• Ana (9/5): Céntrico y cómodo - Alojamiento perfecto para pasar un par de días en Nápoles por su excelente ubicación, céntrico pero fuera de las calles más caóticas. Zona también bastante segura. La habitación (Frida) peculiar pero cómoda y con todo lo necesario. La única pega que le podría poner, sería no poder dejar el equipaje antes de la hora del check-in.

Struttura non perfettamente pulita ma la cosa che mi ha dato più fastidio è stata la biancheria del letto palesemente usata, piena di capelli e peletti con diverse macchie evidenti. Nonostante ciò il proprietario non si è degnato neanche di scusarsi, mi ha invitato dopo le proteste, a prendere un hotel qualora volessi più qualità nel servizio.

• Cristina (6/5): buono per brevi soggiorni - Posizionato nel centro storico, estremamente comodo per esplorare napoli a piedi. stanza ampia e che contiene a disposizione degli ospiti phon, asciugamani e prodotti da bagno in quantità. Purtoppo le camere sono al piano rialzato di un palazzo che affaccia su un vicolo dove il viavai di auto e motorini non si ferma neppure durante la notte. la stanza era piuttosto umida, e diventa molto calda durante la notte (ma con la finestra aperta sembra di avere i motorini direttamente in camera) aggiungo che dopo la pubblicazione della recensione sono stata contattata tramite whatsapp fal proprietario che mi ha scritto, copioincollo "Già dalla foto del profilo che hai si capisce quanto tu fossi orrenda. La mia camera ha ospitato una persona che dice solo falsità la prossima volta prendi un ostello caccia i soldi così avrai tutto le comodità oppure compra una tenda starei meglio sta persona inutile" quindi sappiate che ae avrete anche solo mezza cosa di negativa da dire su qualsiasi cosa verrete insultati.

El alojamiento estaba muy limpio y bien cuidado, con todos los servicios necesarios para una estancia cómoda. La atención fue amable y siempre dispuesta a ayudar. Además, alojarse en la habitación dedicada a Maradona fue una experiencia única que te hacía sentir parte del lugar y de la esencia de la ciudad. El ambiente era tranquilo, ideal para descansar, y la relación calidad-precio resultó muy buena.

The host was very kind and always quick to help whenever I had a question. It would have been even better with air conditioning, but thanks to the fan I was still comfortable. I was very satisfied with my stay.

• Daniel (7/5): - The location of the property was perfect for getting to the port for ferries and into the lively parts of Napoli. For the money paid, the facilities were are as expected - everywhere was clean and I had everything I needed to suit my short stay. So good value all in all. The lock on my bedroom door was a bit finicky, it would often slip back to the locked position after locking and would sometimes take a few attempts to lock as it would be slightly misaligned.

Great effort of the host in decorating the Frida room with amazing textiles. The place needs a refurbishment. The shared bathroom is very old and mouldy. The bathroom and the room need a deep cleaning. The room smells as there isn't good circulation of air, humidity smell.

L'appartamento è silenzioso e tranquillo. L’host è stato gentilissimo. Vicino c’è la metro 6 (Chiaia) e a 19 minuti la metro 1 (Municipio). Ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo.

• Fleur (8/5): Nice room in a lovely building located in a safe neighborhood - Communication with Massimo was smooth via WhatsApp; we agreed on an arrival time and he was waiting for me at the entrance. He’s a very kind man who’s happy to help and answers any questions you may have. I stayed here for two non-consecutive nights, with a trip to the Amalfi Coast in between. I was able to safely store my large backpack at a nearby luggage facility for €5 per day (there’s no luggage storage at the accommodation itself). Massimo kindly looked after my laptop, which I really appreciated! The room is nicely decorated, especially if you’re a football fan 😉. The bed was ssssuuuuuper comfy! And with the shutters, you can make the room nice and dark and quiet. There are also various toiletries available for use. I stayed in June and it was very hot, also inside the room. But I still slept well with the fan on. One thing to keep in mind: it’s about a 15-minute walk from the Municipio metro station. Totally fine if you’re carrying a small bag, but with a big backpack or suitcase it can feel a bit far.

Buon punto di partenza per visitare la città in un rione tranquillo. Se non sei abituato al bagno in comune non fa per te. Molto indicato per giovani che hanno voglia di viaggiare all'avventura.

• Erasmo B. (5/5): Bellissima Napoli e alloggio ben posizionato per girare a piedi. Host poco affabile. - Comoda la posizione. Alle spalle di Piazza Plebiscito, 5 minuti a piedi e da lì puoi girare il centro di Napoli a piedi senza problemi. La stanza non è provvista di aria condizionata e nei mesi caldi è invivibile. E' presente un ventilatore sul soffitto ma non è la stessa cosa anche perchè l'umidità a Napoli in estate è micidiale. Inoltre impensabile dormire con le finestre aperte per il rumore che arriva dai vicoletti subito sotto. Manca anche un frigo in stanza almeno per tenere in fresco qualcosa da bere visto appunto il grande caldo. Host troppo apprensivo. Terrorizzato dai comportamenti dei propri ospiti e dai danni che potrebbero causare. Capisco perfettamente, ma mette a disagio ed in apprensione chi è lì per rilassarsi. Poco gentile anche via messaggio. Altra pecca è il parcheggio, ma chiaramente Napoli è Napoli e non è certo colpa dell'Host. Va detto che c'è un garage a pagamento sempre aperto e custodito a 3 minuti a piedi. Costo nel range di Napoli città, tassa di soggiorno la più alta di tutta la Campania.
• Suren (3/5): Disappointing - Not much. Bare bones room. The location is quite inconvenient. Had to walk 15+ mins everyday to the metro since the only other options was closed for repair. The room wasn't available at the check-in time. The owner was conducting repair work despite me having communicated the arrival time. The double room didn't have a double bed, but rather a slightly larger version of a twin bed, and had to cramp in with two people. The room was too warm and humid, and it was really loud to keep the windows open at all times. So staying indoors in early June was problematic. The toilet seat was damaged when we arrived, and it was completely removed without replacement for the next few days. Overall a bad experience.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo in contesto signorile e silenzioso praticamente alle spalle di Piazza Plebiscito. Massimo ancora una volta si è confermato un host attento e cortese - sempre pronto ad ogni richiesta.

• Giada (8/5): Ottimo per una notte - Cercavo un luogo piuttosto economico in cui sentirmi al sicuro mentre viaggiavo da sola e, nonostante un preavviso non particolarmente ampio e la breve permanenza, sono stata ben accolta da questo B&B. Host molto presente e gentile. La stanza in cui ho alloggiato (quella dedicata a Massimo Troisi) e il bagno condiviso potrebbero essere migliorati e resi più funzionali. Dò comunque un voto alto perché ho saputo che la struttura è in fase di rinnovamento.

• Vito (10/5): Perfetto - Innanzitutto organizzazione perfetta. Sei centralissimo, praticamente alle spalle di piazza Plebiscito. Il proprietario ti segue in tutte le fasi del tuo soggiorno con messaggi e video tutorial. La camera è impeccabile. I servizi igienici impeccabili. Il prezzo è ottimo. Le camere tematiche poi sono una figata. Cosa dire, sono rimasto molto soddisfatto.
• Simone (10/5): Eccezionale - Ogni volta che mi trovo a Napoli questa struttura è praticamente la mia unica scelta per la qualità del soggiorno che esperisco: è situata in via Egiziaca a Pizzofalcone - in un contesto tranquillo e signorile lontano dal caos delle strade principali ma vicinissima al cuore pulsante di Napoli. Il proprietario Massimo si mostra sempre cordiale e disponibile in caso di necessità. Chiaro nella procedura del check-in. Camere pulite e dotate di tutti i comfort necessari: graditissimo il “set” (interi prodotti full size) fornitomi da Massimo. Gli spazi comuni sempre ben tenuti e curati. Che dire: Plebiscito Charme Room è sempre una garanzia!
