Camera più piccola dei 25 mq dichiarati. Arredamento consumato e rotto. Porta del bagno rotta, bagno chimico rumoroso . Telecomando televisore no. • PABLO (10/5): Una estancia perfecta! - La ubicación es muy buena, y la zona también llena de vida y de restaurantes. Aunque la calle a simple vista parezca pequeña, tiene varias trattorias y comercios, pero como la habitación daba a un jardín interior, no había nada de ruido y se podía descansar perfectamente. Las camas eran muy cómodas y tanto el equipamiento de la habitación como el baño todo era nuevo. Por otro lado, la atención por parte de Leonardo, que nos estaba esperando en el apartamento, fue muy buena y nos dió muchas recomendaciones de la ciudad. En mi próxima visita a Florencia volveré a alojarme aquí si es posible! La habitación es un poco pequeña para 4 personas, pero para pasar unos días no hay ningún problema, estuvimos muy cómodos.

Creo que la cama es un poco pequeña para dos personas y cuesta un poco moverse en un espacio tan pequeño. Si solo eres una persona me parece buena opción y si vais 2 persona, lo cogería para una estancia corta.

• Jeff (10/5): Comfortable apartment in a great location - Great apartment location, close to the river and main attractions in Florence and only a few minutes' walk from the train station. There are many restaurants located nearby, so you have plenty of choice for meals. Also, there's a small supermarket a few minutes walk away. A full-size refrigerator, microwave and single-burner stove let you create your own meals if you so choose. More space than a typical hotel room, with a full-size sofa to relax on after a long day of sightseeing in the splendid city of Florence. Our host, Leonardo, was brilliant - excellent communication via WhatsApp, with very clear instructions / photos about how to enter the building and retrieve the apartment key. He also had some restaurant suggestions, including a great pizzeria that had just won a top award. Just be aware that it's in an older building with a steep staircase - people with mobility challenges may find it a bit difficult to manage. You'll need to pay local city taxes to the host in cash (€12/day), so you'll need some Euros. You'll need to send photos of the main passport page for each guest, an Italian legal requirement for hotel guests.
• MARIA BELEN (6/5): - La habitación es espaciosa y limpio todo. Estaba cerca de la estación de tren y buses. Tenía cafetera, microondas, cocina y heladera compartida. Nos dejaron dejar las maletas ya que nuestro vuelo salía por la tarde Decía que el baño era privado pero al estar fuera de habitación y sin llave se metían otras personas a hacer uso del mismo. Las puertas hacían mucho ruido, pocos enchufes en la habitación. Cada día me despertaba las pisadas del piso de arriba 7:30 am. Parecía que estaban en nuestra habitación caminando. Pero en general era silencioso

Evle ilgili elektrik kesintisi sorunu yaşanabileceği ve bu yaşanırsa ne yapmam gerektiğine dair bir uyarı mesajı geldi ev sahibinden ki bunu daha önce yapmalıydı, kaldığım sürede kesinti olmadı ama bunun korkusu bile beni tedirgin etti, yatak çok rahatsızdı, evin hem giriş kapısı hem de bulunduğu binanın giriş kapısı çok dardı, banyo ve tuvalette çok dardı.

Cependant, j’ai retiré quelques étoiles en raison d’une mésaventure qui aurait pu être mieux gérée. Nous avions plusieurs valises et, deux jours avant notre arrivée, nous avons appelé pour savoir s’il était possible de les déposer plus tôt. La réponse fut positive : « Appelez-nous quand vous serez devant ». Le jour venu, nous avons donc téléphoné en arrivant sur place. On nous a immédiatement répondu que la personne arrivait. Finalement, nous avons attendu dehors, en pleine chaleur, pendant 1 h 30. Nous avons relancé plusieurs fois et, à chaque appel, on nous assurait qu’elle arrivait… mais rien. Au bout de 1 h 30, voyant notre agacement, on nous a finalement communiqué le code de l’appartement, ce qui nous a permis d’entrer sans que personne ne se déplace. Nous ne comprenons donc pas pourquoi on nous a fait attendre aussi longtemps en nous affirmant à plusieurs reprises que la personne arrivait, alors que ce n’était pas le cas. Nous aurions pu comprendre un refus dès le départ, mais une fois l’accord donné, il aurait fallu le respecter. Pour le reste, l’appartement était très propre, même si les parties communes sont très vétustes.

In summer it is quite difficult to sleep because the air conditioner does not work properly. It is too noisy to sleep with the window open. As a result I did not sleep all night.

We will come back again to this room! - The suites were exactly in the historical city center which made it really comfortable to go on foot everywhere and to explore the city. Furthermore, big room with a nice cute bathroom, coffee machine and other little kitchen machines, clean and a nice pizzeria in the corner! No noise at all! The owner was really friendly and everything was on detail informed! The train station, tram station and the deposit for the luggage were like less than 10 minutes away on foot! The Duomo was literally 5 minutes away also the Ponte Vecchio! I totally recommend the suites for a lovely stay in Florence especially for people that enjoy staying in the city center!

• Johnathan (4/5): Would not stay here again - The location was close to all the major sight-seeing areas. The bathroom smelled very bad. It smelled strongly of stagnant dirty water. We had to keep the bathroom door completely closed at all times or the smell would start to come out into the room. The shower would also fill up with water when you used it and took a long time to drain. The toilet made an extremely loud noise when flushed to the point that they even had a sign above the toilet saying the noise was normal! The room is advertised as having an air conditioner but it wasn’t there when we arrived, we had to ask for it more than once. Then when we got it the next day it was very loud and ineffective. We couldn’t use it because of how loud it was. The TV is broken. The room in general was also quite run down, for example the dresser drawers finish was peeling off. The windows had very little privacy with only thin see-through curtains on them. The host was quite curt with us in person when we arrived and was rude in messages when we requested the air conditioner that the listing said we would have.

• Bruno (4/5): Disappointing - Walking distance from the train station. Before getting there, they asked me what time I would arrive and I told them. I also asked what time the checkout and they said 10 am, which seems pretty early for me, and considering my train would only leave at 3:40 pm, I asked if I could stay a bit more in the room and they said no. When I booked the room, one thing I took a special look at, was the fact the place had a heating. Getting there, I noticed the heating was not working and after asking how I turned that on, they told me I couldn’t because of some city rules. So yes, they advertised a room with heating when there was no heating. After this, they offered me to stay in the room until 11 am (instead of 10 am) as “compensation”. It makes me really reflexive that when I asked for a late check out they said “no” and after I saw something wrong with the room, suddenly I could stay longer. Also, take into consideration other things: - no blackout in the room; - Strong smell of sewage coming from the lousy toilet. I take into consideration the price of the place when making a review and that’s why I think it’s not worth the price. Also, if you are considering staying longer in the city than the checkout, they recommend a place to leave the luggage that charges you 2.50 euros per hour, so consider that when booking it. Lastly, it should be advised about the steep stairs that are something not doable for elder people.

It's a place I would stay again if I'm in Florence. The owner sounds a bit rude on the phone, but maybe she was just concrete with ger answers.

We appreciated especially the flexibility of the check-in hours in our specific situation. The hotel is situated in the heart of the Florence and allows You to go pretty much everywhere on foot in a couple of minutes. Moreover, the studio is equipeed with everything one needs for a comfortable stay: the cherry on top is the little coffee machine with coffee capsules ;)

• Vladimir (4/5): Cheeated by booking.com or the owner, I still don't know - The location was perfect, the room had a good size and the internet worked fine. there were many things wrong with the unit, the door of the bedroom did not lock, the lock was attached to an extremely flimsy frame we felt unsafe while sleeping. We place a chair behind at night and never felt we could leave any valuables in the room. The drawers of the wardrobe didn't work neither the blind, so no chance of sleeping in. The owner was uninterested about the door issue saying it was an old property when she came after the first night. She insisted I hadn't paid despite booking.com charging me the day I made the reservation. To this date I haven't been reimbursed and basically charged twice.
