• Linda (10/5): - Ik raad zeker aan om deze accommodatie te boeken als je opzoek bent naar een hotel in Zhangjiajie (specifiek in Wulingyuan). Vanuit het hotel is het 15 minuten lopen naar de ingang van het park. Het beste aan dit hotel zijn de eigenaren. Ze zijn zo ontzettend lief en behulpzaam. De eigenaresse spreekt goed Engels wat heel fijn is en ook vrij uniek in China. Ze kunnen je helpen met het plannen van een route door het park en alle tickets voor je boeken. Je hoeft dit dus niet van te voren te regelen. Kortom, ik heb van mijn verblijf genoten!
• Alessandro (10/5): Fantastici - Struttura pulita, ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Cherry super disponibile per qualsiasi cosa, soprattutto per organizzare il percorso al parco nazionale che dista 10 minuti a piedi dalla struttura.

• Alexko_blr (9/5): - Отличный отель в пешей доступности от входа в национальный парк Чжанцзяцзе, вокруг полно магазинчиков и кафешек, недалеко автобусная остановка, с которой можно доехать как до ЖД вокзала и аэропорта, так и до самого города всего за 13 юаней. Хозяйка очень добрая и отзывчивая, при заселении поможет с билетами и навигацией, а так же по любым другим вопросам без проблем отвечает в вичате. Из небольших недостатков, душ практически над унитазом, но это нормальное явление здесь, так что никак не влияет на общую картину.
• Arthur (10/5): Formidable ! - L’hôtel est parfaitement situé, à seulement 10 minutes à pied de l’entrée du parc, ce qui permet d’y accéder très facilement et rapidement. La famille qui gère l’établissement est absolument formidable et très accueillante. La dame a pris le temps de m’expliquer les différents chemins et les endroits incontournables à visiter dans le parc. Les chambres sont calmes, très grandes et vraiment spacieuses. Je recommande cet hôtel à 100 % !

• Floriane (10/5): Superbe hôtel et surtout des gérants avec le cœur sur la main - Le couple de gérant est incroyablement gentil, ils nous on aidé à organiser notre randonné de deux jours dans les montagnes d’avatar et ont été au petits soins. Pour ceux qui recherchent un contact humain lors de leurs voyages, vous êtes au bon endroit. En plus de ça les installations sont superbes et propres.

• Fernando (9/5): - Ubicación muy buena. No tiene ascensor, pero nos subieron las maletas a la habitación. Habitación pequeña, cama grande, muy limpio. Atención muy personalizada en la recepción, con n indicaciones muy útiles para las visitas. Nos facilitaron y recomendaron compras de entradas ,Didis y buena recomendación para cenar. Facilidad para lavar la ropa. Había secadora pero como hacía bien día la seque tercera al sol, y tuvieron la gentileza de recogerla, doblarla y bajarla a la habitación. Sencillo, pero muy habilitar que te hace sentir en casa. La ducha no desagua todo lo bien que debería. Para mi gusto el colchón de la cama es duro.

Отель расположен недалеко от восточных ворот национального парка. Рядом полно кафешек, небольших магазинов, аптека, автовокзал. Все было отлично. Рекомендую данный отель всем своим друзьям.
• Rafa (10/5): - Todo! Empezando por el personal, que te reciben con una sonrisa, y te ayudan en todo, como en organizar rutas por el parque nacional. La habitación estaba limpia y el colchón era cómodo. Exelente ubicación, junto a restaurantes, y al lado de la estación central de bus, y a menos de 10 minutos a pie de la entrada este del parque. Lo recomiendo y repetiría.

• Torahy (9/5): Muy buena opción - Estaba a unos minutos a pie de la entrada al parque. Fueron muy amables explicandonos el parque con un mapa, hablaba muy bien inglés. También te ayudan a comprar las entradas (nosotros las llevábamos compradas pero ella te puede ayudar). Nos recomendaron donde comer, tenia lavadora y zona para tender y todos fueron extremadamente amables, nos regalaron unos imanes :)

Собственники организовали нам трансфер, купили заранее билеты в парк, продумали для нам весь маршрут на 2 дня. С таймингом. Посоветовали где поесть, В отеле говорят по англизски. Очень чисто, уютно и продуманно. Мы в восторге. Это сервис о котором можно рассказывать друзьям. Очень благодарны этим прекрасным людям.

• Ricardo (10/5): Para repetir - El hotel tiene una calidad muy alta para el precio que tiene. Está impecable y la cama es comodisima. Pero es que además la dueña es encantadora. Nos escribió días antes y nos compró las entradas para Tianmen y el Parque Natural de Zhianzhianje. Y cuando llegamos nos dio un mapa y nos preparó rutas para el tiempo y los días que íbamos a estar. Planeamos regresar a Zhangjiajie y repetiremos hotel.

• Anna Sofie Bulskov (10/5): Det var et dejligt ophold, hvor alt spillede! - De var så søde på hotellet, de hjalp med at lave et tredages program til nationalparken til en billigere pris end vi selv kunne - og var nemme at skrive til, hvis man blev i tvivl om noget inde i parken. Også meget gæstfrie, de gav os magneter ved afrejse og satte borde op foran, så vi kunne side ned og spise udenfor i det gode vejr, da vi havde købt noget mad fra en restaurant. De hjalp os til og fra bussen, når vi skulle ind til hovedbyen, Zhangjiajie Der var rent og pænt - rengøring hver dag med rene håndklæder, frisk vand og forskellige hygiejne produkter
• Katarzyna (10/5): Great stay, amazing host, close to everything. - The Inn is right in the center of Wulingyuan, very close to bus station and many local restaurants, and about 15-20 minute walk from the entrance to the park. The owner speaks pretty good English and is very helpful in organizing the entrance tickets (even outside of Zhangjiajie) and suggesting the best routes to take in the park. The room was big, very clean and comfortable. I would definitely stay there again. The only small minus is the shower, as it’s not separated from the rest of the bathroom and is basically over the toilet, so the whole bathroom gets wet, but it was ok to manage.

The room was fantastic, very spacious and the bed was like heaven. Cherry helped us book all the attractions and made sure that we went when there wasn’t too many people. She organised everything! It’s all smiles and happiness in this accommodation. Highly recommend!

The owner is an incredibly kind and dedicated person who went far above and beyond to help us. She assisted us with absolutely everything we needed — from planning routes and arranging park entries, to buying tickets for us. She even helped us at the pharmacy and organized our public transport to the airport. I’ve never met someone so genuinely helpful and caring. The location was perfect as well — practically in the center, just about a 10-minute walk to the entrance of the national park and around 5 minutes to the riverside, which was full of life, especially in the evenings. If you’re considering staying here, don’t hesitate. This place — and especially the owner — made our trip unforgettable.

• SARA (10/5): Hospitalidad de 10 y asesoramiento perfecto para la ruta - Nos alojamos en este hotel durante nuestra visita a Zhangjiajie y la experiencia fue excelente de principio a fin. Desde el momento en que llegamos, el personal nos recibió con una amabilidad y hospitalidad que realmente marcaron la diferencia. Uno de los aspectos que más valoramos fue la ayuda que nos brindaron para organizar nuestra ruta por Zhangjiajie. Nos explicaron con detalle qué zonas visitar, cómo optimizar el tiempo y qué transporte utilizar, lo cual fue clave para aprovechar al máximo nuestra estancia en un lugar tan impresionante. Las habitaciones estaban muy limpias, bien equipadas y eran cómodas, perfectas para descansar después de un día de excursiones. Además, siempre estuvieron atentos a cualquier necesidad que tuviéramos. Sin duda, recomendamos este hotel a cualquiera que planee visitar Zhangjiajie. No solo por la calidad de las instalaciones, sino sobre todo por el trato cercano y la ayuda muy útil que ofrecen a sus huéspedes.
• Vladimir (10/5): - Расположение супер. До восточных ворот 15-20 мин пешком. До южных и каньона на автобусе. Автостанция 200 метров от отеля. Хозяйка отеля очень приятная, вежливая, заботливая (можно продолжать в таком стиле) женщина. Все нам объяснила. Утром отводили на автобус и сажали на нужный. Один раз нас сфотографировали на фоне автобуса. Когда мы прошли вдоль реки по каньону, нас встречал китаец и показывал наше фото на смартфоне, затем посадил на автобус и мы вышли у пещеры. По прохождению пещеры связались с хозяйкой , она нам выслала фото и координаты такси. У нас был оплачен автобус, дополнительно за это деньги не взяла. Номер был чистый, постоянно была вода, номер убирали, меняли полотенца, кровати заправляли. С питанием проблем нет , рядом на каждом шагу кафешки. Рекомендую отель, вам не позволят заблудиться.
• Shihang (9/5): - Great location, very close to the east gate. Very clean. Staff were helpful and friendly and gave us many local tips. Note the place doesn't have a lift if you have heavy luggage. The room was spacious and beddings were comfortable.
• Paula (9/5): - The guesthouse was located a short walk to the entrance timo Zhangjiajie park, so that was very handy for getting there early in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, with good quality pillows and we slept very well. The host was amazing, spoke really good english and helped us with planning our routes around the park, so we beat the queues. We really enjoyed meeting their family and the hospitality was amazing. My only downfall was that i would have liked a shower curtain, as the whole bathroom got wet when you showered, but that was a minor thing and would stay there again despite this small detail. A gentileza e atenção da Cherry e equipe com os hóspedes é inesquecível!! São muito gentis e cuidadosos ! Camas confortáveis e cheirosas! Zero cheiro de cigarro! Quarto espaçoso, com janela e bem arejado! Tudo muito maravilhoso! Nada a relatar. Não é que não gostei, apenas uma sugestão, colocar um Box no banheiro, para não molher tudo ao tomar banho.

Встретила как давних и добрых друзей, помогла с покупкой билетов в парк, пещеру желтого дракона, небесные врата, озеро Баофен и гранд-каньон. Решала все наши проблемы, всегда подсказывала, без добрых советов Черри и ее участия наше путешествие не было бы таким прекрасным. Сам отель очень уютный, абсолютная чистота, прекрасное расположение-рядом с восточным входом в парк, вокруг много кафе, магазинов, шаговая доступность до главной улицы этого красивого городка. Есть отопление, что немаловажно для весны и осени, в Улиньюане прохладно и часто идут дожди.От всей души рекомендуем этот отель всем путешественникам. нет ничего такого, чтобы нам не понравилось
• Diana Ioana (9/5): Excelente - Lo mejor de la estancia fue sin duda la anfitriona Cherry, con un buen nivel de inglés nos explicó la mejor manera de recorrer los 2 días completos en el parque natural y gran canyon, además de comprarnos los tickets de entrada al mejor precio. Al no utilizar uno de los teleféricos, incluso nos devolvió el dinero correspondiente. La ubicación es excelente, al lado de la entrada Este del parque y muy cerca de la estación de autobuses. Volvería sin duda!

Рядом с отелем также вся инфраструктура. Номер чистый, уютный, персонал отличный, договорились сдать вещи раньше заселения - ждали нас, помогли с размещением. Кровати удобные, постельное отличное, полотенца чистые. Возможно внешне отель не самый симпатичный, но внутри все супер комфортно и чисто. Нет лифта (но помогают донести чемоданы на верх).

• Viktorija (10/5): Thanks Cherry - very nice hostess, speaks English. - The biggest plus was the location - 15 minutes walk to the forest park entrance. Near the bus station. Many shops and cafes nearby; 10 minutes away there is a very good supermarket. Very clean. All linen is clean, there are toiletries, a kettle and a mini fridge; sockets. very nice hostess, speaks English. The only downside (but I think it might be from January to March): the bathroom is a bit cool, but the very hot water in the shower makes up for it. I think there are no downsides at all in the summer.

Pomogła nam zarezerwować bilety wstępu do parku i na przedstawienie, radziła co zobaczyć i kiedy, bo pogoda mało sprzyjała zwiedzaniu. Pensjonat należy do jej rodziny i widać wielką dbałość zarówno o obiekt jak i klienta.
• Elena (10/5): Чудесная хозяйка и расположение отеля - Спасибо хозяйке, которая прописала нам схему движения по парку, без этого нам было бы сложнее. Она всегда была на связи. Отель чистый, очень дружелюбный. Черри умнейшая и очень обаятельная девушка. Только теплые эмоции об этом месте и об отеле. Убирали номер каждый день, в том числе меняли полотенца. Есть мелочи, которые никак не омрачили наш отдых

• Moss (10/5): Amazing! - This accommodation was just amazing. Cherry is the most accommodating host and she is so knowledgeable about the area and tells you all the best places to go. Her english is amazing and she is just so friendly. The location is great, just a 5 minute walk to line A and B for the mountain, and all a couple minutes walk to all the restaurants. 10/10 Stay!

Très bon accueil, l'hôte parle un très bon anglais et m'a parfaitement guidé durant mes deux jours dans le parc. Elle a réservé les billets et donné de très bons conseils d'itinéraires. Lessive gratuite et chambre confortable pour un prix abordable.

• Kin (8/5): lovely stay and we get to know the proprietor and family. - fantastic and friendly service. the proprietor speaks english and is very knowledgeable and friendly. they go a little bit extra to make our stay comfortable. they will tell you where to eat the real local food. the water pressure could be stronger.

Cherry is an exceptional host who is friendly and helpful. Asking for her recommendations of the area would never go wrong. She is very accommodating and took care of our needs well during our stay. She even prepared a small gift for us when she found out that it was one of our birthdays.

She also helped me map out my route since I was going by myself without a guide. She was very friendly!! Great location - about 10 minutes from the east gate by walking. Lots of restaurants nearby. The room was big and the bed was very comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

• SHUNSUKE (10/5): 立地もオーナーの対応も最高でした - 武陵源の東門まで徒歩10分程度とアクセスが良く、素晴らしい立地です。周辺には飲食店やスーパー、薬局などが一通り揃っており、滞在中に不便を感じることはありませんでした。 ​オーナーのCherryさんはとても親切で、英語も堪能です。出発前からWeChatでやり取りができたため安心感があり、滞在中も困ったことがあればすぐに連絡が取れて大変助かりました。 ​到着後すぐ、日程に合わせたおすすめの観光コースを提案し、地図を使って丁寧にルートを教えてくれました。この地図が観光の際に非常に役立ち、教えてもらったルートのおかげで効率よく絶景を巡ることができました。チケットの手配も代行してもらえるため、行列に並ぶ必要もありません。 ​部屋は清潔感があり、清掃やベッドメイクも行き届いています。スタッフの皆さんはいつも笑顔で迎えてくれました。宿泊費を考えると信じられないほど素晴らしいゲストハウスです。強くおすすめします。 ありません

• jerome (9/5): - Zhu Yan a été fantastique de prévenance et d'attention ! Un immense merci à elle (et son mari). Réservation des tickets d'entrée du parc naturel de Zhangjaije, conseils, accompagnement vers la station (située à 2mn à pieds !) pour arrêter le car qui partait plus tôt que prévu, toujours souriante et aimable, vraiment c'était agréable. La chambre est grande, les 2 lits séparés très grands, la localisation est très bien (proche station de cars pour la ville de Zhangjaije ou le canyon de Zhangjaije, et à 10/15 minutes à pieds de l'entrée est du parc. Plein de restaurants à proximité et de petites supérettes, bref nickel. Et vu le prix, c'est un excellent rapport qualité prix service rendu. Possibilité de laver et étendre son linge.

On s’est occupé de mes réservations. On m’a accompagné aux arrêts de bus pour que je ne me perdre pas. La chambre est à prix imbattable, matelas très confortable et un grand lit. Très propre, ménage fait tous les jours. Je recommande cet hôtel à tout le monde. Juste parfait.

Номер: чистый, удобный, есть чайник, кружки, каждый день давали 3 бутылки воды. Отличные хозяева отеля!!! Помогали во всем: вызывали нам такси, рассказали, как просмотреть парк Аватара (с отметками на карте) , чтобы все успеть и не заблудиться, помогли купить билеты со всеми развлечениями, шоу программамой. Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и помощь во всем 😘. РЕКОМЕНДУЕМ ЭТОТ ОТЕЛЬ!!!
• Natalia (10/5): - Всё отлично! Расположение супер - пешком до входа в национальный парк 10-15 минут. Номер уютный, тихий, очень просторный. Есть чайник. Всё похвалы в адрес хозяйки Chery - чистая правда. Хорошо говорит по-английски, помогает со ВСЕМИ вопросами! Купила входные билеты в парк, на гору Тяньмэнь, на вечернее шоу, сориентировала по автобусам. Лучше если у вас будет установлен Wechat - тогда вообще максимально удобно. Если нужно, то будет на связи. Очень приятная, заботливая хозяйка. Я останавливались всего на две ночи, и мне даже меняли полотенца. Огромное спасибо!
• Victor (10/5): - Está muy cerca de la entrada del parque Nacional. Los anfitriones son muy atentos, amables y simpáticos y además te ayudan en todo muchísimo. Todo lo que estaba en su mano lo hacían. Jan (no sé si se escribe así) o cherry en su nombre occidental, habla muy bien inglés y te ayuda a organizar las visitas en función de tu tiempo y la climatología, da muy buenos consejos y te consigue los tickets al precio oficial o más barato sin que te tengas que preocupar de nada. La cama es enorme y muy cómoda, tiene aire acondicionado con función de calor, ducha de agua caliente, champú, gel, pasta de dientes y cepillos, secador, zapatillas de andar por casa, etc A mí personalmente me han ayudado con la licencia del dron, y nos han dado protectores para la lluvia (tanto para el cuerpo como para los pies). También nos ayudaron a pedir comida. Recomiendo este sitio sin ninguna duda Todo estaba pa nuestro gusto. No tenemos quejas

• Susana (10/5): Exceptional stay in Wullingyuan with a wonderful host! - We had a fantastic stay at Cherry’s apartment in Wulingyuan. The place was very spacious for the four of us, spotlessly clean, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Everything felt cozy and well taken care of, and we even had complimentary bottled water every day — a nice touch! Before our arrival, Cherry and I had been in touch through WeChat, and she was always extremely kind and helpful, answering all my questions quickly and clearly. The only thing I missed was a shower curtain or screen — the water splashed a bit everywhere when showering — and there was no mop to clean it up afterwards. Apart from that, everything was perfect! Cherry was an amazing host. She explained everything in detail and even gave us written instructions (in Chinese!) for our visit to the National Forest Park, since we only had one day to explore. It was super helpful to have the stop names and directions written down. One night I asked Cherry if there was any nearby place to eat something more international, and she told me there wasn’t much around. But she kindly offered to order something for me through her app, so I went downstairs, chose a burger, and she placed the order for me. I paid her via Alipay — it was very kind of her to help me with that. Another big plus was that we could do our laundry at the apartment with no extra charge. Everything felt very safe, quiet, and comfortable. We were really happy with our stay — honestly, a 10/10 experience. We’d definitely recommend Cherry’s apartment to anyone visiting Wulingyuan!
