• Mark (7/5): Great apartment and location but it’s very noisy being so close to a main road being ear plugs to sleep! - Neat clean modernised apartment It’s extremely noisy, positioned so close to a main road if you don’t have ear plugs and noise canceling headphones it’s a struggle to sleep. Cars, motorbikes and trucks roar down that road all hours of the night it’s the only issue I have with the apartment other than that it was great
• T:J (5/5): Location was great 👍 but the unit wasnt value for money! - Location was great 👍 Easy to get to places At the entrance door 🚪 bees/bugs that were a nightmare, were swarming us. Two toilet seats, were broken, very appalling 😢 All 3 ceiling fans couldn't turn off individually The Internet wasn't the best The front screen door was broken. The stairs were a nightmare, not recommended for elderly people or young families with prams or wheelchair chair. No maintenance on the property before renting it out.
• Annette (7/5): Adequate - The majority of the property was very clean, but the grout in the lower areas of the shower recess had not been cleaned properly and the runner for the doors of the wardrobe in the main bedroom was very dirty. The groceries items were really appreciated. There was no sign indicating we had arrived at the accommodation. The screen door that had to be opened to get to the lock box for the keys was very tight and virtually had to be forced opened. The remotes to operate the fans and some lights weren't in an obvious place and were difficult to operate, particularly the one that worked the fans and lights in the lounge and main bedroom area. The instructions to find the bin were obviously for another property. The was no dryer, therefore in damp weather clothes were very difficult to dry. The clothes line provided was small.
• Rachel (7/5): - The apartment inside is nicely renovated, modern and comfortable. The location is good with a quick walk down to the beach and local pubs, markets and restaurants. Kitchen was fully equipped, large fridge etc The building itself is fairly old and access to the apartment wasn’t ideal with small children. The stairs from the car park up were a bit unsafe, and this isn’t very clear in the advertised photos. On arrival the apartment was a bit stuffy and some damp smells, which having the windows open helped. But due to being located near a busy road needed to be closed at night as it’s fairly noisy. The floors weren’t very clean and needed a good mop, but other than that the apartment was clean.

• Kahlia (9/5): A holidayers dream - Burleigh Breeze Getaway is a perfectly appointed, recently renovated little two-bedroom unit in the middle of Burleigh. It is conveniently located within walking distance to all of the things you would want to visit in Burleigh and is well equipped for short and long stays. Jodie was communicative and helpful. We would 100% recommend staying here and will be sure to return in the future. If you’re looking for air conditioning or a dishwasher, this little gem does not have those. They are more simple pleasures and did not hinder our stay at all.
• Samson (6/5): Pleasant - Location was excellent, extremely close to all local restaurants/shops and the beach. Loved being able to walk everywhere and not having to worry about parking The bathroom design wasn't great and water didn't drain after a shower, meaning the floor was always pooling with water. The wifi reception was also really bad and couldn't use any internet

• Natalie (10/5): Lovely stay, would recommend if coming with more people or a small family. Close to all the action! - Nice and clean! Short walk from cafes, restaurants and beach. Bit of a damp smell in the lounge, but fine when doors were open. Didn’t have full access to the car park as another car was blocking access to the driveway, so parked out on the street.

• Michelle (8/5): We had such a lovely stay, the place’s was in a great location easy walk to the shops, cafe’s and beach. The apartment w - The property was lovely and clean and very comfortable, we loved the way the property was styled with a very calming relaxing feel. Everything that we needed was provided, and all checkin instructions were great and easy to follow. Our car didn’t fit in the car space provided which made parking a problem as the street was fairly busy! We have a land cruiser so any 4WD would have the same problem. The road noise is loud but we do did find shutting the windows at night helped. The fan in the main bedroom is very noisy if any higher than on low
