• Samuel (10/5): Would definitely recommend staying here and made our trip very enjoyable - The property was well furnished and had comfortable rooms, both with smart tv and air conditioning The kitchen was very nice and had all utensils The host Agata was very helpful and was always happy to help either any queries and made checking in very smooth

• Charles (7/5): Amazing place for quick transportation and tourism in Roma. Not to stay in. - Great spot for transportation: 2 mins away from Roma Trastevere Train Station that takes you to the airport. And 2 mins away from buses and trams that take you everywhere, including the center of Rome, and the famous Piazza Venize - A bit unclear about the pricing, paid a part at the beginning, then after some time before the trip, and at the spot with cash (City Tax) - Apartment isn't exactly the cleanest

• CAPOTE ARIAS (5/5): - La ubicación era muy buena. Las camas cómodas. La señora que nos recibió, estuvo pendiente de sí necesitábamos alguna cosa. En el baño la ducha era incómoda y estaba muy estropeada Llegamos muy tarde por el retraso del avión y la persona que nos atendió nos cobró 25€ para ella y 75 € por un taxi que ella tuvo que coger, nos pareció muy caro, ya que a nosotros nos costó 55€ desde el aeropuerto, que estaba más lejos.

• lala (1/5): The worst experience - Nothing The apartment was very dirty,everything in the kitchen was a disaster and the dishes were not washed at all and the kitchen was very small with only 2 chairs,not enough for 4 people. We asked for towels because there were only 2 small ones and they told us that we need to pay if we want big towels. The rooms didn’t have AC and it was very hot. The bathroom was with mold. Didn’t like it at all!! I wouldn’t suggest it!

• Sena (1/5): Bad - Dirty and indifferent staff The worst hotel in Rome. In room explanation has A/C but there isn’t. Wifi didn’t work we told Agata she told us she was going to fix it but she didn’t. 3 nights without A/C and wifi, she didn’t interest with any problem. First day Agata was late , our check in time at 3 pm also we wrote ‘we will be there at 3pm ‘ but she came at 4pm so we waited. Also the city tax 6€ per night per person but she toke 7€ per night per person and she didn’t give any bill or invoice. Even she told us she could give bill or invoice but she didn’t. If you have money and time to waste, you can go, but we never recommend it.
• Egle (8/5): bad communication with the administration - Location is very good, stuff is very friendly When we come at check-in time nobody was there, the stuff forget to send the number of the lady which should give the key. We waiting 1 hour in the heat and ask italian people to help us find how we can go inside

• Nadia (3/5): The relation between price-quality is not whort it .. Better pay more and stay closer to the center. - The bed The apartment doesn’t have a social zone, the place wasn’t completely clean, the bathroom has some kind of fungus and wasn’t well equipped. The apartment doesn’t have a nice view from the windows, there’s a kind of abandoned construction in front. The place is near from a train station but that’s all, to go everywhere you have to take public transport, because if you want to walk is really far to go everywhere. I don’t recommend this place. It doesn’t have a washing machine.

• Fiona (5/5): We expected it to be basic but the 2 hour delay getting access on our first night (we were only there for 3 nights) ruin - Reasonable price Close to bus station Tiny kitchen - only 2 could eat sitting on stools at a tiny shelf! We messaged key older to tell them what time we would be at apartment and through their transport problems we had to wait 2 hours for them to turn up wit key. Had we we late they would have charged us €15 euro per hour it we had no compensation for our wait. We also had a message the next day I say they needed access to apartment to carry out maintenance and literally 2 mins later were at the door - I strongly suspect that had we not been in they would have let themselves in anyway - not good
• Georgia (8/5): Very good - The best thing about the apartment was that it was very clean! The lady was really helpful and kind! Unfortunately there was no living room just two bedrooms, a toilet and a tiny kitchen ( fully equipped!). The apartment itself is decently renovated! The view is awful and you have to walk about 25 stairs as there is no lift!

• Luisana (10/5): Really great, Agatha is the best host ever! - It was very clean and it basically looked like we were the first persons to ever put a feet in this property The location, even though is very well connected is not that pretty outside of the property
• Cindi (8/5): It was a nice stay, we enjoy the apartment and how close it was the the tren/bus station and from there everything - 5 minutes walk to the tren/bus station, and not so far from from the city center. The apartment is in good condition, just like the photos, clean and it had the basic necessaries towels, shampoo, body wash, plates, coffee maker, glasses, cups. No AC, but they did have a fan that’s blows cool aire so that was nice.
