Guest Reviews
- Roca (7/5): -
- Zurita (1/5): Nobody answered to calls and the information was not accurate - Nothing
- Oscar (10/5): Exceptional - Great location, close to a lot of restaurants and close to main city square. Nothing
- Peter (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jhonatan (7/5): Good -
- Joseph (1/5): This place gave us dysentery (horrific food poisoning) - Leaving The bed was a brick, one of the worst I've slept on. They put us in a room closest to the busy road outside which kept us awake (as if the brick bed wasn't bad enough) even though there seemed to be loads of other rooms available. To top it off we got dysentery from the water cooler they provide to their guests which I'm assuming they filled with tap instead of bottled water. We were unable to eat and bed bound for several days after drinking the water.
- Smith (10/5): Clean, comfortable prime location by flea market and shops equipee with good Ac and Netflix - great comfy stay in good location near flea market at cheapest price in town. Would definitely stay here again with AC, Netflix and clean rooms. Thanks Lewis the Monk
- Valorie (8/5): Very good -
- Freddy (7/5): Good - It was a good place to spend the night. The locatie was OK.
- Janne (10/5): Exceptional -
- Lawrence (10/5): Excellent value for money. I have no hesitation in recommending staying here - The staff were very helpful. The hotel was within walking distance to the Cathedral Plaza. There are lots of places to eat nearby. It has good wifi, a hot shower and easy access to and from the airport. If you get a chance try not to book a room on the street side of the hotel. The road is very busy and can be noisy when the windows are open. Having said that it wasn't really an issue as I slept soundly.
- Martin (9/5): Superb - Airy. Central
- Kevin (10/5): Great value for money - Maybe not the most central location for tourists on vacation, but simply great value for money! Including airconditioning
- Katrin558 (5/5): Passable - The price. There is free refilable water and a market nearby. The cleanliness was not for the faint hearted, our uber ride warned us that it is not safe neighborhood but if you walked around during the day and took an Uber at night it was fine.
- Amin (7/5): Good -

- Victor (8/5): good value of buck in Santa Cruz - • kind and helpful staff
• good value for money
• good room facilities (hot shower, working fan etc..) - uncomfortable linen
- location is a bit far from center but walkable
- Lesly (7/5): Good - good stuff for what you pay!
very good location, close to a market, public transpo and easy to understand mobility in the city
we had access to get in even late night it needs more fans! those days were too hot!
- Damian (8/5): Very good -
- Tarrant (10/5): Exceptional - Great for the price, good fan and clean showers.
- Mai (5/5): Fine for what you pay. - You get what you pay for. And since this place is a bargain, just don't expect too much. But if you just need a place to store your luggage and rest for a few hours, it's great. Social facilities are not great. It's not the kind of place to hang out and socialise.
- Cameron (3/5): Can definitely do alot better than this place. - Good sized room Pictures were nothing like on the website. Verynold building with a terrible shower and mold growing on the roof. My least favourite stay in South America.
- Marc (5/5): Felt insecure - The price was cheap. Window of the room is to the floor, so you eiher have it closed and with a curtain, or anybody can look inside / steal something.
I did not feel secure / safe at this place (although nothing happened). The street is very loud (day and night). The Wifi was not stable and not fast.
- David (8/5): Very good -
