• albert (9/5): Liked it, would stay again - Great location. Can easily walk to the Torviscas beach. Going back to the apartment involves walking up the hill but nothing outrageous, I did enjoy it too; also took a taxi once from the beach, cost me €5. The property itself is in good shape, clean, sufficiently equipped. The terrace is great for chilling out, for a coffee or a meal. Some bars and a shopping mall nearby. Parking was a pain on the first night but then I discovered there were always parking spaces day and night at the bars or Burger King just 200-300 meters away from the flat. The bed was comfy. Also, the noise levels for Adeje were very low, good place to have a rest at night. The automatic check-in and checkout (key in the lockbox) worked perfectly - in the past I had experience of having to deal with tet-a-tet check-ins which isn't very convenient, here the procedures were easy. Can't really fault anything, for that price range in Adeje and Las Americas you usually get something not very pleasant but I'd happily stay here again.. Perhaps one tiny thing to mention is the bathroom started developing some mould in the corners and a couple of tiles have become loose, something for the owner to look at in the future but it didn't affect my stay.

• Mike (5/5): Owner lacks care - Good location near good cafes/restaurants, a supermarket and wonderful gym/spa. Owner fixed a collapsed mattress within a few days. The property is not well maintained and lacks care. Lots of small things, like a wobbly toilet, no bedside lamps, really old and crappy pillows, sheets etc, no toilet paper provided, stained cushions, infested with ants (which we fixed ourselves). Not the fault of the owner, but there is a big dog that lives nearby and is left on the balcony from 7am to bark its head off, it can be loud in the evening after 10pm too. For 3 out of 4 weeks of our holiday there was super loud construction work next door from 8am - the owner basically disappeared and refused any kind of compensation. It could be a lovely place to stay if the owner really cared about their guest's experience. I say this as the owner of a property listed on booking.com rated 9.5, it's not that hard.

• Olena (9/5): Great apartment close to the beach. - Convenient location, beach within walking distance. The owner Chris was friendly and in touch with us. Clean flat, good internet, Netflix subscription. Nearby shopping centre and grocery shops. Overall left a great impression and would love to come again. I believe that such elementary trifles as rubbish bags and toilet paper should still be provided in normal quantities. This is not the issue with which you need to call the owner, but I also think it is wrong to run to the shop to buy packs of consumables. The towels and bedding are very worn and need to be replaced.

• Maksym (9/5): Great place to stay - Great place to stay, comfort apartment/villa, clean and has good facilities, hosts are friendly and helpful. Location is good, nearby are good supermarkets and shops. There are few options for parking around, that is important. To the beach you can get approx. 10 minutes on your own. Definitely would visit again.
• Mercy (9/5): Great value for money - The apartment with terrace (mountain view) is spacious, in good condition and equipped with fully functioning washing machine, hairdryer, microwave, oven, big fridge/freezer, tv and highspeed wifi. It remains cool throughout the day and it's located close to hiperdino/mercadona supermarkets. We asked the owner for additional blankets (and linen) cuz it was pretty cold during the nights and he provided them quickly. It's perfectly suitable for longer stays. You cant hear any traffic even though the highway and other roads are not too far, so it's a quiet place to stay. The quality of the bed&coach (too soft and not really wide), it gave both of us serious backpains, no matter how we tried to improve this. The walk to the beach is quite far and steep (20mins) and the terrace is situated NW, so it lacks sunshine. Keep in mind there is only cleaning at the end of the stay, so you have to wash the beddings/towels and buy own toiletries if you're here for a longer stay. The terrace is located near to the entrance gate, so it has people passing by all day.
