• Rose (7/5): - The location was excellent, the apartment had everything that you could need or want to some cooking or laundry etc The mattress cover sheet had stains on it and the couch was also heavily stained.

• Mark (8/5): Lovely place to stay to see Seville 😁 - Apartment was a great size for a few day break, WiFi was good, bed pretty good and had facilities I needed in a fantastic location. Host is lovely and very helpful. TV needs to be smart so you have something to watch in downtime, wasn’t the cleanest of rooms but wasn’t dirty a 3 out of 5. Little tricky getting in at start of trip.

• Maria (5/5): - La ubicación y el silencio que había en el apartamento El aire no funcionaba, tuvimos que usar un pequeño calefactor que había. El olor a bajante era muy fuerte, todos los días. El edredón que había en el armario estaba muy sucio. El sofá estaba lleno de manchas.

• Édouard (5/5): Excellent emplacement - Emplacement top et bon lit, on a bien dormi Appartement bien équipé -Appartement très humide, pas d’aération notamment dans la salle de bain. -Pas de chauffage en-dehors du tout petit chauffage d’appoint, on a eu froid pendant 4 jours -Petite odeur d´égout lors des retours dans l’appartement après une sortie -Ménage approximatif

• Asia (9/5): Nice stay in sevilla - I love the apartments , cute little green area with two Floors of apartments very nice ,feels safe with pin code up and down and key . I loved the independent feeling . I love the customer service such nice person 🙂 .I had difficulties with receiving the pin code so I panicked and my room wasn't cleaned accept the bed and towels. I told the owner so I don't think this will be future issue and Assistant is the nicest person

• Seriah (9/5): Great apartment in the heart of Seville. - It was very cute and perfect size for two people to share. It was clean and well managed. It had Spanish decorations and felt very homey. The TVs are not smart TVs so we were unable to watch anything. Also no place to dry clothes.
• Martina (8/5): Great choice & great location - The apartment is located in a patio with many different apartments. During our stay we barely saw other guests or residents and did not have any issues with noise, as it was very quiet throughout the night and also during the day. Access is through some codes initially and then with a key and a buzzer, although the lift does work with a code. It all seemed very safe. The apartment is well equipped with a fridge-freezer, microwave and kettle. There is a cooktop and crockery is provided together with some courtesy sugar and tea. In the living room area you can find a sofa, a coffee table (it elevates!) and a small table with two chairs. The bathroom has a bathtub that can also be used as a shower. The water pressure and temperature were very good. There was also a washing machine available together with a clothes line and airer. The apartment is equipped with AC which helped us keep the place at a nice temperature. There is a TV both in the bedroom and living room, although they are not Smart TVs (you can change the laguage settings and watch Spanish TV in English or your chosen language). Wifi is available and works well. The location was really good. The Alameda area is full of coffee places and bars (always busy!) and also has some small supermarkets. It is within walking distance to the river bank and the city center. We did not use public transport during our stay although we got an Uber between the property and the airport. The TVs were not Smart TVs. The kettle was not working properly, we did speak to the property to repair/replace it.
• Ryan (10/5): We had a wonderful stay here, the staff were so friendly and helpful and available at all times. I would highly recommen - Very clean, very easy to use facilities. And clear instructions for how to use appliances in house. Everything was perfect with the property.
• Paul (10/5): Exceptional - Flat was clean and comfortable, description accurate, collection of the keys very straight forward.Added bonus of a washing machine with washing power. The location was superb less than 50 metres from a busy square that had a fantastic choice of restaurants, walkable distance to the Cathedral and main tourist areas. If I was to return to Saville this is where i would choose to stay. Nothing.
• Monteiro (9/5): 9/10 would book again. - Very good location. Walking distance to main attractions. Interesting architecture. TV's did not connect to streaming services. Nothing else to point out.
