• Hendrik Herman (9/5): - Het zag er vanaf het eerste moment er al netjes uit, tv kon makkelijk met streaming diensten gekoppeld worden en de keuken was goed voorzien van het juiste service en bestek De afvoer van de douche zit te laag waardoor er heel snel water over de rand gaat.

• Paula (8/5): Si vuelvo a Londres, buscaré otro apartamento - La ubicación, muy cerca del metro y tren de Euston... De un supermercado... A 20 min del British Museum Apartamento ruidoso, se escucha el metro cada minuto, no había escoba, ni balleta, para poder mantenerlo limpio. Solo dejan 1 rollo de papel y el colchón y almohadas nada cómodas. No hay enchufe en el lavabo, en todo el apartamento hay 1 libre.

Discrezione e precisione nel check in e nel check out. Consiglio di aumentare la quantità di spese elettriche (nel bagno è assente la presa per il phon)

• Sophie (10/5): Tolle Wohnung, auch für einen längeren Urlaub in London - Sehr schöne Wohnung in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße. In wenigen Minuten waren wir auf der Hauptstraße, von wo Bahn und Bus fahren. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und war bei Anreise sehr sauber. Das Bett ist sehr gemütlich. Im Wohnzimmer gibt es eine Schlafcouch. Es gab nichts, was uns nicht gefallen hat.

• Veronika & Igor (6/5): Acceptable, but could be better - -Lokalita skvelá, výborná dostupnosť do centra a v blízkosti metra. -Káva a čaj v kuchynke -výborná komunikácia s ubytovateľom -možnosť odložiť batožinu skôr pred oficiálnym check-in -veľký hluk od metra a vlakov, bez štupľov do uší sa nedá spať - pružinový matrac, každé otočenie /pohyb partnera znamenalo prebudenie sa, -pleseň okolo okien v spálni -nepáčila sa mi jedna veľká prikrývka / paplón pre dve osoby :( - byt by už potreboval zrenovovať, je dosť opotrebovaný, nezodpovedá fotografiám, je oveľa menší ako vyzerá na foto -popraskaná sprchová hlavica, hadica od sprchy je tiež v zlom stave.

• Alexandru (8/5): Decent (almost good) stay for a few days - Close to the underground & bus station, not that far away from the center, either. The price-location ratio seems fair. Steep stairs, no elevator, very low water pressure, one window was difficult to open/close.

• Amandine (8/5): Bien, - Très bonne indication pour les consignes d’entree. Proche de 3 stations de métro, rue très calme et sure. Magasins, pub, resto à proximité. Tout l'équipement nécessaire est dans l'appartement. Comme beaucoup de monde le dis dans les commentaires le canapé lit n'est pas confortable. (Ne pensez pas vous y mettre à 2) Le bruit sourd du métro peux gêner au début mais après qq nuits on s'y habitue (nous avions l'appartment du 2eme etage).

• John-Paul (7/5): A great flat, needs minor things to make it excellent. Would defo stay again. - We loved the light in the flat. We loved the area. The feel of the flat was lovely. Dirty stairs & hallway. Needs to be hoovered regularly. It would nearly be perfect, but it needs a few things to get to that level. It would benefit from better pillows. They were very poor. Both plugs don’t work. So the bath wouldn’t fill up and neither would the sink in the kitchen. It would also benefit from a full length mirror. The bedside drawer wouldn’t open too. Also the bath is very slippy and needs a non slip mat. And more kitchen utensils. We needed to cook and only one wooden spoon.

• Caroline (4/5): Gute Lage, mit Abstrichen - Sehr gut gelegen, gute Möglichkeiten zum Einkaufen und Essen gehen. Sehr gute Anbindung ans Underground Netz. Reibungsloser Ablauf mit Check-in. Leider sind sowohl die Schlafcouch als auch das Bett sehr unbequem. Die Küche ist etwas zu spärlich ausgestattet. Was sehr stört ist, dass man, obwohl das Apartment im 4. Stock, die Vibrationen der U-Bahn sehr stört. Dafür kann niemand etwas, aber es raubt einem den Schlaf, wenn man leichten Schlaf hat und das Bett auch schon unbequem ist.
• Katja (6/5): Ganz okay! - Gute Lage nahe der U-Bahn und der Busstation. Nicht wirklich sauber. Die Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein.
• Merle (2/5): Gute Lage aber sehr heruntergekommene ungepflegte Wohnung ohne Schlafkomfort. - Die Lage ist praktisch und man ist in wenigen Minuten an einem Zentralen Verkehrsknotenpunkt. Die Wohnung würde ich allerdings nicht empfehlen. Leider war die Unterkunft alles andere als sauber und sehr ungepflegt. Die Betten waren völlig durchgelegen und Schimmel an den Wänden. Die Fenster lassen sich nicht öffnen und die auf den Bildern zu sehenden Vorhänge existieren nicht so dass es auch nachts taghell ist dank der Staßenbeleuchtung. Das digitale Schloß für die Wohnungstür war defekt und wir mussten fast 2 Stunden warten bis uns jemand die Tür geöffnet hat. Der Wasserdruck ist fast nicht vorhanden was sich bei der Toilettenspülung aber auch beim Duschen sehr stark bemerkbar macht.

• Janine (6/5): Der Trip war toll, wir haben uns aber auch nicht zu viel in dem Appartement aufgehalten. - Einigermassen grosses Appartement. Im 3. Stock, aber geräumig und und hell. Tolles Viertel, und wirklich nah an der City: 4 Stationen mit dem Bus und auch zu Fuss machbar. An 2 Aussenwänden konnte man Schimmel erkennen, dieser war anscheinend grossflächig und schon bekämpft worden. Die Heizung ging nur auf volle Pulle oder aus.

• Juan Miguel (7/5): - Location and apartment in general were great. Easy communication with the property and quick answers to all doubts. Internet connection was really poor. This is essential when you are abroad and a point to be improved as quick as possible, since in many cases it did not even work. On the other side and although the apartment was clean, we came across many bugs on the floor during our stay. I think nothing to do with the cleaning of the apartment but more coming from the old building constructions. Not really nice and should be tackled also ASAP There is a train sound constantly sounding around, even at night. I guess because of the location, so if you have some issues for getting sleep at nigh because of noises, please take this into account.

• Marie (1/5): Extrement décevant, à fuir. - Tout d’abord, l’appartement n’était pas propre. On pouvait remarquer des amas de cheveux, de crasses et de poussières sur le sol et le mobilier. Le wifi ne fonctionne pas dans la chambre. Ensuite, l’endroit était assez bruyant étant donné que la station de métro passait à côté de l’appartement. Nous entendions à intervalles réguliers le passage des tramways, de plus, manque de chance, des travaux avaient lieu juste devant l’appartement. Nous avons également remarqué la présence de cafards dans la cuisine (et pas qu’un seul). Nous en avons informé les propriétaires qui semblaient n’en avoir strictement rien à faire. Le contact avec le personnel gérant l’établissement a été catastrophique, manque de professionnalisme, ils semblaient au courant de l’état de l’appartement mais n’ont pas proposé de solution adaptée (nous avons payé la nuit passée avec les cafards prix plein). Heureusement, le remboursement des deux autres nuits réservées a été fait.

Location is superb, 5 mins from Warren Underground station, supermarkets etc Place was cold at first until the next day after letting the manager know they turned on the heaters. The cleaning in some less accessible places was poor.

• Brigitte (7/5): Prima prijs kwaliteit verhouding - Het appartement was zeer centraal gelegen direct naast de metro. Fijn dat het appartement dichtbij de metro was, je hoorde de metro ook erg goed alsof hij door het appartement ging. Er liepen kleine kakkerlakken daar werden we niet zo blij van.

• Tyla.Wolski (1/5): - We left this apartment within one hour of arrival due to serious hygiene and safety concerns. When we checked in after over 24 hours of travel, the apartment was not clean and not fit to be occupied. Issues on arrival included: • Visible mould in the bathroom • Heavy dust on the tops of tiles, indicating the space had not been properly cleaned • The toilet seat that was not attached • Dark red stains on the bedroom curtains that appeared to be blood These are not minor issues, they are basic hygiene and sanitation problems. Given the condition of the apartment, we did not feel it was safe to stay and had to book alternative accommodation at short notice. We contacted the host immediately. Instead of acknowledging the condition of the property, the host later denied the issues and accused us of lying and said we left rubbish and dirty linens, which is untrue. We were inside the apartment for less than one hour, did not sleep there, and did not use the bed or facilities. I also want to note that there was weeks’ worth of unopened mail scattered in the building lobby, so any rubbish in common areas clearly pre-dated our arrival. After reading other guest reviews, it is clear this is not an isolated experience, multiple guests report mould, poor cleaning, stained bedding, and misleading advertising of the sofa bed. Booking.com has also have not been responsive in regards to the above, so avoid booking here. The location may be convenient, but the cleanliness, hygiene, and management response make this property impossible to recommend.

• Fabiano (5/5): Disappointingly Filthy - The bed was very comfy and great location for central London. - The property was disgustingly dirty. I never stayed in place like that. Bunches of hair and dust on the floor, dirt in the cutlery compartment, thick fluffy dust on the tiles in the bathroom and the shower drain was blocked on our arrival and we had to go and buy the drain unblocker on Xmas eve!!!! It’s a shame really, because the apartment is spacious and central. - One of the staff just turned up unannounced after we checked in to replace a TV that previous guests had smashed. Whilst we appreciate the good intention of providing a new TV for us, they should have let us know they were coming and ask permission if they could. Not just turn up to bring and install a TV.

• Vincent (8/5): - La situation à la fois au calme et tout proche des commerces et gares. Cuisine et salle de bain propres et rénovées. Lit confortable. Le fait d'être au 4e et dernier étage, au-dessus des toits. Les photos ne correspondent pas exactement à l'appartement loué. L'espace est plus exigu que ce qui est montré (pas fait pour plus de 3 personnes).. Appartement mal isolé et difficile à chauffer (manque le mode d'emploi des radiateurs). Une fenêtre ne se ferme pas correctement (une cuillère la maintient à peu près en place !). Il manque des lampes de chevet et peu de prises électriques.

• Cristina (7/5): Bastant còmode i ben situat - La ubicació és genial. A 3 minuts del metro i a 2 parades de Green Park i el centre de la ciutat. Està força net tot però li falta un mica de neteja a les cortines i sofà. En general està bastant ben equipat per passar uns dies en comoditat. Els llits. El llit de matrimoni és petit i sembla una barca, es mou molt. El sofà llit és per nens, un adult no ho dormiria còmode. Els hi cal una repassada.

• Henk (8/5): - Ligging vlak bij St Pancras international treinstation. Schone woning. De slaapbank was zeer matig. We waren met 3 personen en de derde had duidelijk pech. De woning voor 4 personen lijkt teveel, de slaapbank was al slecht te doen voor 1 slaper. Keukengerei was echt minimaal. Zo ontbrak bijvoorbeeld een kurkentrekker.

Fans in preparation for hot weather Unfortunately the weather was unseasonably cold, the storage heaters could not heat the rooms by late afternoon, I suggest taking a light blanket for late afternoon early evening. That said fans were in every room for hot weather.

The living room/kitchen area was clean, spacious and nicely decorated. The bedroom was perfect, bed and sofa bed both comfy and the bathroom had everything you need.

Nous avons pu déposer nos bagages un peu plus tôt Très bon contact avec les gérants Quartier calme et sûr Le bruit du métro ( leger) peut géner la nuit. Prévoir boules Quies. La pièce principale ne dispose pas de double rideaux, juste des stores qui laissent passer la lumière du matin, ce qui peut gêner les dormeurs qui utilisent le canapé convertible. Le convertible mériterait d’être remplacé (cf dossier en contact avec le radiateur) Problème d’humidité dans l’appartement : ventilation à revoir ( cf peinture qui se décolle dans la sdb)

Les robinets de la cuisine et du lavabo de la salle de bains ne donnent pas d’eau chaude. Nous en avons avisé le propriétaire, qui semble trouver cela normal ….

Vibration du métro à intervalles très rapprochées malgré un appartement au premier étage. Le propriétaire ne pourra rien y faire et cela rappelle qu'on est juste à côté de l'entrée de la station.

• Delphine (9/5): Très bien! Idéalement situé! - Très bien situé! Bien agencé ! Bien équipé ! Le bruit du métro Le canapé/lit est très dur Manque quelques produits pratiques à avoir comme sel/huile/vinaigre… pour la cuisine!
• Birgit (7/5): Prima verblijf, van veel gemakken voorzien (geen lift) dichtbij de metro en in de buurt ook leuke restaurants. - Goede locatie vlakbij metro maar ook lopend naar het centrum was goed te doen. Weinig stopcontacten. Bijvoorbeeld voor het fohnen van je haar. Dat moest ik in de keuken doen en daar had ik geen spiegel. De schuifdeuren van de kast belemmeren het openmaken van de lades. Voor ons geen probleem maar voor een langer verblijf wellicht wel. Het raam in de woonkamer kon niet open. De rookmelder lag van het plafond af. En ik als interieurdesigner zou de ruimte wat sfeervoller zien met een kleur op een wand en wat kunst/ poster aan de muur. Wifi werkte vaak niet (beide niet). Maar over het algemeen was het verblijf prima!

• Mafalda (7/5): - Ótima localização. Apartamento espaçoso com tudo o que é necessário para uma curta estadia. Para sofá-cama, este era muito desconfortável. Também havia um vazamento no duche que sempre que se tomava banho, vazava água para fora, alagando todo o chão.
• Matthias (7/5): Nach Behebung der Fehler würde ich wieder buchen. - Die Lage war Top. Zur Euston Station 1 Minute Fussweg. Für 2 Personen war die Größe sehr gut. Ein Toaster wäre schön. Defekte WC Bürste, Schwamm zum Aufwaschen Total dreckig und abgenutzt nur ein Geschirrtuch, vielleicht mal ein Besen. Stühle sollten instandbesetzt werden. Aber sonst alles okay, Küche Top. Das sind kleine Dinge die schnell behoben werden können.
• Denise (3/5): You need to deal with the cockroach problem. We found so many that I was worried about bringing some in my luggage - Location was excellent, steps away from Euston tube and Train station. Central to other stations, warren, etc. Many restaurants and stores around. There are cockroaches in the apartment and there is basically no WI-FI, don't rely on it. TV won't work without the WIFI. I was told by the landlord there are known issues with the connection, nothing they can't do. But It makes no sense that the business SPA on the first floor has Wi-Fi all day long. London is a mayor city with a great Wi-Fi on every corner. Apartment is not cheap for the price and lacked the WIFI and the most basic thing, being clean without bugs. Also I found a bug spray under the kitchen sink cabinet, so this is a well known issue for the owner. No excuse.
• Yana (3/5): - The location, the price. Unfortunately my day 1 in the apartment was a disaster: -Wifi didn't work, it was only fixed in the end of the 1st day and it was a problem. The agent first said that there is low signal in the building in general (there was no such information before I booked the apartment). But I asked her to help to find a solution and it turned out that there was some local outage. It was only fixed in the evening. -The iron was not working properly, it had a leak. I reported to the agent, and it was replaced in 2 days. -The electricity went off when I turned on the iron. The agent told me that it is because it consumes more electricity than other gadgets and I have to unplug other gadgets when I iron. We had this outage on every day basis and it is not good. -On our last day we arrived and apartment was open!!! The lock was not locked by so reason though I am 100% sure that it was locked when I left. This was a huge stress and luckily all our things were in their places. But this is not acceptable at all and should be fixed so other guests do not have such problems. The price and location is indeed good, but I would consider other properties for future stay to avoid such possible inconveniences that I mentioned.

Modernes, geräumiges Apartment zu einem vernünfti - Angenehm großes Apartment, praktisch und ansprechend eingerichtet, viel Stauraum, extrem praktisches Schlüsselsystem, modern, riesiger Fernseher, einfacher Kontakt zum Vermieter, antwortet schnell und zuverlässig. Absolut fairer Preis! Nur Kleinigkeiten: Mussten die Handtücher suchen/ erfragen, könnte minimal sauberer sein, leider kein Fahrstuhl

• Ray (7/5): Just a few bits to make it great. - Convenient location. Nice apartment on the whole. Quiet area. Just let down by some very easy to fix issues. The 2 lamps in the flat didn't work, one had no bulb the other wouldnt switch on. Just a couple of essential items missing in kitchen; tea towel, oven gloves and a tin opener. Very cheap solutions to make everything perfect. Oh and a lid for the bin. And a broken blindin living area. Also just a few basic instructions on where to dispose of rubbish and things like that. These things just added a bit of negative to what would otherwise have been a perfectly good stay.
• Angélica (9/5): Viaje de disfrute en Londres - Céntrico y cómodo, cerca de todo a unos 20 minutos a pie de Piccadilly, así que perfecto, metro y tren y autobús al lado del apartamento. Era bastante silencioso, pero igual es porque teníamos la calle cortada por obras y no pasaban coches. Estaba limpio y adecuado. Con horno, cafetera con capsulas, tostadora, vitro, nevera y lavadorasecadora que está muy bien si vas en plan con mochila y la ropa justa. Igual el sofá tendrían que cambiarlo porque para niños que pesen poco bien, pero si ya vas con más peso es un poco incómodo porque notas todas las bandas del sofá, es como para dos personas y cambiar los venecianas porque están deterioradas. Por lo demás todo bien.

• Vijay Kumar (4/5): - it was on fourth floor and nothing was mentioned about this while booking,. With family and suitcases it was very difficult to reach to fourth floor through narrow staircase. washbasin in toilet was toooooo small to use.
