- Judy (10/5): Great stay in gem of a boutique hotel in central Munich! - Such a cute boutique hotel! A gem conveniently located in Munich. Steps away from bus and tram stops. Only 10-15 minutes from key central Munich attractions. Easy access when we arrived. Great communication. Reasonable rates. Friendly, courteous staff. Shady courtyard seating. Delicious breakfast included!

- Nina (6/5): Ein charmantes, altes und durchaus reizvolles Hotel, welches allerdings günstiger sein sollte - Das Hotel ist sehr schön gelegen und das alte Haus charmant mit Wein bewachsen. Das Frühstück ist gut und reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind sauber und mit alten Holzdielen und Vollholzmöbeln ausgestattet. Zu einem günstigeren Preis würde dieses Hotel genau die Nische ausfüllen, die in München nicht bedient wird. Die alten Holzböden knarzen. Das Internet reicht nicht in alle Zimmer. Die Steckdosen fallen aus der Wand, wenn man versucht den Fön auszustecken. Es stehen zu viele Möbel in den Zimmern, als dass man sie benutzen könnte.
- Heike (8/5): - Das Hotel hat meinen Wünschen entsprochen, da ich nah an einem Seminarort in der Reichenbachstrasse wohnen wollte, um diesen fussläufig über die schöne Isar erreichen zu können. In der Nähe gibt es gute Restaurants und der Service im Haus war sehr freundlich und persönlich. Wenn man einen ruhigen Ort ohne viel Glämmer sucht ist man sehr gut aufgehoben dort. Herzlichen Dank!

- Hants_Milo (6/5): Charming family run hotel with a few snags - Friendly staff, unproblematic change of room on request, clean, beds comfortable. Good location with two good restaurants close by (Italian and German) as well as cafes. No WiFi in my initial room (too far from router). No plugs in the sinks. Smell of cigarette smoke in corridor and stairwell every day from someone smoking in a room. Current building works (Jan 2026) to replace the main drain in the street are quite noisy from rooms facing the street.

- Sebastian (9/5): Ein kleines, einfaches Hotel mit super freundlichem Service und für Lage und Preis absolut fair. - Der Service war sehr freundlich und es hat mir an nichts gefehlt. Das Haus mag etwas älter sein, hat dafür aber seinen ganz eigenen Charakter und ist für die Lage und den Preis eine absolut faire Unterkunft. Sollte ich wieder eine Übernachtung in der Nähe brauchen, kommt es definitiv wieder für mich infrage.

Gemütlicher Frühstücksraum mit sehr besonderer Einrichtung in der sich viel "entdecken" lässt. kein vollständiges Badezimmer, sondern nur Dusche und Toilette extra und Waschbecken im Zimmer. Dadurch muss man sich im Kalten Waschen, wenn man gerne kalt schläft.

- Michael (8/5): Ideal für einen Kurzaufenthalt in München! - Zentrale und ruhige Lage, mit ÖPNV Haltestellen ganz in der Nähe, sehr gute und nette durch die Gastgeberin, gute Auswahl beim Frühstück, gute Auswahl bei den Getränken (Kaffee, Latte Macciato, Cappucino, etc.) Etwas beengt, Heizung nicht individuell einstellbar, ein kleiner Wasserkocher zur Bereitung von Heissgetränken auf dem Zimmer wäre schön.

Only thing is it was kind of an old building. - The staff was especially accommodating; they were very kind, and despite booking only the first two nights in the King sized room, where I planned to have a friend stay with me, they let me stay in the same room for my whole week's stay! They were also very timely with cleaning the rooms. Breakfast had a great array of food and it was a very respectfully quiet area. It is also a minute walk to a beautiful gothic Cathedral/popup market square. It IS an old building so I did have a few issues with the toilet flush button getting stuck. Also the WiFi did not reach to the top story where I stayed.

Das Personal war sehr nett, die Lage top und das Zimmer sehr grosszügig und sauber. Das WLAN war im Zimmer leider nicht nutzbar, da zu schwacher Empfang.

Walking distance to the center, there are also public transport stops very close. There are also good restaurants and a market nearby. We thank the kind owner and say hello to her two cute dogs.

Der Zettel mit meinen Daten war schon von wem anderen unterschrieben. So bekam ich ein Zimmer mit 2 Einzelbetten, anstatt das von mir gebuchte Doppelzimmer. Als ich am letzten Abend zurück ins Hotelzimmer kam, war meine Türe nicht abgeschlossen. Nun hatte ich keine Wertgegenstände im Zimmer, aber doch...

Floors in the room were creaking and loud - but it was a minor issue. WiFi in the room didn’t work too well.

Good little fresh bread buns in the morning. Nice staff for breakfast. Nobody is at reception from 17h. Keys and code system work well. I was aware that Wi-Fi was a point. But actually it is even said “ not working at all”. TV didn’t work either. No Wi-Fi can be seen as a positive point, but no TV… it s more a non connected hotel As in the old hotel, bathroom is very tiny with curtains for the shower

No hot breakfast! Need Blackout curtains !

- Nils (1/5): Hotel does not give refund, when not giving access. - Unfortunately it was a very unpleasant experience with the hotel. I was on a work trip and during a break I booked this hotel. I had booked the hotel on Tuesday morning (the confirmation came at 13:05) for the evening of the same day. In addition to the confirmation, there was a text message saying that the hotel should be contacted if the guest arrives late. The following text was sent to me: If you are arriving later, please contact us no later than 1 p.m. on the DAY OF ARRIVAL so that we can send you the access information for a late arrival. Firstly, I should have contacted the hotel some time before the booking took place and secondly, I was busy, i.e. I didn't see the message until it was too late. I have tried to contact the hotel when I recorded the email both by phone or message and got no response. The next day I then contacted via message and asked for a credit of the booking amount but was refused. I would strongly advise against booking with this hotel/hotel chain !!!
