Karin (3/5): Teleurstellend gebrek aan fundamentele hygiëne en communicatie - geen ontbijt; centrum is te voet te bereiken in 25' De zware gordijnen waren beide deels losgeraakt waren van de rails waardoor zij niet gleden, sloten zodat sluiten slechts kon met wasknijpers. De rolluiken in kamer en keuken, die op de zonsopgangkant van de woning liggen konden niet naar beneden. Dit telefonisch aan verhuurder meegedeeld +(na tien dagen!) als huurder om schone handdoeken en beddegoed verzocht, alsmede om schoonmaken van apt. Dat zou door verhuurder dienen te gebeuren bij verblijf langer dan 1 week. Badkamer : handdoekrek, met dubbelzijdig plakband geplakt, lag op de grond; losse wc-bril dienen vast te zetten met eigen gereedschap; toiletpot zeer viezig en lang nooit echt schoongemaakt. Keuken bleek niet schoon : kleverige laden en grepen, 1 greep keukenkastjes loshangend, koffiemachine niet gereinigd en zelfs niet geleegd. De koelkast was ook niet schoongemaakt; diepvriesvak toegevroren, er kon nauwelijks iets in. Stofnesten spinrag haren aan plafonds, muren en vloer. Hier blijkt een totaal gebrek aan nazicht/controle door de verhuurder na vertrek vorige huurder(s) en schoonmaakdienst. Welke eindreiniging en nazicht werden hier doorgevoerd na vertrek vorige huurder? Geen informatie beschikbaar over Wetzlar, zoals stadsplattegrond/aanwijzingen winkels in de buurt, openbaar vervoer e.d. . Bij telefoongesprek aangaande gordijnen en handdoeken bleek verhuurder vriendelijk - het bleef evenwel bij 1 x verschoning in vier weken en 1 x vloer laten dweilen, na telefonisch verzoek hiertoe (geen schoonmaakartikelen in het apt aanwezig). Er is een eindreiniging voorzien waarvoor betaling €50 is inbegrepen : verschoning handdoeken bed en vloer dweilen bij 4-weeks verblijf valt uiteraard buiten een eindreiniging ! In principe een goed appartement met goede lichtinval, hoewel gehorig huis.
omar (8/5): De eigenaar is een heel lief persoon. - Grootte ruimte en schoon. De buurvrouw die op begint woont. Zij is totaal niet blij dat iemand daar komen logeren. Zij is te agressief zelf overdag gaat zij schreeuwen over alles wat iemand doet. Maar de eigenaar is heel vriendelijk persoon hij reageert direct voor eigenaar geef ik een 10 plus.
