• Georges (8/5): - Apt was clean and comfortable, close to some store. I had notified the management that I would arrive early and was told check in early was possible and it didn't happen. The day we arrived we were told once I contact them that I was on site waiting for the access code at 1030 am . I was told they would contact me once the apartment was clean I could access the apt and I would get the code to enter. They made me wait outside the apartment for close to 4 hours in the rain. Then finally someone showed up to clean the apartment at 3pm and we had access to the apt at 345pm.
• Rosalba (7/5): Appartamento carino, ma un po' sporco - La zona, con molti supermercati e ristoranti intorno, e ben collegata al centro coi mezzi. La possibilità di utilizzare 2 letti separati. La pulizia dell'appartamento (coperte macchiate e lavandino pieno di polvere) e mancava un lenzuolo per il divano letto. Le finestre del nostro appartamento erano all'altezza del pavimento della strada.

Il y a urgence à changer les filtres. Nous étions 3 et juste un drap posé sur le fauteuil pour notre fille, c est limite + pas d oreiller. VMC saturée dans la salle de bain. Idem filtre à changer + nettoyage à envisager car effet sauna. J avoue que la façade extérieure en arrivant nous faisait douter mais une fois à l intérieur ça va.

• roberta (4/5): Delusione - Posizione comoda, ambienti freschi, doccia ok Continui SMS di spam prima dell'arrivo che richiedevano dati personali, contattata la struttura per chiedere riscontro e mai avuta risposta (poi verificato tramite booking che si trattava di una truffa). Check in completamente automatizzato con difficoltà nel risolvere problematiche in loco. Appartamento molto sporco e polveroso, cappa della cucina piena di grasso e stoviglie unte. Una sola pentola e padella. Tenda e scala decorativa non fissate correttamente con rischio di cadere accidentalmente e fare male. Divano letto INUTILIZZABILE per scomodità (buchi e molle di ferro in evidenza). Prezzo decisamente elevato rispetto alle condizioni del soggiorno

Muy pocos utensilios de cocina (justísimos). Ni un paño de cocina, ni una bayeta. Cafetera tipo Melita, que hace muy mal café.

• Gin P (1/5): Very bad experience with the apartment and the hosts. Go elsewhere! - The location is near a park. There is a public parking available on the street where it was possible to find spaces. The apartment is poorly maintained. If there was any maintenance done to it, it was done a long time ago. The biggest issue was the sofa bed. Its state was awful - straight from a junkyard, as you can see in the photos and it was simply impossible to sleep on it when unfolded. On top of that, there were NOT bed sheets for this sofa provided on arrival. The hosts couldn't provide it on the same day. Asking the hosts (a company) to fix the issue by providing us a different apartment or a repair the sofa bed didn't work out. According to the hosts, there was nothing wrong with the sofa bed. The apartment is slightly below the ground level with two windows going out to the pedestrian street - very little privacy when you want to enjoy a street view and get some fresh air. Because of this the apartment is not as bright as it is shown on the photos with musty, heavy air. The hosts simply mask it with air fresheners. There is no window in the bedroom that doesn't look on the wall ((( The kitchen facilities is very poor, no electric kettle, barely any spoons, etc.

La mampara de la ducha se atranca ha costado bastante trabajo abrirla desde dentro

• María Dolores (8/5): Apartamento sencillo - La ubicación, y los utensilios de la cocina. Había un poco de humedad en las paredes, no es muy apto para 3 personas. El sofá, no era sofá cama y era muy incómodo. No había sábanas ni ningún edredón para el sofá cama. Nos trajeron un edredón pero al día siguiente.

• MARIA (7/5): Cómodo pero mejorable - El alojamiento estaba impecable. Se encuentra muy céntrico y a pesar de todo en una zona muy tranquila. Es ideal para parejas, para familias me parece pequeño. Solamente se puede entrar haciendo el pago online, a través de un link que te facilitan para abrir las puertas por proximidad. No hay llave así que es importante tener un teléfono con batería suficiente siempre que necesites entrar al apartamento. A pesar de que hicimos la reserva para 3 (2 adultos y 1 niño), no nos dejaron sábanas para el sofá cama. Tampoco había estropajo ni bayeta o trapo para secar los platos, aunque el menaje por otro lado es muy completo. Estaba impecable aunque necesita ya una mano de pintura.

Good check-in/out system (need to have a working data plan on your cell phone) Rooms are much samller than what they looked at the photos. Humidity smell that went away after a couple of hours of leaving AC on. Stains in the sofa cushions

Didn’t like virtual key as we did Not receive one and when I called it was sent and still didn’t it work. Seemed complicated when you can send a code instead- also the plastic key card inside was not working. Got it worked out in The end and the person on phone was helpful.

Madrid has to be one of the more expensive destinies we have visited - every effort was made to ensure comfort Well done to all Trying to get in is a nightmare . There system of having to check and recheck took over an hour. Our neighbour had a similar problem. Common Guys this is the most obvious hurdle a tired traveller needs to cross.

• Nahapetyan (10/5): Nice stay, but for 2+1 people - It was in a great place, the check-in and check out experience was in a high level. The stuff were very responsible and helpful, which really made the stay very pleasant. The apartment is very small in reality, but looked bigger in pictures (there are pictures from 2 different apartment which makes it confusing). The sofa was meant for only sitting there (it was impossible to sleep on it as you get your back hurt)

Very small, cramped and dark apartment. Very narrow access around bed. Minimal storage. Sofa was not a real sofa bed. Basin in bathroom very small with inappropriate high and overhanging tap making it difficult to wash face. No soap in the dispenser. Very unclear instructions for access to property.
