• Francesca (1/5): Chissà se i gestori di questo B&B, dormirebbero nel B&B che gestiscono. - Nulla L'unica cosa decente dell'alloggio è stata la facilità di accesso. L'appartamento era in condizioni igieniche pietose: puzza di polvere, bagno sporchissimo, divano letto (su cui avrei dovuto dormire) non era stato preparato (aveva soltanto un coprimaterasso - altrettanto sudicio) era pieno di pedate nere di scarpe. Per questa ragione, uno degli ospiti ha dovuto dormire sul divano in soggiorno, con una delle coperte (sporca anche quella). Sono stati forniti 3 asciugamani doccia e 3 viso, mancavano i 3 asciugamani bidet. Il termosifone ha perso acqua per tutta la notte, impedendo il sonno in una nottata che già si era prospettata complessa. Un alloggio non dignitoso ad un costo eccessivo.

• Diego Alonso (9/5): Un espacio perfecto en Milano - Un espacio moderno, limpio, amplio como para viajar en familia. Bien decorado y en un lugar seguro. Relativamente cerca al centro Se demoraron un poco en tener listo pero no fue mayor demora ni inconveniente

• Estrella (2/5): - Ubicación En general estado de limpieza pésimo, sofá cama incómodo por no decir que no se podía dormir en él, restos de comida en el horno cuando entramos en el apartamento, sofá con pelos y cojines si sacudir ni siquiera, humedades en el salón, telarañas en lámparas, puerta rota del baño y por último anfitrión con cero empatía con las cuestiones que se le plantearon y por todo quería cobrarnos considerando extras lo solicitado.

• Maaike (8/5): Fijne en mooie ruimte, waar je goed kunt verblijven op loopafstand van het centrum van Milaan! - Ruim appartement in mooi gebouw. Centraal gelegen om Milaan te ontdekken. Wij vonden het fijn dat het in een appartementencomplex met huismeester was, dat gaf een veilig gevoel. De bedden waren prima, de keuken goed. Fijn dat er airco was. En een wasmachine! Met vijf personen is het onmogelijk voor iedereen om warm te douchen. Er was geen stofzuiger aanwezig en de bezem was kapot. Er was wel een blik, maar geen stoffer. Dat was lastig.

• Inga (5/5): Nešvaru - Location 20-30 minutes walk from the center We had a question about arrival, and they only responded to messages after a few hours or didn't respond at all, and didn't come out when we called... The apartment was not cleaned, the floor was so dirty that our socks turned black, the kitchen utensil drawer was covered in tomatoes, one wall was moldy, and the bathroom door handle kept falling off. The bed sheet on the pull-out bed had probably not been changed. The photos don't do it justice.The pillows were big and very hard, I had to sleep without them.

• Nino (5/5): It was okay, but the cleanliness was an issue - The location was quite convenient with several groceries and bakeries very close. The metro station also in couple of minutes walk, able to get around the city easily. The communication with the host was fast and comfortable. They enabled earlier check in, reacted fast when we had some issues in the kitchen and were always super responsive. The room was not as clean as expected, while the toilet seats and shower seemed to be cleaner the floors were definitely dirty and the dishes did not look clean as well. Only a dirty mop was offered to clean by ourselves, there were no dishwasher tablets or a sponge to wash the dishes. There is a water boiler which basically is enough for a quick shower. Being 5 in the room it meant taking turns and waiting until the water gets hot again. Not convenient at all and not indicated in the room description. The heating did not work in one of the rooms but eventually we could use the air conditioning.
• Filippos (4/5): Review - The appartment was big and comfort . The location was good and the value for the stay also. 1.The hot water was not enough for four persons . 2. We booked as four persons and the clean seat were for two persons. 3. The communication was awful. We send messages to the owners for the lack of seats and the told us than we needed to pay 40 euros extra for the cleaner guy to reclean tha apartment and get us the extra seats.
