• Laura (6/5): Buona posizione - Posizione, doccia. Non sono appartamenti, ma semplici stanze con bagno. L'alloggio n.2 ha una parete con vetrata direttamente sulla strada, per cui è impossibile tenere le tende aperte e serve tenere la luce accesa anche durante il giorno.

• Elias (4/5): Enttäuschender Aufenthalt trotz guter Lage - Die Lage ist sehr gut im Zentrum. Der Besitzer spricht so schlechtes Deutsch, dass man sich eigentlich gar nicht unterhalten kann. Eine sinnvolle Kommunikation ist fast nur per Textnachrichten möglich. Persönlich hat man das Gefühl, dass man selbst nicht verstanden wird und umgedreht versteht man auch fast nichts. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war zunächst die Dusche defekt. Kurz danach war die Zentralheizung defekt, so dass wir kein warmes Wasser und keine Heizung mehr hatten, über mehrere Tage. Am Ende war dann die Heizung repariert, warmes Wasser ging aber trotzdem nicht, so dass wir über den gesamten Aufenthalt die meiste Zeit nicht duschen konnten. Eine absolute Katastrophe mit zwei Kindern. Der Vermieter hat uns zwar dann einen Heizlüfter in den Raum gestellt, ebenso wie eine merci Schokoladenpackung, allerdings ohne uns Bescheid zu geben, dass er ins Zimmer geht. Wenn jemand einfach ins Zimmer geht, ohne bescheid zu sagen, dann finde ich das nicht okay. Zwischenzeitlich gab es auch keine Rückmeldung, ob die Heizung nun repariert wird/ist oder nicht. Meiner Meinung nach war auch die Lüftung im Bad defekt, außerdem war das Schrank im Wohnzimmer/Schlafzimmer schon defekt. Die Türen der Dusche waren auch schon defekt und sind immer aus der Schiene gesprungen. Leider gab es auch keine Haken o.ä. an der Wand. Eine Matratze war schon gut durchgelegen, die andere okay. Das Zimmer 2 ist direkt vorne an der Straße. Wenn draußen jemand entlang geht, dann geht automatisch das Licht am Eingang an, welches dann auch nachts das Schlafzimmer beleuchtet. In unserem Fall hat immer jemand vorm Eingang geraucht, was sozusagen direkt neben dem Zimmer/Bett ist und der Zigarettengeruch zieht direkt ins Zimmer. Wir haben nachträglich eine Teilerstattung angefragt aufgrund der Defekte, haben allerdings keine bekommen.

• EVA MARIA (6/5): MUY BUENA UBICACIÓN - La ubicación es magnífica. También nos gustó el apartamento, pero las sábanas tenían una marca de zapato, y el suelo tenía churretes y mucha suciedad. En resumen creo que el apartamento no había sido limpiado. Las sabanas podrían ser de algodón para mayor frescor. Hacía muchísimo calor y solo había 1 ventilador para las 2 estancias. La Terraza era mona, pero no muy práctica. Había un escalón con una tubería escondida bajo el césped artificial que era peligrosa para nuestros tobillos. Había riesgo de torcedura. Pero incluso así nos gustó el sitio. Creo que porque la ubicación era muy buena y en general el apartamento estaba muy bien salvo por lo de la limpieza. Si volviera a Fussen, es muy probable que repitiéramos a ese sitio. La limpieza del apartamento, un ventilador más y no estaría mal un microondas.

The walls were a bit thin so we could hear people leaving early morning, but other than that, this place was perfect for our holiday. Very central (5 mins from the train station) Very spacious and accommodating. Warm comfy beds Fast wifi Decent sized bathroom…with a massive shower I would definitely recommend if you are in fussen for a few days
• Viviana Marcela (10/5): Molto consigliato - Erano degli appartamenti molto comodi e puliti, siamo arrivati in anticipo e ci hanno tenuti i bagagli al sicuro. Poi quando era pronta la camera ce li hanno fatti trovare sistemati in camera.

Appartamento in centro e non si capisce bene per la ZTL e piccola difficoltà a trovare parcheggio

• WiPat (5/5): Zimmer statt Ferienwohnung/Appartement - Die "Ferienwohnung" ist exakt wie beschrieben, es gibt wirklich nur das eine Zimmer und das Badezimmer. Die Betten sind bequem, die Handtücher flauschig und alles inkl. dem kleinen Kühlschrank ist sauber. In einem separaten Flur, den man sich mit den anderen Appartements teilt gibt es einen Wasserkocher mit Tee, Tassen und Zucker und Tische mit Stühlen, allerdings gibt's das Wasser nur aus der Plastikflasche oder aus dem Waschbecken im eigenen Zimmer. Der Parkplatz ist kostenpflichtig vorhanden, auch wenn die Bestellung nicht bestätigt wird. Die Lage ist wirklich ausgezeichnet, wenn auch der Eingang in einer eher unschönen Seitengasse Gegenüber einer Ladezone liegt. Die Parkplatz Anfrage wurde nicht beantwortet oder kommentiert, daraufhin habe ich mir selbst einen Parkplatz gesucht. Beim Check-in musste ich auf den Vermieter warten, der dann sehr wütend war, als ich seinen Parkplatz nicht mehr wollte. Auf türkisch wurde in unserer Anwesenheit in der Shisha Bar über uns gelästert. Absolut unprofessionell und unhöflich. Er war zusätzlich nur schwer zu verstehen wegen gebrochenem Deutsch. Die Bezeichnungen "Appartement" und "Ferienwohnung" haben mich irre geführt und ich hatte (gerade in Hinsicht auf den üppigen Preis) einen eigenen Wohnraum und dann das beschriebene Schlafzimmer erwartet. Es war allerdings auch nicht so beschrieben, wie meine Erwartung war, also war ich da selbst Schuld. Dafür ist allerdings aus meiner Sicht der Preis absolut nicht gerechtfertigt.

• Carmen (6/5): - La ubicación es muy buena. Las cama son cómodas. Tiene un nevera en la habitación. Aunque parece pequeña la habitación, nos apañamos bien siendo un matrimonio con dos hijos. Las almohadas son incomodísimas. Son como un saco con cuatro plumas dentro. No entiendo por qué no hay mejores almohadas siendo algo tan básico. No tiene cocina (no es un apartamento, es una habitación con baño). No veo bien que quieran cobrar el aparcamiento por 15€ el día. Me parece excesivo. Por el precio que tiene el apartamento, que no es barato, podría estar incluido. Hay mucho aparcamiento público en el pueblo que es gratuito de 19h-8h, por lo que lo dejamos fuera siempre y no hubo problemas.

• Gia (8/5): - Es war sehr sauber und die Betten waren sehr bequem. Die Dusche ist auch sehr angenehm. Es ist schon relativ hellhörig (Apartment 1), aber da wir meistens nur Abends, wo es leiser wurde, zum schlafen zurück kamen, hat es uns nicht gestört. Die Besitzerin war über Telefon auch sehr nett und Check In/Out verlief reibungslos!
• Alisa (9/5): Alles in einem war es ein toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder. - Die Unterkunft hat eine perfekte Lage, man erreicht alles zu Fuß-Einkaufen, Restaurants, Shoppen, Fahrradverleih. Es war sauber und der Besitzer ist sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist für 4 Personen etwas klein, vor allem wenn man abends einfach mal unter sich sein und nicht auswärts essen möchte.

Das hat sehr lange gedauert - Ein Parkplatz musste zusätzlich gebucht werden - dies war im ersten Step der Zimmerbuchung nicht ersichtlich. Bei Anreise muss man durch eine Fußgängerzone fahren - wäre gut wenn das vorher erklärt wäre. Anderes Appartment als gebucht- keine Steckdosen am Bett - kaum Ablagemöglichkeiten - Lüfter im Fensterlosen Bad defekt - Vermieter wollte obwohl es schon auf der Abrechnung stand Kurtaxe kassieren - Kurkarte wurde nicht übergeben
• mari (7/5): Insgesamt hatten wir eine tolle Zeit in der Stadt Füssen und im Hotel. - Die Lage des Hotels in der Stadt ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal war höflich. Die Bettwäsche war sauber, obwohl das Zimmer selbst etwas staubig war.

• elena (7/5): - Posizione Stanza troppo piccola per 4 persone, finestra direttamente sulla strada che non poteva esser lasciata aperta. Le tende non oscurano completante e di notte si continua ad accendere la luce esterna anche per il semplice passaggio di auto, quindi non si è mai al buio.

• Freeriderbrasil (3/5): Extremamente caro pelo que foi oferecido; não recomendo. - Ótima localização e anfitrião era gentil e atencioso, mas não falava inglês, não havendo qualquer possibilidade de comunicação. Chegamos com neve e tivemos que caminhar para buscar as chaves numa cafeteria; camas não confortáveis e roupa de cama com impressão de usadas/sujas/velhas; chuveiro com problemas (muito difícil arrumar a temperatura); calefação não funcionava bem (e estávamos com temperaturas negativas na cidade). Vale dizer que não é um hotel e sim dormitórios com saída direto para um corredor que vai para a rua.

• Celina (4/5): Sehr einsichtig und enge Unterkunft, aber zentral - Zentrale Lage, Gratis Wasser in Flaschen Die Unterkunft befindet sich direkt an der Straße. Jeder konnte in das Appartement reinsehen. Es war sehr beengt zu zweit, obwohl die Unterkunft für 4 Personen geeignet sein soll.

• Pui Man (6/5): Great location, not bad for a couple of nights - The property is clean and warm, with a mini fridge and a fan available for the summer. The two double beds were cosy and spacious. The location is fantastic – everything, including restaurants, shops, supermarkets, the train station, and bus stops, is within a 5-10 minute walk. Amar at “Cafe Treffpunkt” was very helpful. Although it took him a while to find our booking when we checked in, he personally showed us to our room. He was also happy to assist us with booking tickets by calling up the number for us. Good value for money – while it was still a bit pricey for us, it’s relatively cheaper than other hotels in the area. When we checked in, we were asked to pay tax. I explained to Amar that the tax was already included and clearly detailed when I made the full payment on booking.com. Later, at 21:20, someone knocked on the door multiple times while we were both in bed. I then received a message from the host asking me to pay the tax again. I politely replied, explaining again that they needed to speak with booking.com. There was no acknowledgement, but they didn’t ask us to pay again after that. We stayed in room number 1, which is right next to the street, meaning anyone could knock on the door from outside. Anytime someone walked past or a car drove past on the street, the light sensor would go off and the light would disturb the room. That said, we felt very safe throughout our stay. However, we would suggest booking one of the other rooms (perhaps numbers 2 or 3), which are inside the building and require a key to enter. It was very noisy, outdoor traffic could be heard in the room and someone was making a lot noise in the flat above. There weren’t enough toilet rolls or bottles of water provided. We were only given one roll for two people over a 4-day, 3-night stay. We requested more and were given some, but this is a basic necessity that shouldn’t require asking. There was no kettle in the room, so we had to go to the common room to make hot drinks. This required us to walk outdoors to the common room, it wasn’t connected to the apartment but apartments 2 and 3 are connected. The pillows were terrible – they felt like bean bags, but much worse, and didn’t provide enough support. We’ve stayed in many other accommodations and never had an issue with pillows before.

• yowi1520 (8/5): Clean and comfortable - Picking up the keys was easy and they kept our luggage for us because we arrived before check in. The hosts were nice and we appreciate that they had some coffe and water available for us to take. The room was quiet and the towels were very soft. It is located very close to the main station and the stop for the shuttle buses to the castles. The temperature in the shower could not be adjusted. Luckily it was warm, but it seems that the handle to adjust the temperature is stuck and should be fixed (we forgot to mention this to our host before leaving).

• Veronika (8/5): - Ausgezeichnete Lage. Unsere Fahrräder durften wir sogar in der Waschküche hinstellen. Das Haus ist sehr ringhörig, ohne Stöpsel geht gar nichts.

• Hanna (8/5): - Excellent location in middle of Fussen. Having a fridge and fan were unexpected bonuses. Access to a shared kettle with tea and coffee was handy. Room clean and bottled water provided. Slightly unusual set up but overall fine. Didn't receive any instructions for check in but straightforward as bar is named same and pick up keys from there. Parking available and slightly cheaper than car park but not much. Didn't get a Fussen card which we think we maybe should have done and worth asking as it gives free public transport. Communication tricky but ok.
• Claudio (7/5): - Il bagno è nuovo e pulito. La posizione è in centro. Camera pulita ma il materasso è l'imbottitura non avevano un buon odore di fresco o pulito. Il gestore parla poco inglese e non ci ha dato corrette informazioni sulla possibilità di parcheggiare affianco alla struttura nei parcheggi pubblici. Ci ha cmq offerto un parcheggio privato a 6 euro.

• Margaret (7/5): The place was clean and comfortable. - The location was a short walk from the train station. When we asked, a fan was provided. This was a relief as it was hot. You have to go to the restaurant/bar(?) at the front of the building to get the keys. This was a bit confusing. The gentleman who took us to our room didn't seem to be expecting us although we had booked. He made a call and got everything figured out. He was very nice and helpful.
