MARIA CECILIA (7/5): EL LUGAR ES BONITO, PERO ES IMPORTANTE ANTES DE ESCOGER ESTE HOTEL Y RESERVAR, COMUNICARSE CON ELLOS - El desayuno rico, sencillo. Los platos de la carta como el ceviche de camarones, el salmón y el sushi, muy buenos. La atención de Andres fue excelente, realmente él hace todo, es el vigilante, el recepcionista, el mesero, etc. Fue muy amable y dispuesto siempre. No hay minibar, o al menos una botella de agua en la habitación. No arreglaron la habitación tampoco. Al otro día, al llegar como a las 4 pm, nos tocó pedir que arreglaran la habitación y yo pedí que también arreglaran la de mis hijos, que estaban en otra, y me dijo la señora que si alcanzaba lo hacía (!!!!!!). Cuando hicimos el check out, pagamos con tarjeta de crédito y nos iban a cobrar un 4% adicional por pagar con tarjeta de crédito, con lo que por supuesto no estuvimos de acuerdo, pues Booking da un total a pagar de acuerdo con la reserva hecha . Nos pareció de muy mal gusto, y dijeron los del hotel que esa información la enviaron por whatsapp, pero lo hicieron a las 6 pm, el día que llegábamos al hotel, y no estamos de acuerdo con esto, pues si desde que uno revisa los hoteles para decidir en cuál se va a hospedar, sale esta información clara, uno decide si lo acepta o si se hospeda en otro hotel. Nos pareció como de tienda de barrio esto, muy maluco.

Guest (7/5): LUGAR EN FAMILIA - EL RESTAURANTE ME GUSTO MUCHO Y LA ATENCIÓN, LAS CAMAS NO SON TAN COMODAS, EL COLCHON ES DURO, LA CAMA SE MUEVE Y SUENA MUCHO SI UNO SE VOLTEA HACE QUE SE DESPIERTEN LOS DEMAS, DEBERIAN MEJORAR EN ESE SENTIDO PORQUE EL LUGAR ES MUY BONITO.

Shanti (8/5): Lovely place and friendly staff - We liked the location, the pool, the look of the place, the main guy wanted to be very helpful The room was a bit small to put the extra bed for our child in. They didnt tell us we couldnt drink the water in the room and they couldve provided bottled water in the room. The staff didnt speak English which was a challenge. The guy serving in the restaurant really tried hard but made basic mistakes like no cutlery or glasses etc

Lorena (10/5): Stay with baby - The hotel is beautiful, located in a quiet area where you can hear the birds sing. Grounds are not very big but you have beautiful scenery and all the meals are catered so you don't have to leave the hotel. The staff is friendly and very helpful. We travelled with a 5 month baby, and they lent us a travel cot and kept things in the fridge for us. Overall a wonderful experience
