• Rożek (8/5): - It wasn't noisy, didn't hear much of other people in the building. Room was quite spacious. The smell in corridor and rooms, like old fruits. Maybe the cleaning products smell like it. Had to open windows for some time to make it better. The train station wasn't far away but there isn't alot around, restaurants or anything.

• JJ (6/5): - Gut zu erreichen, nicht weit von der SBahn. Ruhig, sehr freundliches Personal. Das Appartement hat ein Schrankbett und ist Recht schmal. Die Bettdecke war sehr klein und dünn. Dazu noch recht hellhörige Türen zum Flur und Küchengerüche im Erdgeschoss. Erholsam war das nicht.

• Jürgen (9/5): Im großen und Ganzen war ich sehr zufrieden, ich werde wieder kommen! - Modern , cool ausgestattet und sehr praktisch! Saubere Zimmer Sauna war nur 2 Std geöffnet, und man nimmt sich am besten eigene Saunatücher mit. In der Sauna gibt es kaum Möglichkeiten Handtücher oder Bademantel aufzuhängen.

Najlepiej zaparkować koło hotelu na miejscach publicznych (bezpłatnych) bo hotelowy parking obok w innym budynku to koszt 15€. Ubogie śniadania (bywam często w wieli hotelach i mam porównanie- tutaj jest po prostu słabo). WiFi zrywało połączenie. Płatny parking 15€ w oddalonym od hotelu około 200m budynku.

• Samanta (10/5): Splendido. Ci tornerei - Altamente tecnologica, tutto il necessario e anche di più negli appartamenti. La posizione un po’ scomoda per il quartiere fieristico. Con la neve e le valige abbiamo dovuto prendere molti taxi.

• Colly (8/5): - Lots of storage, very clean For some reason the curtains were just netting so people outside can see in and in the morning the light comes in as the sun rises, so it felt like a real lack of privacy when going to bed. Limited selection for the breakfast too. The lighting was a bit confusing too, it has switch left to right and they were in German only

• Michael (7/5): - Very good. I was there over the weekend and the breakfast was left in the fridge. The everything was cleaned except for the balcony (lots of pigeon drops). For more than three nights of stay, I would have expected to have at least two shower towels.

• Bettina (7/5): War o.k. für einen kurzen Aufenthalt. - Der Pool auf dem Dach war toll und auch die Gemeinschafträume waren gut. Es sind aureichend kostenlose, öffentliche Parkplätze ganz in der Nähe. Dafür, dass das Zimmer so klein ist, ist es ein wahres Storagewunder. Balkon an jedem Zimmer war schön. Das Zimmer war viel zu klein für einen längeren Aufenthalt (ich war 6 Tage dort). Sobald das Bett aus der Wand geklappt ist, ist das Zimmer voll. Das Frühstück war ein Witz. Es war ärgerlich, dass die Öffnungszeiten z.B. vom Restaurant nicht wie angegeben gestimmt haben.

• Attila (9/5): Superb - The rooms were clean and equiped with everything necessarry. Everything worked and the smart controls were also easy to use and nice to have. The breakfast was below average. The selection was small and also very basic in quality. It often happened that something was out of stock and it would take 5-10 minutes to refill.

• Nechomo (5/5): Suitable for young students only. Folding beds. Don't build on a normal bed. - New facilities. Modern design. Clean. The bed is a folding bed with springs, which is very uncomfortable. Be prepared to wake up with a sore back. The room is small and cramped. There is no place to open a suitcase. The water flow is average, and the shower water is not hot enough. No staff is present, and there is no phone in the room.

Maybe a maiden or outside line would be really helpful. Increase towel changes and improve the basic breakfast options. Drying facilities in the room would be really helpful.

• Nicola (3/5): Disappointing due to limited facility access, minimalistic breakfast, and lack of privacy - Good place close to supermarket. Stuff very helpful and polite Very Disappointing Experience Sleeping Arrangement: The room lacked a proper bed and instead had a folding sofa, which was uncomfortable for a pleasant night's sleep. Sauna Accessibility: The sauna had very limited access, only available twice a week for a maximum of approximately 2.5 hours each time, significantly restricting its use. Misleading because is not properly mentioned on Booking. Minimalistic Breakfast: The included breakfast was highly minimalistic, providing a less-than-satisfactory start of the day. Heating Issues: The heating system was malfunctioning, requiring two interventions from the Hausmeister. Despite this, the heating in the bathroom remained unsolved, impacting the overall comfort of the stay. Lack of Privacy: The staff repeatedly entered the room without proper warning, occurring four times and leaving a sense of discomfort and lack of privacy. There were even instances of staff entering the room without consent in the guest's absence. Poorly Managed Feedback: While the staff was personally helpful and kind, the management poorly addressed the shared concerns. Feedback was not fairly taken into consideration, and multiple visits to the office were required to resolve issues

• Mehdi (8/5): Very good - The cleanliness, friendly staff, close to the train station and the university. Breakfast was fine. Plenty of places to eat around. The heating was not working properly the first night, the room was quite cold, they fixed it afterwards.
• Konstantina (1/5): would not recommend it - Bad location. Strangers were coming into the premises and there was zero feeling of safety. Someone came outside of my room door and was knocking in the middle of the night - terrifying!
