• Cordula (6/5): Wenn man nicht duschen möchte, war es okay. - - Der Schlafbereich war gut. - Das Treppenhaus müsste renoviert werden Das Badezimmer: - die Dusche hatte nur einen Duschvorhang, der nicht lang genug war und somit nicht genug Schutz für den Außenbereich bot. - die Deckenschräge über der Dusche war zu sodass ein großer Mann nicht genug Platz beim Duschen hatte.

• Regina (8/5): Sehr gerne im nächsten Jahr wieder - Das Zimmer und die Aufteilung zum Bad gefiel mir sehr gut. Auch gab es einen richtigen Kaffeefilter, Kaffeepulver und Wasserkocher, damit konnte ich mir einen wunderbaren Kaffee zubereiten, herrlich. Die Lage zum Ort an dem das Familientreffen stattfand, war mit 5 Minuten perfekt. Fällt mir nichts ein

• Johannes (7/5): Gute Lage, aber viel zu teuer für das Setting im Zimmer. - Die Lage. Das Bd war nicht gereinigt. Der Mülleimer war gefüllt mit den Dingen. Das Kopfkissen war schmutzig. Die Matratze ging definitiv nicht. Super alt und instabil.

• Bettina (7/5): im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung - Hotel liegt in der Nähe des U-Bahnhofes. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nachbarschaft. Gutes Frühstück beim Bäcker in der Nähe möglich. Auf dem Zimmer kann man Kaffee und Tee zubereiten. Am Wochenende kein Ansprechpartner vor Ort, aber das Personal vom Restaurant im Haus ist sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Treppe ziemlich steil, kein Lift. Frühstück wurde nicht angeboten. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank wäre nicht schlecht. Sauberkeit eigentlich sehr gut, aber bei Ankunft mussten erst mehrere Haare vom Badboden entfernt werden. Bad mit Wanne etwas aus der Zeit gefallen. Für den gebotenen Standard etwas teuer.

• Rozan (6/5): Acceptable , but with no reception staff , entrance through gastronomy it doesnt worth the 100 euro per night. - Easy to reach from the UBahn station The entrance was through the beside door of a gastronomy, not so a nice smell, the floor was a shared one. The room is soooooo cold!! I couldnt even during two days of turning on the warming system to reach a normal warm of the room.

The rooms were clean and spacious. 2 large windows that let fresh air in. Water pressure for showers were awesome and beds were comfy Sound carries through. First night out neighbours were either arguing or just talking very loudly.

• Stuart (5/5): Passable - I wasn't informed that the whole hotel was under major renovation when I booked these 3 rooms, with dust and paint in the communal corridors and builders everywhere. The hotel should have been closed during these times.
• Maike (8/5): Brilliant apartment for a family holiday! - We stayed in the family apartment for a few nights, and were impressed with the cleanliness and spaciousness of the place. It felt less like a hotel and more like a private flat! The surroundings are lovely, Volksdorf has everything you need, and public transport is brilliant. Unfortunately we went at a time when renovations were taking place in the bar downstairs, which I would have liked to visit, and this meant there was no breakfast served. However, three bakeries are almost on the doorstep, and a supermarket nearby. Perhaps the chipped plates, not matching glasses, and dishes could be updated at some point, but that did not stop us from having a very enjoyable stay in this place!
• Genti (10/5): Perfect place for families. Great value for money - Excellent Hotel Franky was a nice place to stay. It looks like the entire place was recently renovated. Our room was quite spacious and comfortable. The staff at the reception was friendly. Everything was clean and functional. The hotel is located in a nice neighborhood (Volksdorf), although it is a little bit far from the city center. However, the area is well serviced by the U-Bahn. Everything was ok. It would have been useful if the restorant was functional (at least the coffe shop) but still there are plenty of opportunities around.
