• Alexia (7/5): Belle découverte ☀️ - Appartement propre et bien équipé ( literie confortable ) Hôte bienveillante et à l’écoute de toute demandes. Pas loin du centre ville et des supermarchés possibilité de le faire à pied. Possibilité de ce garer dans la rue assez rare, parking 24/24 gratuit à 8min à pied ou parking sous terrain payant à 21€ à partir de 12h/24h à 6min à pied. Malheureusement la fréquentation des quartiers aux alentours n’est pas bonne du tout.. ( insécurité ) surtout à la tombée de la nuit à éviter. Ne pas avoir le sommeil léger sinon nuit blanche garantie..

Pratique car a 5 mn du quartier historique et d'un des plus grands marché couvert de la ville. Franchement pour un appartement en centre ville et au tarif qu'il nous était proposé c'est compliqué de trouver mieux. Rien a signaler tout était cool.

• Анна (10/5): Highly recommend - First of all would like to thank the host l, she made out stay perfectly welcoming. Starting from the welcome drinks and snacks following your informational kit, tips and help. I was working for hospitality and were in many places Aitziver exceeded our expectations. Apart itself spacious, clean and located in 5-10 min walk from the center. Nearby is located couple of good bars and supermercados.
• Stephen (9/5): A very enjoyable trip to come and watch football - COYS!! - The host was very helpful and friendly. Contacting me before the trip and putting us in contact with some one to pick us up from the airport. The apartment was really nice and clean (looks like the pics) and was well equipped with everything we needed - even though we didn’t spend my time there. Host also provided us with lots of useful information about places to go etc but we were only there to watch the football, so didn’t do much sightseeing. Was a good location also and we managed to walk to/from the city centre and old town without much issue. The surrounding area isn’t the greatest but the host told us where to avoid, which we did, so we had no issues. No problems with the apartment at all.

• Karen (10/5): Beautiful stay in Bilbao with the most helpful hostess - The property was beautifully furnished, modern & spotless. We had everything we needed and the breakfast for our first morning was a lovely touch & much appreciated. The hostess was so very helpful from the minute we arrived until we left. She helped us to navigate our way around the city and booked us a taxi for airport return. WiFi was great and smart tv worked no problems. We had heard mixed reviews about the surrounding area however we never had any problems. No problems atall however as a group of 4 we would have benefited from a mirror in the bedroom aswell as the one in the bathroom.

Great location with easy short walk into town. We were grateful for use of the private safe garage for parking. We had a wonderful 5 days stay - thanks! Not completely dark at night (bring an eye mask if that's an issue for you).

• Baroness (9/5): Very well equipped and tastefully decorated apartment a short walk from all the main sights of Bilbao. - Extremely well equipped and comfortable apartment and very helpful host who gave us wonderful tips about where to visit during our long weekend in Bilbao. Having a dishwasher was a bonus! There were a lot of other posts about the area around the apartment. We didn’t mind the area but it is about a 10-15 minute walk to the old town or city centre and it is situated at the top of a hill which may be a consideration for people who don’t like walking up steps or hills. It was occasionally noisy in the street below.

I received the keys and a wonderful orientation to the city. It was really helpful. The condo is nicely decorated and equipped with everything one might need. Our host gave us a lot of insider information about restaurants, beaches and other attractions. She was very helpful guiding us to the apartment on public transport. The apartment is close to great bars and restaurants. We were in Bilbao during a heatwave. The apartment could benefit from air conditioning during these conditions.

The apartment was stocked with some basics and Aitziber provided sound advice on how to get around, including arranging a pick-up from the airport. It is a 15min walk to the centre of the city and about the same to the old town. It was all great.
