• Tenille (1/5): AVOID THIS APARTMENT! Unhygienic health hazard - Black mould, dust, sewerage water leak. - The location was good. This entire apartment is an UNHYGIENIC HEALTH HAZARD and should not be rented to guests in its current condition. Guests are instructed not to flush any toilet paper down the toilet. This is manageable for regular bidet users, but for others this is unsanitary and unpleasant. The bathroom was DISGUSTING. There was black mould throughout the shower - along the edge of the floor, between the tiles, over the shower doors. There was also hair from previous guests stuck to the shower wall. It genuinely appeared that the shower has never been properly cleaned. The shower drain was almost fully blocked when we arrived, so we were unable to have proper showers on our first night. The host did arrange to have the drain unblocked the following day. The shower temperature was inconsistent. We got either freezing cold or boiling hot at random times. The connection between the shower hose and the shower head is also broken and the water would shoot out off to the side. The toilet is leaking SEWERAGE water onto the bathroom floor. The hosts were notified and did nothing to resolve the issue. This is horrific and unacceptable. There were thick layers of dust around the apartment, including on the rafters above the bed. I have asthma and struggled to breathe when in the apartment, and I am still experiencing effects. Staying is this apartment actively impacted my health. The air conditioner worked for only a few hours before it stopped producing cold air and started dripping water. The hosts sent a repair man who seemed to clean the air conditioner. After working for a few hours, the same issue occured again, with the air conditioner producing no cold air and leaking a steady stream of water. On the second morning we woke up to no water coming out of the taps at all. The hosts were contacted, but we did not receive any information. Luckily the water came back on 5 hours later.

• Benoit (5/5): Pas cher... Et on en a pour son argent... Pas top. - L'emplacement. Près du musée de l'academia. A 5 minutes à pied de la basilique sainte marie. La literie est bonne, avec des matelas durs.le second lit est assez petit pour deux, il fait un petit 140... C'est un appartement dans son jus, tout est vieillot. La propreté est douteuse, surtout dans la salle de bain et la cuisine. La douche est juste catastrophique, en prendre une relève de l'épreuve. Pas de pression, eau froide ou brûlante... Une horreur. 3 étages à monter en escalier, pas adapté pour les personnes âgées.
• begoña (9/5): Céntrico y cómodo - Lo que más nos gustó fue la ubicación, apartamento muy bonito y amplio, camas muy cómodas. No nos gustó el desgaste que tenía, en el baño faltaban detalles, algo de suciedad en la mampara

• Els (7/5): Appartement centrum Florence - De locatie.Ruim appartement. Er was een fijne " huiskamer" Veel restaurantjes en winkels in de buurt Slaapkamers en sanitair wel schoon, keuken minder. Douche schimmelig. Probleem met de verwarming, is deels opgelost na melding verhuurder. Veel gebruikerssporen, gordijnen die deels los hangen, bedrand echt versleten. Allegaartje aan keukenspullen en bestek, maar het voldoet allemaal wel en de prijs is heel schappelijk.

• HUIJUAN (7/5): 能忍受卫生的话，地理位置真的很不错，出行很便利 - 地理位置非常好！挨着轻轨，从机场坐到轻轨站，步行就到了。离各景点也很近，步行即可。 如很多评论所描述，卫生真的很差，我们入住当天走进洗手间，就看到一条内裤丢在角落🤢卧室地上也有之前住客落下的牙签等，有点恶心的。房子的开关等也比较老旧，感觉户主看的维护，不过不影响使用。
• Frank (8/5): Appartement conforme à nos attentes pour un prix très abordable - Emplacement idéal en plein centre historique ! L'appartement est spacieux, literie de qualité et équipements corrects. L'état général de l'appartement est un peu vétuste, mais tout est fonctionnel. Pas beaucoup d'eau chaude sous la douche par contre... Salle de bain un peu vétuste et peu d'eau chaude pour se doucher. Attention à ne pas essayer de fermer la porte de l'appartement de l'intérieur avec la clé, nous avons failli rester bloqué à l'intérieur. La porte se ferme d'elle même sans avoir besoin de mettre la clé dedans.

• Laura (10/5): Exceptional - My friend and I loved the apartment. Everything was perfect and the location was wonderful. The only thing I could say is that some switch’s or lights did not work well, but that’s just a small adjustment. Overall I really liked the place.

• Paolo (5/5): Good location, apartment and utilities needs a serious renovation. - Location was fine, the guy who handed us the key was friendly. The apartment was partially dirty when we arrived, we communicated it to the host, he said he was going to send the cleaning company which came but didnt clean the room that was dirty. We said that again to the host, and the cleaning company came a second time, this time cleaning what they were supposed to clean. The warm water was often not working, and the shower in general was not comfortable at all, with water pressure swinging constantly and sensibly during the shower. Moreover, the apartment was not wel maintained, and a bit run down (broken furniture, broken shower head). One of the sleeping rooms was super tiny and not matching the photos on booking.com and it was really messy, with furnitures and other objects hidden behind a sort of curtain.
• A (4/5): Better not choosing this flat ! - The location is great The flat needs a full renovation from kitchen and bathroom, not respectful to rent a flat like this at this price. The shower was broken. Very old, damaged equipments broken table in the living room that cannot be used and not matching with the pictures. Not welcoming to have the cleaning materials stored in the living room….the washing machine was really dirty and smelly. The common area of the building is dirty,no elevator, very narrow quite dangerous at the flat is at the last floor, the main door is broken, and kitchen from a restaurant bring bad smell to all flats. Was really choking for us to discover the flat and having to stay there for a week was not

To start the apartment was located on 4th floor and there were 165 narrow steps to the front door + more very narrow steps to one of the bedrooms were the 3 of us slept( me, my wife and my 12 year old daughter). The descriptions of the apartment weren’t all true, example A.C in the apartment but only in one bedroom and not on the entire apartment.My daughter or us couldn’t sleep in the other bedroom, it was a heat oven in the evening. There was a t.v but it wasn’t included in the contract!!!!! There was a shower but there was no warm water the entire stay, we had to take showers at our relatives homes. Very dusty, a lot of spider webs and mosquitoes. Very poorly maintained apartment and false advertised from the description.
