- Marcel (4/5): - Lage war in Ordnung, Geschäfte und Lokale in unmittelbarer Umgebung. Sehr nettes Personal. Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen und ist nicht wirklich in gutem Zustand. Kleines Bad und kaltes Wasser.
- Catalina (7/5): - La piscina es buena. Tienen agua de botellón disponible siempre lo cual es muy útil. La habitación y el baño esta en buen estado. El hotel esta ubicado en una zona muy central. La reserva decía que la habitación tenía vista pero era completamente encerrada, solo con ventana al pasillo del hotel. La habitación olía mucho a humedad y era bastante oscura.

- García Ramos (10/5): RECOMENDADO 100% - Lo que más nos gustó fue la localización, ya que estaba en pleno centro y aún así no se escuchaba nada la calle, la zona de la piscina preciosa y la limpieza. Por ponerle algún pero es que no había agua caliente (al parecer en casi todos los sitios de ayí es así, en este caso solo tienen agua caliente unas habitaciones “superiores” y también no nos gustó mucho que hubiese muchas partes en obra. Pero son 2 cosas súper tontas que sin duda, recomendaría 100% este sitio a cualquier persona.

- Anke (9/5): Authentisches Hotel. Zentrale Lage! Super!! - Zentrale Lage nicht weit zum Hafen über die Calle 8, nur geradeaus. Direkt neben dem Hotel ein klasse Restaurant mit super Fisch! Sehr schnelle Hilfe bei der Einstellung vom Fernseher und Klimaanlage. Authentische Zimmer mit riesigem Bett. Matratze super. Kaffe immer erhältlich neben der Rezeption. Geiler grosser schwimmingpool! Sehr sauber. Die Becher sind aus Plastik. Könnte verbessert werden!

Las instalaciones están bastante descuidadas, teníamos una ducha con filtraciones por lo que siempre había reguero de agua (el personal tenía que limpiar todos los días). No es cómodo para una persona con dificultad al caminar porque hay muchas escaleras.

La habitación era comoda, pero muy abandonada, el baño escasamente salía agua en la ducha, muy oscura y con una bombilla fundida, el desayuno muy malo y un servicio lento y malo, nos dieron una habitación que no nos correspondiaa nuestra categoria en Booking, me llamaron la atención por beber una cerveza en la piscina y por la noche colombian@s hicieron una fiesta bebiendo cerveza y aguardiente y a ellos no les llamaron la atención, parece que las normas no son para todos iguales, a este hotel no volveremso.

- Jose (8/5): Throughly enjoyed our time in Leticia and would be happy to recommend for people to book. - We took advantage of the Spa in the suite after a long day on an Amazon tour, which we organised through the Hotel. The staff really went out of their way to make sure we had a fabulous stay. Although we had a small mix up with pricing initially, this was overcome overnight and we were even offered a BIG box of chocolates. We accepted graciously, then returned them to the staff to share with their families. We didn’t need the extra pounds!
