• Anne (9/5): Very enjoyable lovely apatrment - The apartment was a very good size and was very clean. The apartment was bright and had air conditioning. Kitchen utensils were supplied could do with a wine bottle opener. The address needs some extra information to locate the apartment. If eating in the apartment everything has to be bought, oil, salt, sugar etc. It is necessary to have a car to stay here. The apartment is too far from shops to walk.

Agent very helpful in sorting problem We arrived at the agreed time (4pm) but unfortunately The flat had not been cleaned since it was last used. There were dirty sheets, towels , floors , bathrooms. The agent was appalled and called to get help to clean the flat . She worked hard to fix the problem but it should not have been in this state.

• MARÍA JOSÉ (4/5): Piso muy caro para lo que ofrece. Anfitrión pasota - La ubicación El anfitrión no ha colaborado en nada. Se solicitaron dos juegos de llaves y no los proporcionó, se le comentó todas las carencias de menaje del piso, y le dio igual, por no haber no teníamos ni un tenedor para cada uno. No atendió nuestras peticiones, ni hizo acto de presencia, llave en un cajetín con contraseña. Para lo caro que era el piso estaba pelado.

Apt could do with a refreshment. Kitchen utensils and pans need urgent change. Frying pan was terribly scratched. Kitchen was not fully clean in the cupboards when we arrived. Just hand soap in bathrooms, no shower gel or shampoo.

There was no kettle or bin and we could have done with some more towels. Also, we were only given one set of keys, which caused some inconvenience.
