Komunikacja autobusowa, kilkanaście minut do najważniejszych punktów turystycznych autobusem z przystanku pod samym hotelem. Doskonałe, smaczne śniadania. Polecam!!! Nie mam zastrzeżeń. Może drzwi do toalety półprzeźroczyste są nieco ekstrawaganckie 😃

• Mehri (10/5): - Das Hotel ist sehr sauber und alles ist wirklich sehr gut gemacht. Das Personal ist ebenfalls sehr freundlich. Ich bin mit dem Auto angereist, und es war überhaupt kein Problem – ich hatte auch einen Parkplatz. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und insgesamt hat mir das Hotel sehr gut gefallen. Ich kann es jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Es war angenehm ruhig. Ein Parkplatz ist vorhanden, was sehr praktisch ist. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker. Es gibt nichts zu bemängeln.

• Stephen (10/5): Excllent experince at a lovely hotel - Excellent hotel. Extremely friendly staff and a fabulous hotel. The bust stop is directly outside the hotel, so travel to town is so easy. Breakfast was lovely. I would definitely stay here again.

Das Hotel liegt zwar etwas außerhalb vom Stadtkern, aber die Bushaltestelle liegt direkt vor dem Hotel, und man ist in 10 Minuten in der Stadt.

• Christian (8/5): Sehr gutes Hotel in toller Lage am Elberadweg. - Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut besonders, wenn man Fahrräder dabei hat. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Fahrradkeller abstellen. Wir hatten eine Suite im Nebengebäude mit Blick auf die Elbe. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und sehr schön eingerichtet. Was uns besonders gut gefallen hat, es gibt für jedes Fenster einen ausfahrbaren Sonnen-, Mückenschutz so das wir bei offenem Fenster schlafen konnten. Frühstück und auch der Kaffee waren sehr gut. Das Personal war sehr freundlich besonders an der Rezeption. Wenn wir mal wieder nach Dresden kommen, dann übernachten wir auf jeden Fall in diesem Hotel. Kein wirklicher Minuspunkt, aber leider kann man am Fernseher keine externen Geräte anschließen, da die weitere HDMI-Eingänge gesperrt sind. So kann man nicht seine eigenen Streamingdienste schauen.

Den ersten Eindruck kann man nicht wiederholen. Schade. Die jungen Damen an der Rezeption haben noch viel Entwicklungspotential im Service.

La posizione dell'albergo anche se fuori dal centro storico è risultata ugualmente comoda. Fermata dell'autobus davanti all'albergo(per il centro la fermata giusta è attraversata la strada e non lato albergo)e biglietti gratuiti forniti dalla struttura. Tutto perfetto!!!

• Maryna (10/5): Мне все очень понравилось. Четкая организация во всем. Не нужно ни о чем беспокоиться. Обожаю. - Мне понравилось все от регистрации и до отъезда. Отель отличный. Бесплатный паркинг. Уборка каждый день, завтраки разнообразные, спа очень комфортное (я не знала до этого раза, что спа бывает без бассейна). Хоть отель и находится в 15 минутах от центра, но добираться очень просто- на ресепшене при регистрации вы получаете бесплатный проездной и прекрасно все свое пребывание ездите на автобусе (останавливаться перед отелем каждые 30 минут). Огромный плюс в том, что там тихо (в отличие от центра).

• Maksym (7/5): - Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. There was a clear lack of staff during breakfast. Used plates were not cleared from the tables, which made the experience uncomfortable. Overall, the price does not match the quality of the service provided. The biggest issue was the reception. The receptionist was unfriendly and unprofessional. I understand that she might have been working during the Christmas holidays, but both check-in and check-out were handled very poorly. Even though it was obvious that I do not speak German, she continued speaking to me only in German and had an unhappy, annoyed expression on her face the entire time. This really spoiled the whole experience, because the reception is the first place where you get your first impression of the hotel and the last place where you say goodbye.

Vom reveni cu prima ocazie.

• András (10/5): Bátran ajánlom ezt a helyet, nem lesz csalódás. - Gyönyörű, autentikus, minden igényt kielégítő szálláshely. Nagy és tiszta szobák, szuper kényelmes ágyakkal. A kilátás a szobánkból (családi) a hegyekre mesés volt. A reggeli szerintem átlagos választékú, de bőven elég ez is. A városközpont tömegközlekedéssel kb. 20 perc, buszmegálló a hotel előtt. Egyetlen apróság ,hogy a fürdő elhúzható ajtaja vékony átlátszó üvegből volt ami egy családi szobában nem túl szerencsés ha gyerekkel mész.

• Tetka&Bozzo (10/5): Hotel u koji bismo se uvijek rado vratili! - Izvrsna lokacija, autobusna stanica odmah preko puta hotela, za 20 min ste u centru grada, linija vozi svakih 20ak min vikendom. Doručak odličan, raznovrstan , bogat , izbora za svačiji ukus. Mali izvrsan wellness, sasvim dovoljan za hotel te veličine , dobro opremljen i uredan te svakako preporuka za korištenje sauna! Inače je osoblje, urednost i opremljenost hotela na izrazito visokom nivou!

• Günter (10/5): Wochenendtripp zwei Tage im ausgezeichneten Hotel Frauenschuh. Wir kommen sicherlich wiedermal - Das Frühstück war Aussergewöhnlich. Alles war vorhanden was das Herz begert. Wir hatten das Zimmer 320 und das war wunderschön. Das würde sehr gut für Familien mit 3 Kinder passen. Das Zimmer ist auf zwei Ebenen eingeteilt. Wir haben auch sofort ohne nachzufragen Buskarten bekommen. Die Bushaltestelle ist direkt vor dem Hotel. Ins Zentrum sind es mit dem Bus ca. 14 min. Falls wir wieder mal nach Salzburg kommen werden wir wieder bei dieser Unterkunft buchen. Fällt mir nichts ein.

• Matthias (7/5): Toller Empfang, klasse Sauna, tolles Zimmer, fantastisches Frühstück. Früher Aufbruch nicht ideal. - Es gab unbeschreiblich nette Mitarbeiter, fantastisch. Die Aufmerksamkeit an der Rezeption zu abendlichen Zeiten ist ok, aber nicht ideal, da die Angestellten gleichzeitig das Restaurant betreuen müssen, verständlich also. Bei sehr frühem Aufbruch, also wenn man das Frühstück nicht einnehmen kann, wäre es schön wenn ein Lunchpaket angeboten werden könnte.
