Other things to note: - no covered parking currently available, only open parking on the driveway. - back garden has access for the garden services and the irrigation system is automated; don’t leave valuables outside unattended. - no off grid or back up systems are currently available, and remember to check and plan for loadshedding. - neighbors are on the other end of stand/ land with no access to your exclusive area, no shared spaces, and no common areas. - gated community with 24/7 security patrolling, no street fence, only alarm beams. - additional towels, laundry and daily housekeeping requirements have to be arranged 48 hours before checkin (additional fee +/-450ZAR per day), towels 55x85cm are provided. - listed amenities are not in all the units, to ovoid disappointment, kindly confirm before booking. - information shared won’t be shared with any third party without permission as per the popi act. Mikolaj (1/5): Don't recommend - I checked into the apartment after long travel only to find there is no electricity and no hot water. I was told by the host there is no electricity due to load shedding (which was not correct) and that the hot water had been used by the other unit. There is not as much as a torch or a candle in the apartment to use for light. The host was a disaster, not willing to help in any way. Just telling me it's load shedding which I could see on the website it was not. The following day there was still no electricity and no hot water. And of course absolutely no help from the host. I tried to cancel the booking to get a place where I could at least shower and charge my phone but they declined my request. I don't know how anyone is expected to live like this. And the host kept lying to me and telling me it's load shedding. Booking.com likewise tried to contact him and he simply didn't answer the phone. A nightmare. Had I know this was the situation at the apartment I would never have booked. The stairs are so dangerous, one wrong step and you fall to the bottom. Someone is going to get hurt there. Overall I wouldn't recommend this place and wouldn't stay here again The host is terrible and ruined my trip. Additionally, the photos you see of the garden and pool, that's not accessible to all guest.

Kiara (8/5): Beautiful and peaceful - I loved the set up of the apartment. It was very modern and accurate to the pictures. Beautiful space for a weekend getaway and nice location in relation to malls. The staircase, although quite beautiful, felt a little dangerous as there is no railing and it is a bit narrow. So going upstairs with bags was a little tricky.
Limakatso (8/5): Overall i had a great stay,the aesthetics of the place are well thought of,very beautiful and picture friendly. Ideally - The place looks exactly like the pictures,it’s beautiful,spacious and has natural light coming in,which makes it brighter. The stairs. We had to put the sitting beams closer to the stair on top just so we don’t make a wrong turn coming from the kitchen. It’s risky and dangerous.
