Guest Reviews
- Philip (9/5): Great location for a family or 4 adults! - This is a very easy to reach apartment just 10 minutes on the S train from Brussels Midi, and there are also tram connections into the city. The beds were comfy and the living room a good size. There is a local store right outside, and a Lidl 10 minutes away for food. The stairs up are quite steep if you have lots of luggage, and it was very hot when we visited so some fans in the apartment would have been good.
- Vicky (8/5): Nice property - The apartment was nice, modern and clean. The hosts were helpful and communicated well. It could have done with some baking trays. Also it's not walkable to the Atomium area, says 2 miles but because of the railway you have to take a tram.
- Shalva (10/5): Exceptional -
- Raghudoss (9/5): Superb -
- Ailene (9/5): Cozy Apartment in Brussels. - The Apartment is Bright, it has everything we needed. We were 4 Adults and 2 kids. The room was spacious. The Living room is modern. We love hanging out there. It is also equipped with everything we needed for cooking and enjoying our meals. Close to Grocery Stores and the Proximity to the Tram and Train Station was also a big help. Brussels Nord and Brussels Central is reached within few Minutes. I hoped only that tnere was more comfortable Pillow in the Rooms and Cloth for wiping the Dishes dry. But all in all I recommend this Apartment. It was indeed a lovely stay for all of us.
- Farkas (3/5): Get the front door key fixed - The host was very helpful and reacted to my messages quite fast. The kitchen was well equipped, the TV had Netflix, Disney+ and TV channels. The bathroom was nice with plenty of hot water and toilet paper. The couch is nice and comfy in the living room. Lots of blankets are provided. There's alway parking place on the street. The downstairs door key was not working so someone had to stay in the apartment all the time to let the others in. The door bell was not working either so we had to go downstairs to open the front door. The heating was working but there's only one radiator in the main bedroom so it was cold there. My husband found the mattresses very uncomfortable, he also found a nail clipping in the bed. :(
- Blanca (7/5): Good - The place is modern, spacious and clean..highly recommend ..just want to share the not so pleasant experience checking in..unavoidable situation arises on the host part which unfortunately affects our supposedly easy self check in experience.. it took 6 hrs back and forth communication which I think is not acceptable and very inconvenient for us..good thing there was a neighbor who knows the host and I was able to reach the host thru wassup if not we will be waiting forever and not knowing how to reach the host and will.cost us a lot of money thru roaming call since she was out of the country that time..we have asked for compensation for the inconvenience but we were offered a 30% discount on our next reservation which is useless for us since we are not coming back to the country to use it..it doesn't make sense giving us that offer..it was unfortunate that we have to go thru this..
- Shiva (8/5): Very good -
- Raelene (8/5): Very good -

- Michael (8/5): Good apartment in a good area that is very close to perfection after some care by the host. - Good location, very close to train station and tram stops. A few corner shops selling essentials as well as smaller restaurants. The Apartment itself is very nicely renovated and modern looking with a large TV and good WiFi. Very well priced for the area! Host was communicative and solved any issues we had when we first arrived in a speedy manner. Beds in the smaller bedroom are quite uncomfortable, fine for kids but sub-optimal for an adult. Cleaning and general state of the apartment could be better, for example the ceiling fan in the bathroom was very dirty and the shower handle was broken/leaking. The host has been informed and have told me they are looking into it though, so hopefully this will be fixed very soon!
- Tim (9/5): Great base for a family exploring Belgium - Clean, spacious, well thought out, very close to train station
- Umair (8/5): The property was nice and good location - Location Due to central location it was noise in the night
- David (9/5): It was a very nice apartment. Well furnished and we enjoyed our time there. - The location was very good. It was close to train and tram.
- Nawfal (9/5): Superb -
- Julian (8/5): Very good -

- Barbara (8/5): Once inside it was awesome !! - The apartment was really lovely
Handy to public transport
Really close to nice takeaway shop Snack n Go! Smell from the bathroom!
The stairs to apartment
- Tony (9/5): Very nice homely apartment just a couple of stations from the centre. - It was a beautiful modernised apartment, despite external communal area. Nothing
- Ovaska (10/5): Exceptional -
- Johan (8/5): Very good - The area is very dodgy and unsafe.
There was a failed robbery on us at the railway station
- Ashwin (9/5): Superb - The approach to the apartment wasn’t impressive but the moment we entered it was same as shown in the pics. It was maintained well. The house was clean with good ventilation. The checkin and checkout was hassle free. Had a comfortable stay. The location is far from Centre. The approach to the apartment wasn’t impressive
- Alina (8/5): Very good -
- Hristo (8/5): Very good - It was nice and clean apartment with everything you'd need. Unfortunately there was a lot of noise coming down from the street.
- Rahul (10/5): Exceptional -
- József (10/5): I would recommend it based on size, location, communication with host - clean, modern apartment, quick communication with the host.
we found everything in the apartment what we needed
small shops, cheap and good food nearby, many public transport options
some people complained about the stairs, it looks old and is a bit narrow, but if you do not have huge luggage then you will have no issues. the bigger bedroom was quite cold and noisy, then I recognized that one window was not closed properly. I opened and closed it and all problems disappeared.
on first day there was a renovation in the staircase which was loud, but we just listened to it for 20 minutes then we never heard it again.
the soap had a bad smell :) but there was an other one with better scent so we used that
- 廖 (10/5): Perfect - The householder is really nice and the environment of the apartment is clean and bright.
- Jacek (10/5): Comfortable stay in an apartment with strong internet connection, perfect for business - Warm bathroom, perfect in the morning and after coming back from the cold.
- Emilian-tiberiu (9/5): Nice fully equipped apartment - Nice clean apartment, fully equipped with everything one might need. Close to the train station. Host is responsive and friendly, gave us the self check-in instructions in time for our arrival and messaged us before arrival and check out. We drove to Brussels and found it difficult to find a parking spot. Street parking is free between 9am-9pm and on Sunday, but the rest of the time it is pretty expensive - 32 euros for 24h (train station car park was full, same as other private car parks in the area)
- Anouar (10/5): Exceptional - The owner of the apartment is a nice person, providing a good service and always available. The place is quiet, calm and very clean, I would recommend it.
- Karim (10/5): Lovely clean apartment I ll go again -
- Laura (10/5): Exceptional - Clean, extremely kind host, very good location. Everything was perfect.
Maybe have table cloths but that was the only thing we missed.
- Tuan (10/5): Perfect stay and feel like at home! - We have a wonderful time and enjoyed the apartment very much. We met the host at the apartment and she took time and explained to us everything about the apartment, which was very helpful. The apartment is very well equipped and everything you needed for your stay. The cleanliness was exceptional! Nothing at all! We were very happy throughout our stay!
- Kingsline (10/5): Exceptional - The location is perfect. Nothing to add
- Donna (8/5): Very good -
- Morgan (10/5): Merci - It's a nice apartment close to the train station. Kitchen and living room are rather upscale. The guy who gave us the keys was pleasant and did a good job of explaining everything.
- Mika (6/5): Pleasant - There was a kitchen and a living room, and it was spacious. There is no elevator, only narrow stairs.
I had a hard time carrying a heavy suitcase.
There was a washing machine, but there was no dryer, so the washed thing didn't dry.
- Eugene (8/5): A great place to stopover in Brussels! - The welcome was wonderful. The apartment was spotless and everything we needed was provided. It was in a great location close to the train station and we were able to find a small supermarket and a fab pizzeria nearby. We only stayed one night but would happily return and would recommend it. The hallway/stairs up to the apartment were quite dark and grubby, but that was not the owners fault. Everything else was super.
- Kamran (8/5): Great for families, well equipped, excellent location - Great location, 5 mins walk to train station, restaurants and shops in the area
Great communication Stairs are little tight, WiFi works great in the living room but lost signal in the bed rooms
- Joyce (8/5): Nice stay at Zaza apartment - The location (5 minutes walking distance from Schaarbeek station), the cleanliness and comfort of the appartment, the communication with the host the TV connection was not good so there were often some cuts when we were watching TV
no hot water in the shower (only lukewarm)
- Razmik (10/5): Exceptional -
- Babita (6/5): Pleasant - The appartment was very beautiful and near to the metro station just 2 mins walk. Appartment Wi-Fi was very poor. Almost no signal.
Appartment had all the facilities required however almost all the space in the rooms were already occupied with very less free space available to keep your own stuffs.
Though appartment was on first floor but there was no elevator and above the staircase was very steep to climb and carry your luggage to the first floor hence little cumbersome.
- Sonu (9/5): Superb - Nice place and comfortable stay
