- nielsmann (8/5): Kleines Appartment in Strandnähe zum tollen Preis - Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich. Unser Flug hatte viel Verspätung, er hat uns aber sehr verständnisvoll in Empfang genommen und die Umgebung erklärt. Bei Fragen hat er sofort reagiert und uns gute Tipps gegeben. Die Küche war recht spärlich ausgestattet. Allerdings wussten wir vorher, dass es nur eine Kochnische gibt und haben hier nicht sehr viel mehr erwartet.

- Neli (9/5): Una estancia memorable. - Relación calidad precio muy buena. Lamentablemente no recuerdo el nombre del casero, pero fue muy amable con nosotros. El check-in era a las 14:00 y nosotros llegábamos a las 6:00 de la mañana a Burgas en tren. Nos dejó entrar desde esa hora ya que no había gente hospedada. Muy bonito gesto por su parte. Muy agradecido. Las cortinas podrían ser un poco más oscurantes para que los vecinos no nos viesen. Por lo demás me pareció perfecto el apartamento.

The ad said there is private parking and once we got there he told us that parking is not included, someone else is using it currently and we had to park at a public parking less than a km away, which made us not happy as parking was one of the main reasons why we chose to stay there, but it was already too late to look for another location. We had to pay near 14 lv for parking per day.

I would not look for another place to relax in Burgas. The best reviews about the owner Chavdar! I have never experienced such an attitude towards a client while vacationing before. Good luck to him in the future!

The sewage smell in the bathroom, the cockroaches EVERYWHERE , the depressing view, the dust, stains and doors that are so bent you can't close them, the sludge in the washing machine, the filthy fridge freezer ….I could go on but you make up your own mind after you see the photos …I wish I could show you the videos I got ..

- Floarea (9/5): Pleasent stay, recommanded. - The studio is well situated, in a new building very close to the beach, the sea garden and other facilities : supermarkets, restaurants, bus station. Walking distance to the city center. Chavdar, the owner is very friendly and helpful. The studio is small, very clean, good value for money.Check Check out time is probably to early, especially if you have to travel in late afternoon. Also, some hangers would be very useful. Plus another small towell in the bathroom. Maybe a second teaspoon !
