We stayed during the heatwave with the temperature rising up to 45°c and the living room air conditioning wasn't cooling enough. She sent an engineer around and because he couldn't solve the problem straight away, Sandra bought a brand new portable air conditioning unit and sent a colleague to set it up. Overall we had a lovely three nights and would stay again.
• Abdurrahman (8/5): Will be above expectations if AC works better: - Everything is new, space is excellent, location is great. Two fabulous bathrooms ,it has dishes, utinceles, stove ,and washing machine AC was weak. The temperatures did not go below 26. And this was a major problem for me. The washrooms were not equipped with bidet. One of the washrooms had a broken drawer that dropped on my daughter's foot. No dishwasher,no oven The building was not equipped with an elevator which made carrying luggage to upper floor a bit difficult.
• Sheila (10/5): Fantastic stay! Would stay again. - Centrally located, walking distance to all amenities, this apartment was very clean and comfortable and tastefully decorated. Our host was very attentive to our needs. Coffee, sugar, and tea were available that was very much appreciated. The keypad to the apartment door was a little finicky, but really not a deterrent to staying again.

• John (6/5): comfortable apartment in great location but chaotic instructions on arrival. - Excellent location Clean and tidy Getting in was a nightmare. We should have had directions and instructions when I booked but as I was having internet problems I had to telephone the number given but there was no answer. When we arrived we couldn’t drive to the apartment as it was blocked by a traffic bollard and when we finally got to it we still couldn’t get an answer by phone for about half an hour when we finally got inside. Although the flat was fine we couldn’t find the Wi-Fi code anywhere and there was also no kettle available to make coffee. All these issues could and should have been clarified at the outset.
• Qaiser (10/5): Very comfortable stay, will come again here - Apartment was very modern and seems like newly built. Very nice location, just few mins walk away from main attractions. Free Public Parking 10 mins walk away. Paid parking 3 mins walk away. It's difficult to get the car next to the door to load or unload the luggage, but it shouldn't be a deal breaker. There is a paid parking place 200 meter away, we could bring our stuff easily. The toilets do not have exhausts, the apartment could use some.
