- Simon (8/5): - For the price, it’s an absolute bargain. Fab little clean and comfy self contained huts with everything you need - right on the beach on the edge of the village. The private beach had sun loungers and hammocks - a pretty great way to spend an afternoon. Arlene, the owner, was super lovely and really helpful with advice.

- Shannon (10/5): - The Sandpiper Cabanas are a wonderful place to stay in Hopkins! The units are lovely with full kitchens, comfortable beds and outdoor seating (along with lots of chairs and loungers directly on the beach). There are plenty of nearby restaurants with local fare within walking distance, but if you’d like to venture further there are bikes available for guests. The owner Arlene is lovely and hospitable offering lots of suggestions for dining and activities. I am a woman traveling solo and I felt very safe and at ease at this property and in the town. I highly recommend the Sandpiper for a relaxing and beautiful stay.
- Mark (10/5): Piece of paradise! - Our stay was perfect! The hosts take immaculate care of the property! The sand was even raked every morning before sunrise. Arlene even helped us with laundry. The room was comfortable and the little kitchenette was very convenient. We spent an entire day just relaxing on the property. Arlene was kind enough to even walk with us to the bus stop and gave us great advice. We will definitely be back as we feel we made friends for life. We appreciated everything!
