• Floraline (9/5): - La dame à l'accueil a très gentillement expliqué un itinéraire pour mes 3 jours dans le parc. Le dortoir est assez propre, la salle de bain aussi (elle sent parfois l'humidité de part le manque de ventilation) La serviette n'est pas fournie, donc pensez à prendre la vôtre.

• Alejandra (1/5): Desagradable, no lo recomiendo - El personal fue muy amable. Me dieron indicaciones de cómo recorrer el parque y un mapa. La ubicación es muy conveniente, muy cerca de la estación de buses y la entrada al parque. Llegué antes del horario de check in pero de igual forma me asignaron una habitación, la cual aún no habían limpiado. No asignan cama, te dicen que escojas una, y en mi caso no sabía que camas estaban ocupadas y cuales no porque todas estaban usadas con sábanas sucias. Se lo hice saber a la recepcionista y sólo me dijo que esperara. Si la habitación/cama no estaba lista ¿por qué asignarla? En la habitación parecía que había una persona viviendo, tenía gran parte de su ropa colgada, estaba usando todos los colgadores disponibles. La habitación olía mal, entre mezcla de comida (la persona come y tiene artículos para preparar comida en la habitación) y humedad. Las duchas literal están sobre el inodoro, si alguien se ducha se moja todo el inodoro, el piso del baño y el piso de la habitación. Si quieres usar el inodoro, te mojas las pantuflas. Las mesas del área común estaban sucias, al igual que el elevador. Reservé dos noches pero solo me quedé una porque no pude con el olor.

• Kenji (10/5): 最高のホステルで1日延長しました。 - 武陵源バスターミナルから歩いて、5分位。 森林公園東門へは徒歩 15分位。 南門へは 武陵源バスターミナルからバスに乗って、30分位かな。 ドミトリー部屋に広いシャワー&トイレ部屋が有る。 湯沸もあって食事もそこで取れる。 従業員の女性たちもすごく親切で聞いた事にはちゃんと答えてくれた。無料水のサプライは、少し面倒かもしれないが、説明を受けてやれば良い。 洗濯はできたが、乾燥機がない為、乾すのに時間がかかった。
• Shelley (10/5): Recommended - Great welcome and help when we arrived good location right next to east entrance lots of restaurants including one attached to the building which may be part of the hostel i’m unsure shower and toilet in our private room with a tele and toilet roll included disposable towels not normal towels pool table and tele and chill area loud karaoke or something on the weekend but it didn’t last long and i don’t think hostel noise. Not a complaint just a note. Still brilliant accomodation for price.

• Isabell (10/5): Wonderful hostel with the loveliest and most helpful stuff - Amazing hostel in zhangjiajie with large and extremely comfortable bunk beds, big pillows and cuddly duvet, just like at home! ;) the stuff was just lovely! The younger girl could speak perfect English and the middle aged woman tried her very best, even if it was just with her phone! She helped me to have one of the coolest experiences ever, last minute on my last day (the sky ladder in the mountains south of zhangjiajie ;))

• Daniella (10/5): Excellent! - Easy to find, easy check in, extremely helpful staff whom know the area and routes and trips to take and they can book it for you at a cheaper rate and you still get an official booking/QR code to use but tbh you only need it the once sometimes as china now does nearly everything just via your passport. I got the 4 day pass with unlimited use of cable cars, lifts etc and went in a different entrance on 3 of them days and then went to the canyon on one of them days which is recommended with the 5 attractions package. I would definitely go back there! I prefer locks or a couple of holes on the lockers to keep valuables safe, even though my stuff did feel safe

Les dames de l’accueil sont géniales, d’une grande aide pour toutes les activités, elles m’ont aidé à réserver et faire l’itinéraire du parc, du mont tianmen et du grand canyon, puis très réactive sur WeChat en cas de question! Sinon c’est calme et la literie est bien, parfait pour quelques jours. Un coup de propreté un peu plus approfondi ne ferait pas mal, beaucoup de poussière et à part vider la poubelle et enlever les draps j’ai pas l’impression que le ménage aille beaucoup plus loin malheureusement..

Really close to the Park entrance and the girl at reception is really nice, she helps you to get the tickets and explains to you in detail the best route while she gives you a cup of tea, plus her English is good :) The place needs some maintenance, there was a leak in my dorm and some of my clothes were wet :(. The room feels a little bit humid and dark and the lockers don't work properly.

• VALERIO (10/5): Super Yeah hostel ❤️ - A noi è piaciuto un sacco, sia come struttura che come servizio. Le ragazze sono una più gentile dell’altra e ti aiutano nell’acquisto dei biglietti del parco dandoti delle dritte su come organizzarlo. Io avevo già preso i biglietti ma, ciononostante, mi hanno aiutato comunque. Vendono i biglietti a prezzi vantaggiosi. Non parliamo della posizione: 10 minuti a piedi dall’accesso est del parco. A 5 minuti a piedi stazione dei pullman, si trova a willingyuan pieno zeppo di locali e negozi . L’unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta sono gli asciugamani usa e getta ma poi, una volta usati , non sono così male

The hosts are very friendly and hospitable, They are very kind to help you everything. Also, it's cheaper to book Zhangjiajie tickets and Xiangxi show here. I would like to stay here if I visit Zhangjiajie next time.
• beavisma (7/5): Recommended - -Very good location: 10 minutes walking from the west gate of Zhangjiajie National park -The room was quite big and had a toilet inside -The staff couldn't speak English at all. It was not a big issue because we were communicating with Translator but not even basic stuff like asking for the checkout
• Ellis (10/5): Excellent and convenient - Very close to East Gate, and a 25 minute DiDi from South Gate. Very clean and tidy too, and my room was very spacious. It would have been great if it had a bar downstairs or on the roof.
• Keny (10/5): Totally recommend this hostel - The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Even though she didn’t speak English, I could see that she was making an effort to explain everything about the attractions to me. I was also able to get all the attraction tickets from her at a better price than what I found online! The dorm's electricity only functions with the insertion of a keycard. This can be a bit frustrating because whenever someone who has their card in the slot has to leave, it turns off the lights and the air conditioning.

He helped me plan every day in the park depending on the weather and was able to contact him if I needed any help. Also lovely just to hang out with and have some tea, he makes a lovely coffee for just 15 yuan. Westerner friendly and had plenty internationals staying while I was there. Comfortable beds but you do have to make it yourself including laying down the sheets and pillow case. Good location walkable distance to the park and plenty of food options next door as well as a little convenience store. Highly recommend and would stay again! • Yosef (10/5): Exceptional - The best staff. They explain to you in detail, where you should go and how you do your trekking. They even helped me get a shared carpool when i missed my bus. Perfect location, minutes away from the entrance of the park. Rooms are big and clean. Shower it’s hot!

• Łukasz (9/5): Budget option for zhangjajie adventure - It's difficult to make a normal review in this case. I booked the dorm, however some of the guests smoked in the room and I decided to change it for a single room (in theory smoking was forbidden but some of the local guests didn't care). The single room itself was nice and I received a decent discount. Staff is super engaged and speaks good English. The common area downstairs is nice. The hostel is in close proximity to zhangjiajie forest park, nearby are shops and restaurants. There was provided cleaning every day. Nice terrace on the last floor. The dorm room itself was big and well equipped however it smelled of cigarettes.

A bonus that they provided towels as well. Also met some nice people while staying there! The room was quite cold even with a heating system. However, this seems to be a general issue while traveling in China in the winter.

The beds are big . The shower was clogged so every time you took a shower it would be quickly flooded .There was a Chinese guest who kept smoking in the bathroom so it smelled really bad in the room . The smell of cold cigarette is the worst .WiFi didn't work at all during my whole stay.It's on but impossible to connect...I checked with the other guests , they had the same problem , so they had to use their own personal data. The mattress didn't do a good job on my back...
• Paul (10/5): An absolute Gem!💎💎💎💎💎 - The staff!!! Morning and Yu are so friendly and helpful! Both speak excellent English which is very helpful and They will organise all the tickets for you tell you when and where to go. An 8 minute walk and you’re at the entrance to the park! The bus station is also a few minutes away and easy to get to the gran canyon or Tianmen mountain. Wulingyuan is a great base to have, nice restaurants a cool town away from city life, nice and quiet. Just outside of the hostel is a great massage parlour and shop just across the road. The pool table is a nice touch to meet people and rest after a long days walk. The room was super comfortable, dark and a great price! A nice roof top terrace to relax also, with laundry facilities up there too. So much to do in the area i need to come back and explore more! Without a hesitation I will stay here again!! Keep it local and avoid the chain hotels… this place is an absolute gem!

She booked the Zhangjiajie National Park ticket for me and then recommended a 2-day tour which was perfect! The dormitory was great, the bed very comfortable and the bathroom niquel. I'd definitely recommend! Thank you again for everything, it was perfect 🙏🏼
• Asmae (8/5): Excellent service and support - The place is very well located just ten minutes from the center and the entrance to the national park, they helped me to find the exchange, to book the attractions because it is quite complicated to do it, they advised me on the route to follow, a very very good service, thanks for everything The lighting in the rooms and shower cubicles needs to be improved because water gets everywhere and there needs to be more ventilation because there is a little smell of humidity.
• Sunrit (10/5): Exceptional - As the other reviews mentioned, the staff help you plan out your journey through all the various attractions in town. Location is absolutely perfect, fairly cheap DiDi Rides to anywhere in the greater area, frequent and convenient bus access. The restaurants next-door are absolutely wonderful for simple breakfast food as a vegetarian. Incredibly cheap for all of the amenities including free unlimited water bottles, toothbrushes, disposable shower towels. Beds were gigantic, bigger than the usual twin size. Good crowd of locals and few foreigners—all very friendly. Literally nothing
• Mailin (9/5): Great location in Zhangjiajie. - The single bedroom with private bathroom and the staff of course. The shared room... strange.
• Lee (10/5): Exceptional - The hotel is wonderful great staff, nice environment, front desk is very friendly. Lily helped us plan our schedule and pre-order all the tickets and car service. She is very hospitality. Nice experience.
• Lily (10/5): Exceptional - Nice location, walking distance to east gate . It is very close to Wulingyuan Bus station. Best host, provided good traveling itinerary and took time to make sure we get the best trip in Zhangjiajie. Good value for the money.
• Lydia (9/5): A pleasant stay - Great location, close to the park and restaurants/bars. The staff were very friendly, helpful and had much info to share on visiting the park. The room was very clean and comfortable. There is an area under the stairs off to side of the lobby area which contains cleaning equipment and looks terrible. A screen to shield this area would be good as it really takes away from the space in a negative way.
