• Peter (8/5): Out of town bolt hole - Good value, nice bathroom Requested a cash deposit on arrival for a 1 night stay. I declined as I was leaving at 6am, they accepted that. Room is very tight as you can see from photos.

From the moment I arrived, the hosts - Veronica and Damien - went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. It genuinely felt like staying with close relatives—they were warm, attentive, and cared deeply about my comfort throughout my stay. It is a haven of peace and quiet, perfect for those looking to relax and unwind. And it is an excellent choice for travelers with a car. Exploring the surrounding area was so convenient, and having such spacious parking was a real bonus. Overall, my stay at Winter Wonderland Villa was nothing short of exceptional. The hosts’ hospitality and the tranquil atmosphere made it a true home away from home. I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Los Gigantes area—this place is a gem!

Best place to be after being sightseeing all day. Very pleasant terrace to end and start the day. Thank you for everything!!!
• Andrzej (5/5): Passable - Silence, view, rural style We were asked to leave 50 Euro in cash deposit and we were informed about that fact on the day of arrival (no info at booking.com). We were also forced to leave at 10:30 even if the check out time was until 11:00. We also were asked to take and throw out the trash by ourselves. There is lack of privacy since the terrace is shared with the house owners. The only window is the door window so if you want to open the window - you need to open the door which can be not comfortable during the night.
• Anne-caroline (10/5): Best place in tenerife - Our experience was just perfect. Our hosts have been the loveliest persons on earth. The location was perfect and the House and the bedroom comfortable and convenient.
• Kiran (10/5): Exceptional - Our stay with Veronica and Damian was very nice. Veronica and Damian were both very welcoming hosts and we enjoyed several lengthy conversations. There was enough space to park our car and it was in a convenient location for visiting local restaurants or supermarkets. The room was spacious and peaceful, the bed was very comfortable and the shower was powerful. Overall the room was very well designed. We stayed 2 nights, one in each room and they both had all the facilities we required for our stay. Highly recommend!

• Claudio (7/5): A good quiet place for one night stay - The place was quiet and in the middle of the nature. There was a breathtaking lookout and we could park near the accomodation. The staff was friendly. It’s tricky to find the actual position of the place, they should share their position. There isn’t a proper acoustic isolation. There isn’t a window, a part from the door, that can stay open and have privacy
• Valdis (9/5): Lieliski! - Great place in the countryside, away from the crowds of tourists! Great owners, responsive and attentive. Excellent cleanliness in the rooms.
• K&m (5/5): Warning solo female travelers! - Room very well equipped, surrounding very quiet and stunning view. Too bad the host never heard of boundaries when dealing with woman... Host behaviour unacceptable. He made me feel very uncomfortable. He touched me several time (my face, my arm, even pocking at my belly!) It was inappropriate and felt very disturbing and unsafe. He was also leaning a too much on how lucky I was because of his presence. Like he was the cherry on top of the cake of my stay... Pathetic. Disgusting. I am sure he would have been able to control himself better if I was travelling with husband... I checked in at the same time as a couple and didn't see him acting with them as much familiar he was with me. Keep your distance and respect people space!
• Rachel (10/5): A cute out of the way place to put your head at night. - Lovely location, beautiful clear sky at night. Damian was extremely helpful and knowledgeable about the area and gave some good advice of where to eat etc. The bed was comfy and the shower excellent. There is a small fridge and kettle available. We stayed for one night but it would be more than comfortable if you needed longer.

• Grzegorz (10/5): 10/10 - Hospitality was higher than standard which I'm used to. Damian with Veronika do great work to make guests satisfied. Every single person is treated not as one of hundreds members but as family member. That's very first time when I experienced such warm people so if I come back to Tenerife I choose winter wonderland one more time.
• Kiryl (10/5): I liked everything here. - I liked everything here. The hosts are so friendly and hospitable. I felt like I am at my close friends. The room is well-eqiupped and clean. The territory outside is beautiful. Nice terrace with a table. I'd be happy to stay here again and for longer a period. A bit hot in the room, but that's Canaries.
• Hege (10/5): Best place to stay in Tenerife - I loved everything here!! It was superclean, new, the wifi was fast, the shower warm and it was so nice and quiet here. The owners are so friendly and welcoming, I felt like part of their family and I got lots of good tips of what to do and where to eat. The location is fantastic if you have a car. It’s close to supermarkets and restaurants, but its still in the countryside where you can look at the stars at night, and its close to lots of nice hikes. I stayed here for 8 nights and wished I could stay longer, I will definitively stay here the next time I come back to Tenerife. Thank you for a lovely stay Nothing

• Wall (10/5): Exceptional - Nice quiet semi rural location with attentive hosts and a sweet little dog. The accomodation was very good value for money. The view of hills and sea from the garden was an added bonus. I was using the bus and the service was quite limited so a car or use of taxis would be best.
• Simon (8/5): Hidden Gem(but maybe too hidden) - Spotlessly clean with a jaw dropping view from the garden(down the valley, over Los Gigantes and across the water to La Gomera), could hear a pin drop at night(along with the odd cocka-doodle-doo), Veronica's husband(Damian) is superbly eccentric and fanatical about his unusual hobby .... The directions to this house on this website using its map are dreadful. The buses which can be caught at the end of their lane are not reliable.
• Attila (10/5): Exceptional - It is a Wonderland thats true! :) The host couple was really really nice, opened, helpful in every thing!! Thanks for it! :) This place is a kind of special one on market. If you prefer quiet , and close to nature it is for you! I like the chickens too. And you can see the sunset perfectly, and you can watch the stars from the garden! And also mountains are very close. My room had big bathroom and all the things you need. This is near to banana and avocado farms , a kind of interesting agricultural landscape. It s hidden from the main road but if u find it wont go ! :) Go there by car thats the best way! I was missing a nice spansh girl from the bed next to me..:D maybe next time! ;) Maybe a good coffee at morning for me was missed too, but i just did not ask it i think i could get one easily.

• Tara (10/5): Amazing hosts and a very relaxing environment - Veronica and Damian are wonderful hosts and incredibly kind. The start of my holiday in Tenerife didn't go exactly to plan. The help, support and encouragement they gave me was very much appreciated and was above and beyond what I could have expected. I felt I arrived as a stranger but left as a friend. There was nothing I didn't like. I felt safe and relaxed. The surroundings were lovely and quiet with a feeling of tranquility. A car would be useful, however.
• Sergio (1/5): BAD ACCOMMODATION, BAD LOCATION AND BAD SERVICE - Bad accommodation, bad location and bad service. The hosts don't seem to know or care about hospitality or even just respect and kindness. 1. The room has a separate access but is still within the hosts' house, so it lacks intimacy and privacy because only a thin wall separates it from the rest of the house. Result: you can hear them speaking and all of their noise, e.g. television, music, vacuum cleaner, etc. Also you can be heard and seen from the window that is right where they pass by to enter their house. 2. It's in the middle of nowhere, and the address indicated does not match with the actual location. So not easy nor funny to find them unless you are up for a treasure hunt. I was shocked to hear that the owner was expecting me to get there on foot despite of my heavy luggage. 3. The worst was their attitude on the day of my departure. Checkout was at 11 and from 9 they started knocking at the door, looking badly at me, putting pressure on me, telling me loud and aggressively to leave because some other hosts were arriving and they had granted them an early checkin. A totally insane and unreasonable behaviour that caused me a lot of unnecessary distress. 4. THE BED IS NOT ACTUALLY A BED BUT A SOFA: SO QUITE HARD AND VERY UNCOMFORTABLE. Pillows are also not comfortable since they keep the same volume when you lay your head on them. The fridge is super small and does not really refrigerate anything. Water spills over from the shower since the glass wall only covers half of it. There is no table or desk.
• Dominik (10/5): Exceptional - Had a wonderful time in Damians & Veronicas accommodation. The place of the villa is really quiet an sourrounded by nature, the panoramic view is amazing, espacially the sunsets. Damian and Veronica are such lovely people, it feels like home, they will help with every kind of problem and always gave good advises for beautiful places around los gigantos and the island. It was a beautiful time out here, and im certain coming back to this place.
